I was in the toms River BJ's at the deli counter the lady started cutting the turkey sandwich meat and her mask fell below her neck I asked her three times can she please put her mask back on her face and she got pissed off through the meat in a bag threw it on the counter and walked out those people in the toms River store deli department should be fired they are miserable and hate their job. That's not the first time we encountered the same thing with the masks going below their chin specially cutting meat at the deli I told the manager and he just smiled and said oh I'll talk to her you know damn well he wasn't even gonna say anything because you heard over the speaker right after the incident happened that she called him so he laughed at me what a $#*!ing joke BJ's of toms River sucks they are the worst. The $#*!es name was Tammy ugly big nose $#*!. I guess she hates her job and she's not happy with her life either miserable $#*! of toms River New Jersey
After buying a few items including an ice cream, i finally was able to reach the cashier after all my ice cream has melted. An hour of wait for a line to the cashier is not acceptable. The manager of that store is so so callous not aliviate the long lines of customers,
The worst credit card I have ever have, they have no consideration with their customer that are having a bad time due this covid-19 pandemic, they keep charging high interest and fees without having compassion. I don't recommends this card or shopping at any of the BJ's stores, from my side they will not get a penny if you wanna get rip-off and don't give a $#*! about your money get this credit card and shop at BJs
I submitted an order for appliances on December 30th 2021 and for some unknown reason canceled by BJ wholesale on February 17th 2022. After several calls without any call back, I was forced to make sure the order was actually canceled, so as to not be charged. I requested BJ wholesale send me whatever email they have showing I canceled the order and they were unable to. I do not recommend anyone purchasing appliances ftom BJ's as it seems they do not know what they are doing. All the customer service reps I spoke to except the manager were very difficult to understand, and kept me on the phone for 40 minutes or so without any kind of resolution.
Bjs is the most annoying places you can obtain a membership from. I dont know where to start, maybe by saying that groceries aren't fresh many times a d l had to return stuff. Once l bought a toy and plastic containers that stayed in my car, during covidb these items were returnable but l needed to contact head quarters to be able to return them. I bought a power recliner, less than 2 months the electrical wires fell apart bc of cheap construction. It's taking me over one hour to be admitted to get authorization for return (on the phone with them right now for 39 minutes after waiting for 30 to even talk to a manager on the warehouse.
Bjs is a business l will never consider buying no matter the price. Canceling my membership as soon as l being this recliner back. Never ever again
My husband went to buy a $200 gift card for our daughter for Mother's Day, because she has a membership there. My husband was told he could not purchase that gift card because HE didn't have a membership. Absolutely absurd! Makes you wonder how much money they have lost because they wouldn't sell a gift card to someone who wasn't a member.
We ordered a dishwasher and were scheduled to have it installed. When the installers arrived they said they could not install since we had copper pipes in our house. We called BJs to pick up and return our dishwasher and they refused. For 3 weeks we have had a dishwaher sitting in the middle of our kitchen. Horrible service and we have now cancelled our BJ membership
I always do same day delivery and with no problems for two years and Instacart always delivers my food from bjs until aug 4 2022 I made an order for delivery was never notified if different delivery service DoorDash would deliver gave instructions bringing items upstairs to my apartment they said ok and never delivered I informed bjs dilemma and DoorDash had me go through run around bad customer service unprofessional making me wait 7-10 business days more out of $604.80 I spent don't ever do same day delivery when bjs already took your money they don't care when you didn't get your orders so they employees they have contracts with don't deliver so they can easily steal your food no consequences or solving the problem for the customer Instacart will automatically do redelivery for you same day when this happens no matter what
Went to bj at 610 exterior. Ston 1-10-22 was freezing inside the store no heat saw a rats run from on side to the other let the manager know she said I know people had no mask in the store manager was so nasty I'm canceling membership the rats droppings in the store I walked right out nasty manager and store
Tried BJ's in Fort Worth for the first time, had the bbq chicken tavern pizza. Ate about half the first pizza when our waiter said the other pizza was burned (when it fact it looked fine) but said the kitchen made another for us to take home for free. This should have been my first red flag. Fast forward 5-6 hours later, I had diarrhea and vomiting for the next 24 hours. Threw out both pizzas and am NEVER stepping foot in a BJ's again in my lifetime. Run away, the kitchen knew something went wrong with the first pizza and lied about the replacements purpose. RUN AND SAVE YOURSELF
I will never again shop at BJ's Warehouse...I purchased a package of Tilapia Filets and what I got was a whole beheaded, ungutted fish. A package of Wellsley's Chicken Tenders and got thin sliced Chicken Breast. If they can't label there packages correct and the consumer catch hell when trying to return a inaccurate label item from there store. Thank God for Sam's Club.
They let you join first year for $25.00, then automatically bill you a renewal fee of $110.00. What a scam, then no one will talk to you you go incircles trying to cancel. DON'T JOIN! I will never shop there again. RIPOFF RIPOFF
I ordered my headphones on December 27th which arrived 2 months later. About a month in they emailed and asked if I would like to cancel the order. Since it was supposed to arrive around that time I said "no" and that they should hold the order. They responded to this email. Two weeks later, I responded requesting them to cancel the order to which they did not respond and they ended up shipping it 2 weeks after that. I went to a fry's store location to return it and they said that they couldn't do it there. You have to call them to get a return authorization number but when you call them it is a minimum of a 15 minute wait and given the situation, they wouldn't even pay for your return shipping. Horrible customer service. They should stick to selling product from their physical location and not from online.
I was coming to BJ's to get a few things I needed and as I was shopping I noticed the clearance tables and started looking thru the items. I had a question about a price on a jacket that was on the table and I went to look for an employee. As I approached this lady I seen her make eye contact with me so I thought the conversation would be inviting but as I got closer and I went to ask her about the correct price of the jacket she completely ignored me. I proceeded to ask again because I thought she maybe did not hear me but she completely just ignored me again. I just felt like she was really rude after that. I honestly wanted to say something else to her but I decided to just let it go and read her badge and make a review. Her name was Yvone. Luckily you had other FRIENDLY employees willing to help so I left the store some what happy.
Very disappointed that my app was locked and no one could do anything about it and I wanted to use coupons. They told me to come back later that's a bunch of BS.

I purchased thee items on sale. At the express checkout I used a physical printed coupon on Downey; bit couldn't find the $4 coupon for Clorix.2, a supervisor told me i had to use BJ App. So i looked up the App and none were found! She told me I had to add the coupon to the bj app!?
She gave a credit for only one of the two items I had purchased. At the front, the lady found a gravy not scanned! I had to back to the supervisor to charge a Clorox.2, paid for, but agan she old me he coupon is good for one item, not two! I had pictures of your display on the shelves, showed her and was convinced there was no restriction on the number! She then forced me to go to customer service to get my rightful $4 cash back. See pictures of your sales display items. You should know better how to treat consumers.
Not the best source for everything but still lots of good deals. Roasted chicken is a great deal produce is getting better= organic spinach and bananas are great
Went to BJ's in Waterbury Ct. Reidville drive, it was a day from hell. I had about $200 or worth of groceries in my carriage because I didn't have a physical card I was told I couldn't purchase the groceries. I had the card on my phone and I was able to scan the barcode but still the attendant wouldn't allow me to make the purchase. What kind of ignorance is this that would allow over $200 or more groceries not to be purchased because I didn't have a physical card that she could see. So I left the groceries and went o Stop&Shop and they were happy to accommodate me. The customer service is poor someone needs to look into this problem.
Thank God truth in advertising. Their TV ad says not to go there. Thank you, so I renewed my Costco and Sams Club... thank you saved me a lot of money!
Answer: Don't do BJ's...prices are only ok, similar to Walmart...and you need customer care, forget it!.
