If i buy tickets through bigstub are the tickets guaranteed? like if i get to the gate and they say they are not legit tickets, will i get refunded?

Answer:

Good luck…. They say they guarantee tickets, but if you have any kind of issue with delivery, they fall back to their "all sales are final", and put the blame on anyone but themselves….

How often do you have to deal with ticket resellers that double or even triple sell e-tickets? that is my biggest concern with these sites. a refund is great, but showing up to the show and being turned away at the gate would be a huge letdown.

Hi Jeff, It is extremely rare. Most of the sellers that list tickets on our site are professional ticket brokers that sell tickets for a living and would have nothing to gain by intentionally defrauding our customers. The smallest sellers don't get paid until after the event and as such, would have nothing to gain. I understand your concern but you can rest assured your tickets will be legitimate and valid.
