I ordered tickets on Friday for Sunday evening performance. I received an email promptly to confirm and, shortly thereafter, the link to the printable tickets. We were not at home most of Saturday, so didn't print them right away. I received two reminder emails, as well as two phone calls on Saturday! I printed Saturday evening, and all was fine!
The tickets were sent out immediately and were delivered very timely. The only thing i don't understand is why the tickets went from MA to TN back to MA? This did not affect my delivery, I was extremely happy with the service, the price could have been a little lower though
Bought tickets to an Event before the official release to public which made me nervous but everything was awesome. Seats were great and where they were supposed to be.
At checkout it didn't let me use the promo for the Discount but I contacted customer service and the mailed me a check for the difference in a very timely manner. Admittedly They didn't want to refund me the discount, as with any company they wanted to apply it to my next purchase but that was not acceptable to me and they went ahead and sent me the refund. I will order from again.
The salesperson who helped me (Annie, I think) was extremely helpful in placing my order when I was not sure if I had ordered or not on-line. She looked it up to ensure that I was not double ordering and then placed the real order for me. So very helpful, thank you!
I buy and sell tickets for all major sports and concerts so I consider my self to be a really tough customer. I have used BigStub a few times now. They have average to below average mark-ups and always deliver on time, as promised.
I was very nervous to purchase these tickets because they were so much cheaper than anyone else and, more so, because it was only hours before the show. The tickets were for Charlie Brown Christmas and they were delivered to my email within 20 min. I had no problems at all!
So I purchased tickets for the Denver comic con, Wasted over an hour of travel time and an hour waiting in line in the midday heat, only to find out that the tickets they sold me had already been used. When I contacted them about this, they gave me the runaround. I requested my money back and they told me that I would have to drive all the way back to the convention and get them to write on Their letterhead that the tickets were fraudulent. So basically the customer service representative called me a liar and refused to help me. I had to go through my bank to get anything done.

My tickets were $157 each but $40 service fee wich I think is pretty ridiculous. The only reason why I bought the tickets was because I wanted to purchase 6 seats next to each and every other website that would sell me them had horrible seats. This website is trustworthy. My tickets arrived 1 month before they were supposed to which is relieving.

I tried to purchase two Dodgers tickets from these losers, and they "Pre-authorized" my card, meaning that they took the money out of my account. They refused to tender the tickets, but encouraged me to try again because of some computer glitch. When they couldn't jam me up for more money, they refused the transaction. The customer service people are the most despicable that I have ever experienced, and they are all the way in CT. The business is run out of a MailBox Etc. in the San Fernado Valley. The owner of this company must be a complete jerk. The employees are doing real damage! Several people are starting to complain about them: It doesn't take long. Use Mark's tickets instead, their customer service has respect for customers and some class. Bigstub is a big joke!
The close was affordable and convenient to find. The only hassle was that they send you the tickets the day before the event via email. Then you have to physically print them out in order to use them. A mobile friendly ticket would be so much easier, especially with only one day to print before the event.

I never received tickets. They still have my money. Supposedly they have a 125% ticket Guarantee if the order is accepted but now delivered. I finally called new ticket sales, where of course they picked up.
They told me that even thought I received an email saying that the order had been processed, the money have been taken from my account, that did not constitute an accepted order. I still do not have my money back.

Bought tickets for my wife on J-Lo, bud suddenly place and DATE has been changed. I will be travelling from Russia and can't change my flight just because of someone decide to move events. I do understand that it's not BigStub fault, but they provide serice which i can't count on in the future. Unfortunately BigStub can't do refund because concert wasn't cancelled, just moved.
