Awful, awful service. This is the second time I have tried Bite Squad and both times were complete failures. First time the app said my order would be arriving in 45 minutes but kept updating to a longer and longer wait. Finally, after a VERY long wait, I got a call from the driver saying that they took so long that the restaurant is now closed and my order was CANCELED. Stupidly I tried Bite Squad again last night. App started at a 40 min wait time and kept going up. After an hour I called the restaurant myself to check and the food was sitting on their counter. I chatted with someone at Bite Squad who called the restaurant to confirm the order was ready. Then I was told that there was no driver in the area. I asked for compensation for my late delivery and cold food. Chat guy waved the $3.99 delivery fee and offered a $15 BS credit - which I declined because I will never use the service again... When the driver FINALLY arrived I went inside to eat and it was THE WRONG ORDER. I called the restaurant again and they said that there had been NO delivery driver in their restaurant for over 2 hours and that our order was still sitting on the counter getting cold. I brought along the bag of food that the driver gave me. IT WASN'T EVEN FROM THAT RESTAURANT! He delivered us food from some other Indian restaurant. What a joke. I foolishly pre-paid the driver a 15% tip that I have no way of taking back. Awful customer service with no phone number to call. Awful drivers. I really cannot say one good thing about my 2 experience with Bite Squad.
My order took close to two hours. Sent an email to see what the issue was and got a lame canned response. Poor poor service.
Easy online ordering PLUS the coupons for free stuff actually work. Much better than Domino's since they didn't take 2 hours to deliver the order.

Last night we received our order from Famous Daves and we were unexpectedly surprised and disappointed. The $24 ribs were missing a large strips of meat off the top. The mashed potatoes that I ordered came as sweet mashed potatoes. The corn bread muffins that we're supposed to come with the meal we're missing and the brownie that we ordered was missing. This was a $70 meal that we ordered to celebrate my new job offer. When I spoke to support on chat I was only offered a $15 credit. I absolutely can not believe the service we have received from Bitesquad. I spoke to Tony, the restraunt manager at Famous Dave's, who was adamant about wanting refund me for all the mishaps with this order. He said that unfortunately because it is through bite squad that bite squad needed to initiate the process. Tony also said that he planned to contact Bitesquad in the morning. Earlier this morning I received the message from the contact center whom I made the issue known with and they offered a $30 credit for Bitesquad. Yeah right. I will not be doing buisness whatsoever with such a slimey company. This needs to be resolved ASAP. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

My food arrived at the exact expected time. Not one minute late. My order was correct and still hot. I didnt have to warm a thing.
You always follow exact directions as to where to put food in office. Also came 20 minfaster than first estimate! Love it

We are on a 14 day quarantine in Maui and can't leave the house, so I have to order food delivered. We placed an order with Bite Squad for sushi for myself and my son - who really only wanted edamame for dinner (yeah, he's 7...). First, the order was "delayed." Then when it arrived they had, of course, forgotten my son's edamame. I went into the live chat and asked them to please have someone bring it by since it was left out of the order. They refused and said they could only issue a refund for the edamame rather than have someone drop it off.
There was no real reason for this other than it was their "policy" but since it was not my fault that the restaurant forgot it and/or the driver failed to check the order properly, it did not seem logical that they would just cancel it.
Mind you, the fees associated with this service are crazy high. My order total was for $85, and the Bite Squad fees were nearly $40 — A $4.99 booking fee, $10.12 "other fees" (whatever that means), $11.27 service fee, $3.76 taxes and $8.52 tip (which was automatically added, even though they insisted in the chat it was "optional.") It seemed completely unreasonable to have to "reorder" something that costs $3.60 only to be charged another $40 dollars in fees. So because they were not willing to bring that edamame by, I asked them to please refund the cost of the edamame plus all the fees minus tip and tax ($29.98) associated with it.
After much back and forth, and the customer service rep "trying to find a manager" for more than 20 minutes, all they were willing to do was about $20 in fees and a credit for Bite Squad for $5 for my next order. Yeah, as if I would ever order from them again.
This service is a complete rip off. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. If i could give them negative stars I would.

So very early in the morning, our office placed our order to deliver at 11:45 AM. Bit Squad canceled my order immediately saying the payment method has to be verified first. I sent in 3 pictures of driver's license and credit card but they didn't like the way those two cards were placed in the photos. After 3 times of reattempt to reorder and verifying for payment method, 2 hours have past and the new order cannot be delivered under 1 PM.
I contacted the restaurant at 12 to make sure they start cooking. So by the time Bite Squad finally approved the payment method they told me to keep waiting because the food is not possiblly have been cooked since they just placed the order.
So around 1:15 PM, everyone in the office is dying from starvation, we finally got a $300 worth of cold and soggy food that was packed at 12:30PM. No apologies, just bunch of pointing fingers at me, the restaurant, and each other on the customer service team.
I have to say this is the first and last time I will ever order from them. There is seriouse management and logistic issue with this company. Only so many times you are betray the trust so badly. I don't think this business will last a long time.
Please please do not order from the Bite Squad website unless you are ready to screw yourself and whoever is eating with you. Just call the restuarant and pick up yourself or call a Uber or Lyft driver or something.
