This is the worst cooperation in the usa I wouldn't dare put any friends or family to work in here!

Tip for consumers:

If you have any kids or family members the are looking for a job please don't let them get this job it's real bad they keep cutting hours and always want to work harder than you are working and will write you up if you don't keep up with the work and little hours they give you

Terrible Customer Service

I Bought Tires online. I received a Call the day of the scheduled Installation and at first they were trying to reschedule. Then I was asked what kind of car it was for Because even tho I had given that info it wasn't in the ticket. Well the tech says these aren't the correct tires. I said they are the tires that go on my car. Then I was informed they will not Install Tires on aftermarket rims!?!? So after a little back and forth I'm told I can come in and "Try" to get a refund. Little did I know the "Try" was for real. Went to tire center first in person and I'm told I can't help you have to go to Customer service. So Customer service I go. The first Woman is nice enough and just doesn't have the Authority or know how to give refund. So eventually maybe 15 min later the manager comes over and says something about a glitch in the system and she can't give me a refund. So after a little banter I ask"What should I do then, Just leave and y'all keep my 800$" She informs me I should go sit in my car and call Customer service. I thought I was at a customer service.I ask for the number and then I'm told "Oh, I don't know the number" like huh. It's in the back of your card and shes done dealing with me. So I go in car the number is NOT on back of cars by the way. So I Google it and call. I'm told It's not BJ's it's my bank. All the while I'm messaging with my bank the whole time and their telling me it's BJ's holding the money. I'm told I'm ok ying and there's no way I'm Communicating with them both at the same time. So I ask for a supervisor and I'm met with the same jargin all low level customer service people say. The super has the same resources I have and will come to the same conclusion. I say ok cool can I speak to them Anyway and The guy hangs up. I call back immediately ask for supervisor and I believe I may have gotten to one, who really knows. I'm told I need to wait 3-5 business days and then they may have a resolution. It's a Friday I ordered and set up the work on a Wednesday. So They 3-5 would be the Next week probably ending n another Friday to wait 2 more days to Maybe get my money back. Arguing insues and it's going nowhere so I sat good day and hang up.I was told By my bank they would cancel the purchase and mark as fraud so the funds would be immediately available. I still needed Tires as the ones in the car were all completely work out. The BJ's tire tech was Terrible, The Manager at customer service was rude and unhelpfull, Their call in customer service are Foreign speaking but wouldn't be an issue but they are super hard to understand.Mind you I had a receipt and Proof the money was withdrawn from my bank. I went To Discount Tire and they gave me the Same tires I wanted price matched and money off because of the headache with BJs. I would usually be at BJs every other Day but I have not been back since and I don't think I'll be Renewing my membership.

DAISY in Chambersburg

I was just at the Chambersburg PA BJ's doing my shopping like I do every month. After I checked out I realized I had left a return in my car and I put my current stuff in the car and then grabbed the return. I do citizens pay every month to purchase stuff because it's buy now pay later so the biggest issue is alot of the employees including managers don't know how to do a return when it comes to Citizens pay. I've been using this for two years. I paid attention when I had returns with this in the last two years so I do know there's a button on there to do the return, but you gotta go through certain commands before you get to that. I was being helped by another girl and everything was going fine until DAISY decided to put her nose in and get an attitude with me. I was not being rude to the cashier I was trying to help them figure it out since they are not properly trained on the buy now pay later but DAISY kept arguing that she didn't have an attitude with me but yet her tone she was giving me was an attitude otherwise i wouldn't have said anything. DAISY was not even the one that was helping me. There were two managers off to the side and I said something to the gentleman and he was ignorant with me and he's like what's the problem when he saw exactly what DAISY was doing. I was shaking afterwards because DAISY at one point had stepped towards me from behind the counter as if she was ready to fight me or something. She is the one who got an attitude when she isn't even the one who was helping me. DAISY should not be working with customers at all. She does not know how to talk to someone politely or respectfully. I only got a tone with her when she gave me a tone first and I wasn't even yelling, but the amount of disrespect not only by her but the manager himself acting like he could care less what was going on thank God for the female manager that helped me and we all figured out how to do the return for the citizens pay buy now pay later. It's not my problem that the employees and managers aren't properly trained on how to do these returns, but this probably will be the last time I shop at this BJ's all because of Daisy, and how some of the management just sucks. DAISY, this message is for you. You really need to learn how to interact with people just in general because constantly getting an attitude or raising your voice to a customer not only in front of management, but in front of other customers that were in the store is very unprofessional on your part. I hope they fire you because I will be contacting corporate on this because you should not be working there especially the fact that you came at me like you were going to fight me. I am 40 something years old I have severe heart issues and bjs allowed you their employee to be bully me. I have never been in a fight, nor do I ever want to be in one. I know how to act like a lady unlike you DAISY. I honestly hope corporate goes undercover like the tv show so they can see how the employees treat customers.

What a joke!

UPDATE: After contacting customer service via email, it took 2 weeks to get a response that the table is out of stock so they now want me to return the table AND chairs for a full refund... that will leave me $180 in the hole because I need to have someone come take the table apart and move it.
I purchased this beautiful table and chairs set which I really love but it arrived with a pretty large crack on the table which Isn't really that noticeable in the sunlight, so I didn't notice it until that night with the fire lit. The table itself is really heavy. I just had breast cancer and a double mastectomy so I can't lift anything, so I actually paid a couple of guys to put all the furniture together which cost me $80 and I also tipped the UPS driver $20. I called the company immediately the next day and spoke to a rep. He gave me 2 options. They will give me a $40 credit to use on a future purchase (really?!?!?) or, return the table and they will send me a new one. I spent over $1000 on this purchase.The first offer is an insult, and the 2nd is a pain in the butt. This table literally weighs 135 pounds. I now have to pay someone to disassemble it, carry it through my home and at least into the garage so they can pick it up. The box was destroyed so there is nothing to repack it in. The company is then going to make me re-order the table (which is out of stock) and ship me a brand new one not to mention I won't have a table for who knows how long... I already gave my old table to my son the day I received my new one, before I noticed the crack. Shipping is going to cost the company hundreds of dollars. I then have to hire somebody to come back out and put my new table back together. I will be out a couple hundred dollars having to have somebody come out, move the table for pickup and then come out again to reassemble my new table. The company will probably be out at least $300 minimal I would guess for the shipping alone not to mention the cost of a whole new table because this one is cracked and will not be able to be resold. I emailed them and told them I would be willing to work something out which would benefit me as well as the company. I would actually agree to $150 credit given to me now, not used on a future purchase. I sent the email a week ago and have not heard a peep since. I already took a half day off for the first delivery and will have to do the same on the next delivery. I actually have never heard of a company being so ridiculous. I told them I would leave a raving review for them if they would accept my offer because the table is really beautiful and sturdy and hey, $#*! happens. I am an avid online shopper. I literally purchase EVERYTHING online. I have never had a problem like this but I guess I am usually happy 99% of the time with my purchases. Beautiful table but so disappointed in the lack of customer service I have received.

BJ'S WHOLESALE IS A JOKE WRAPPED IN A CON. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

BJ's wholesale is the worst membership base store did I ever came across. They treat their customers like children, and get over on them at every opportunity. Examples are when you sign up for a membership with BJ's wholesale bull crap club they automatically sign you up for their credit card whether you want it or not and when years up they automatically renew it without your permission and without letting you know and they also charge you late fees for this. That's not the worst that they do, their customer service probably is the worst quality that they have but they are definitely not above cheating their customers at every chance they get they are constantly rising their prices with excuses that make zero sense, they don't accept returns from their website they make you drive to a state that has a brick and mortar store to return an item even if it's damaged even if it's not the item that you ordered you have to drive to a state that has a brick and mortar store to return your item if they'll even take rather then discounting their products because it is a wholesale store like Costco and Sam's Club they do these weird coupons that are kind of a nightmare to use and don't work most the time. My biggest complaint personally is that they sell product on their website even though they don't physically have it in stock that's horrible business why would anybody do that? Computers keep up with inventory with just zero effort they know when it's time to reorder items that have been bought up before they run out but if an item says it's available on the website and you're able to order it and pay for it then they should have it in stock that's an organizational problem that they've been having for the better part of a decade or maybe for the past 25 years from what I'm reading their website wasn't not for 25 years obviously but from the reviews I'm reading their inventory issues over their entire existence has been nightmareish at best. They have an after hours bought for shadding to figure out customers problems so they don't have to I spent an hour and a half or 2 hours talking to this bot trying to figure out if could help with anything, it couldn't. I recoreded the conversation and it was hilarious, frustration, and mind boggling at the same time. So lets recap, they sell and advertise product that they don't have and getting a refund can be an absolute nightmare, their prices have been on a steady rise, Their delivery service is so imcompetent you would think a group of 10 year olds were in charge. The consistantly damage the items in route, show up with items with many missing pieces of which some customers recieve the missing pieces but most dont. Delivery is NEVER on time or even close. BJ"s has a consumer rating of a whopping 2.11 stars. WOW! They also rank 173 amoung marketplace sites. I couldnt find a review above 2 stars. Fair warning, STAY AWAY FROM BJ'S WHOLESALE!

WORST SERVICE EVER

I would give Bjs less than a one star review if I could. Please read full review. My family has been a member since 1990, and I've never been treated with such bad customer service. I would think that they would treat us better and honor our purchases, but they don't because clearly bjs doesn't care about their customers. I purchased a bedroom set from Bjs during their Black Friday sale to add it to my newly renovated basement. My family was super excited, and it had good reviews. The damn delivery service bjs used, metropolitan furniture warehouse, delayed our delivery by THREE WEEKS. Bjs so called WHITE GLOVE delivery service was horrible. The first time I was told that dispatch messed up and the set didn't fit in the truck so they couldn't deliver on the day they were supposed to come. They didn't even bother to call to tell me. I had to call or I wouldn't have known. They delayed it another week. The second time they were supposed to deliver they told me they were in the it way. Later that day they called and said "the truck broke down" and they couldn't deliver. They delayed again. The third time when they did deliver with their "white glove" service, 3 pieces were completely damaged and only the bed headboard and nightstand delivered. AND the bed headboard was missing pieces. We had to turn the damaged pieces away and were told the missing pieces would be delivered in a few days. NO ONE CALLED OR FOLLOWED UP. I have called many times since then. Both bjs and the warehouse. I've been told multiple times the issue will be escalated and that Bjs will let us know what the resolution is. I was told I would get a replacement from the warehouse's end, but they needed to follow up with bjs. Bjs opened a case, but didn't do anything about. They told me they would follow up after opening the case, but nope. THEY DID NOT. I have had to call multiple times to get an answer or a dispute or find some information out and finally TODAY bjs, almost two months since I put in my order, bjs tells me the product is sold out and they do not do replacements. WHY DONT YOU DO REPLACEMENTS FOR PRODUCTS DAMAGED BEFORE DELIVERING TO THE CUSTOMER? Who would buy anything from a place that doesn't replace damaged goods? I have been contacting them for over a month and have constantly been being placed on hold or told that I would get a call the next day. I have been patient and kind and put good faith in Bjs that they would resolve the issue and send in another set. THEY HAVE TAKEN SO LONG THAT THE PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE AN AVAILABLE SET TO DELIVER EVEN THOUGH I ORDERED EARLY IN TO ENSURE I GOT A SET. ARE YOU SO DISORGANIZED THST YOU DONT KEEP TRACK OF YOUR ORDERS AND EHAT HAS DELIVERED PROPERLY AND WHAT HASNT. At one point bjs tried to tell me the delivery happened in full and we received the products. I have NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED AND DISAPPOINTED BY A SERVICE IN MY LIFE. I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE 1990 and THIS IS HOW TOU TREAT US? They can't even remedy the situation because I don't want a refund. I ordered EARLY to make sure I got the set, and their crappy white glove delivery service ruined everything. Other customers received their furniture sets and gave reviews. I shouldn't have had to wait this long and followed up as much as I did because BJS is incompetent. I am SO UPSET. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. INCOMPETENT AND RUDE. I had a sales rep hang up on me because she wasn't sure what to do about the situation. I will make sure EVERYONE knows that BJS IS THE WORST. You don't treat people right. You should absolutely replaced products damaged on your end that the customer was expecting and ordered in full faith. Maybe if you acted faster and were more organized, the item wouldn't have sold out and you could have honored a replacement. Honestly, they suck and I can't stress it enough. I will make sure EVERYONE KNOWS.
