Me and my wife stopped through the druve through to grab lunch. We order a whopper, double whopper, medium onion ring and medium chocolate shake. Not only was the food cold and disgusting, but it cost $22.00 dollars. This is the last time that will every take my business here. Totally disgusting!
Again BK blows big opportunity. 1 cent sandwich with $1.00 purchase? You don't sell anythng for $1.00.

I had my original chicken sandwich today at the BK in eastlake ohio, has been my favorite for years. Not any more. It was dry, no Mayo, and not a sesame sead bun. Micky D'Souza makes me sick so I guess I'll try Wendy's.
So I went to Burger King and I asked for a door dash bag because I have more food with me and when I asked I said can I have one of those bigger bags and they gave me the smallest they had.
The belton store, has exceptional service quickness! I didn't have to wait for my food and it was not overly expensive.
Ordered delivery and they never put the sandwiches in my order. Was told by BK that I myself, had to track down the delivery person and have them pick it up and bring it back and then cancel a already delivered order and place a new order, corporate told me they don't do refunds and would just give me a measly $15 coupon on a $ 45 order. Needless to say none of that happened, they lied and stole $45 from me and my kids. We ended up eating Mac and cheese that night. THANK YOU BURGER KING! WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM!
One was not allowed to get my full order in. So instead I got crappy customer service. Yelled by staff.
I entered the 36th and Broadway Berger King ant 7:30 on a Tuesday evening. A table of customers setting with their food eating. I walked to the counter with on one there to help. After a few minutes the person bagging the food for the drive through started to acknowledge us when a voice from the back yelled out the light is still on make them wait. They must be being timed on how long a customer has to wait after they order their food. We waited almost 10 minutes at the counter before leaving without even a word from an employee. You can't call this fast food or service. Acknowledge the customer and telling them there is a wait is a better way to handle this situation. Not sure what else to even say about this situation.

My husband placed an order at Burger King that is less than 1 mile from our home, the bun on his burger was rock hard, he asked for extra everything and none of the toppings were remotely close to having extra, and it was all cold by the time he got home (not even warm)
What is hard to read about NO KETCHUP? It's on the receipt. It's on the wrapper of the burger. My daughter gets home, guess what, ketchup all over it. This generation of kids, I feel sorry for. They just don't give a darn.
Will ask for your order and leave the store half way through. So I get it it's Thanksgiving, everyone wanted to go home and be with their families. So why not put up a sign with the time you close? Why not tell me as I'm half way through my order, I'm sorry we are closed now? Nope. She helped the 2 people ahead of me, than asked for my order. So she isn't responding and I say, "Hello Hello." I waited thinking maybe she was the only person there and was helping the 2 in front of me. Finally, I realize there's no way, and drive up to the window to see what is going on. She literally left the store in the middle of me ordering.
Just spent one hour in highland illinois burger King ordering waiting waiting waiting getting order leaving one hour after starting order. Meal was Luke warm no salt on fries onion rings overcooked burgers tasted old. They tried to give me a juice box with no straw. I wanted to ask them if they ever considered serving fast food and maybe serving it above 140 degrees
Burger king is always my favorite for burgers and I prefer it over any other. I like the taste as well as the price too.
The food was good but the wait was terrible and there was terrible customer service when we got there they didn't even have or our order right
If a person is already paying for an order telling them its $2.00 for a cup alone but.35 cents for a glass of water seems quite a bit in price jump?! I believe that's bull$#*! and they must have needed it for their fly problem that they seen to have here.
If I could leave a review of less than a star I would. A few years ago I had a very bad and traumatizing experience with Burger King. I didn't realize back then that I should have taken the matter to corporate. I wish I would have known that or would have been advised too. I ordered a Big King Burger, the one with a secrete sauce like a big mac, and when I was eating my burger i found several small pieces of glass. I don't know if it had gotten in the sauce or something else. But after that even the thought of eating anything from there makes my stomach tighten and I get sweaty. Worst restaurant experience ever.

17 17 W. 38th on my way to work. I went through the drive-through and I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers with a small fry and a drink. The manager gets an attitude because I asked her to be without pickles and she just gave me two cheeseburgers with pickles and I got out the drive-through park. The car went in. Told her these two burgers were supposed to be without pickles. She throws it in the trash and tells him to make me two cheeseburgers with no bacon and charge me for that, we can't call Lynn and complain because they just give you an automated system telling you could talk to support 24 seven which is a lie so I will never shop at Burger King again

The lady have the nerves to also said she will spit in my food after I told her to stop arguing with me the customer before her saliva get in anyone food since she is not wearing a mask. I will not recommend this fast food restaurant to anyone as the employee there are not polite, very disrespectful, and customer service friendly. I manage to take a picture of the young lady but she wasn't wearing a name tag. She is the one that put the meal together and hand it over. To me she is having a bad day and just before of one simple question she went overboard. I believe Burger King need to fired her and get professional person who want a job to do the job well. If the doubt my review, they need to check there cameras unless they are not working. You will see her in the picture at the drink section. You need to terminate her contract. I have also emailed Burger King managers and I hope they will do the necessary to ensure the issue is corrected so it will not happen to another customer. I also notice that they do not have good reviews and today I learn why.
