Trash service! Work from home and i'm busy so i order a burger, onion rings from a restaurant a mile from my house were COLD! Seen on the app my order was done but wasn't being delivered till 30min later. Chatted they didn't give a crap.
Screw this company!
Started using BiteSquad as an experiment. Now using every week as a part of my weekly meal planning. I feel spoiled to have my favorite meals delivered hot to my front door. Thank you for you service BiteSquad. I will tell my secret to my friends.
I use to order from 256togo before I moved to Ohio it Im visiting family this weekend in SC and from what Ive gathered, Bite Squad bought out 256togo. Im not sure what you guys are doing differently but keep it up! My food/order was perfect and still hot when it arrived. The live tracker is amazing to keep an eye on and the delivery lady, Ayla, was very friendly and assured me that my order was made with all the substitutions and tiny details that my mother is very particular were indeed made to her picky liking. An amazing meal and great timing! Again, Ayla was amazing and I would recommend you guys to everyone!
Not sure I will do this again. It cost 31 dollars to get 15 dollars worth of food. Not sure that is such a great value. I like the option to tip after I get service rather than before. A tip is a reward for good service you received, not something that is forced upon you no matter what the service is like. You guys don't even give a option.
I used BiteSquad to deliver a meal to a friend who was sitting with their child in the hospital. Other than being late (I was told they are always late) they said the food was awesome and they were impressed that they brought it right to the room.
I contacted them to let them no my order was wrong. I added steak to an item which I paid for and I never got, and they asked me to dig it out of the trash and take a picture in order for them to resolve. No thank you. I'm not digging in my trash to fix a mistake that you made. Will be sticking with Uber eats from now on. If they make a mistake they immediately refund you for the item without making you dig in the trash.
I was going to order through bite squad from a restaurant and upon checkout noticed bite squad (bs) added several fees. Additional fees plus tip added $20 to a $46 order. Decided to pick it up myself. I ordered directly from restaurant website and the food order was $13 less than from bs. Bs charged more for the food than the restaurant. What a joke.
Our driver Bruce went above and beyond for sides. I only wanted 2 blue cheeses for the wings we ordered, but I guess he saw how ridiculously small the containers were and went above and beyond with blue cheese. Thank you!
Absolutely horrible. Ordered food at 6 pm. Nothing until 9 pm. Then got an email that wrong driver picked up the food and delivered to wrong people. Then they said they are remaking the food and will deliver it. By 10 on they said mr order is canceled. Their driver is unresponsive and they hope that I have a great day ….
Uber eats is much better and calls almost immediately when there is a problem. Bite squad wait 2 hours before they called us to let us know they did have something on the menu. We had already called the restaurant so we found out about 30 minutes after ordering. We immediately got uber and had food from the same restaurant 10 minutes after bite squad calls an says they didnt have the mushrooms. I said yes I know, I called them over an hour ago. He said oh. We just recieved it. So I was polite and hung up.
After a long day on the road, the last thing I wanted to do was go out or eat fast food. BiteSquad brought GREAT food to me! Thanks for a great idea and where I travel a lot, its a convenience for me that Ill use regularly in the future. Thank You!
They continuously mess up orders. Tonight I ordered a Philly cheesesteak calzone and received a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. This is the second time this same mistake occurred. I contacted the live chat and while they refunded the cost, they refused to reorder the correct meal. I even questioned the driver because the calzone usually comes in a pizza box. He said, I don't know, I didn't check. Shouldn't they be verifying the orders? There seems to be an issue 90% of the time we use them.
We just started using Uber Ears and have not had any issues. Done with Bitesquad.
My order came on time. Jason was very courteous. I enjoyed the meal. I really appreciate the speed and the kindness especially since I was at the hospital with my daughter. He came in quietly, very respectful, and gave kind words. He is a very good employee.
I made a mistake in my order time, and they were ready and willing to help me make it right and even had my order there shortly after it was corrected. They even called me to inform me about a change in my order afterward. I had a totally great experience!
I didn't want to go out in the nasty weather today so I decided to try BiteSquad. The app sent the delivery driver to the wrong location. I got my order 15 minutes later than scheduled. But I didn't have to go out in the rainy weather so it was definitely worth it for me. And my food was delicious.
I tried this tonight for the first time. I was impressed with the ease-of-use of this app, the accuracy of the order, the variety available and the smiling face of my driver who delivered my food. I will use the service again when Im just too tired to go out or cook.
My wife and I recently moved to Sarasota, FL from an area with limited delivery options and poor service when it was available. We ordered from Bite Squad for the first time, and everything was perfect. Delivery was timely, the food was hot, the order was correct, everything was amazing. Whoever came up with this business idea... I hope you're a freaking millionaire and enjoying it. You're a genius, and I thank you for sharing it with us.
I logged into my account on Bite Squad's website, entered my credit card information and submitted my order. I then received an email informing me that I needed to send them a picture of my photo ID AND credit card within 20 minutes or they would cancel my order.
After contacting Bite Squad, their customer service representative could not explain their business practice - when no other online company requires customers to do that when ordering online - and subsequently hung up on me.
Perfect in every way the only issue I saw was that certain restaurants that show up when you first start don't show up later on when you're ready to order. I checked out places a couple of days before I was going to order and the night I did order they weren't available. If that can be fix you guys will have a steady customer but they do rock and our delivery guy was very nce.
On my initial order I entered the wrong date for delivery. Once I realized that the order was an hour+ overdue, I called BiteSquad. Found my error and order was then sent in a half hour. The girl on the phone was very helpful with locating my error.
