I purchased tickets to see Morgan Wallen on June 4,2022 back in November of 2021. I just received an email yesterday informing me I will be getting a refund for my tickets. I spent hours on the phone speaking with several different people saying they are unable to replace my tickets. However, there are tickets for sale but they cost 500 dollars a piece now because the show is only 2 weeks away. I paid less than that for 4 tickets in November. When I asked them to make things right they said that they get these tickets from a vendor so they are unable to do anything to fix this, and they don't take situations like this lightly and that the vendor will be fined. That does not help me in any way. When I asked why they could not purchase new tickets for me and make up the difference of the cost they said that they would be taking a loss. Well now I am, because I can't afford tickets that now cost 500 a piece. There is absolutely no reason as to why I did not receive my tickets and I feel that BigStub should have made sure I got replacement tickets no matter how much they cost now. It is extremely unprofessional and I will NEVER purchase tickets with this company again!
I am extremely disappointed in BigStub. I purchased 2 Box seats for the Miami Tennis Open one month in advance. Less than 1 week prior to the day I bought tickets for, they emailed me saying the was a 'technical oversight' and my tickets were no longer available but they could provide me other tickets in a different section (not box seats). I have hotel and flts reservations for this event, so cancelling was not a good option for me. I called within 24 hours of this email arriving. Once on the phone with me they now say they dont have those tickets either but could give me seats even further away. This was just a pure and simple 'bait and switch'. Their website says '100% guarantee worry free' - that is a pack of lies. They eventually provided section in sec 209... a far cry from courtside box seats and a bit of a refund. Extremely disappointed. This was going to be a special weekend. When it seems 'too good to be true' know that you are right! Never using them again!
Bought tickets from this company that were fradulous. Trying to get into the event and spent an hour on hold before finally getting someone on the phone. Then the customer service person says that there is nothing they can do. Horrible... will never use this illegitimate company again.
The tickets for the concert I wanted to go to sold out within a day. I was very upset. But I found some on here and was able to download them instantly after paying. I haven't been to the concert yet but I'm assuming everything will go just fine. They were a little pricey but for a sold out show I would do it all over again.
The deliver is always on time. You can find tickets with good price on this site. The customer service team responds very quickly and solves things smoothly.
If you're unsure about the e-tickets showing up in your email, don't be. I ordered six tickets to a game and they were all in my inbox less than 5 mins after I purchased them. Very happy with Big Stub experience.
Concert isn't for another 10 months, but I assume the tickets are going to be good (as in not fraudulent). I got them by email sooner than the 6 months they told me it would take. Hopefully my daughter will enjoy them. The young lady that helped me with the purchase could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Excellent customer service.
I have never heard of this ticket site before. As you could imagine I was unsure of dumping my credit card into it. However my tickets came via email. They look legit. I guess I will find out in a few weeks when I go to use them. So far everything had been Perfect.
First time bigstub user. Found off a link on Craigslist, so was a tad skeptical at first. Everything seemed legit- and it was! We got great seats, under face, delivered faster then stated (all with tracking) bigstub will always be my first go to for tickets now.
Every time I use a secondary seller to buy tickets I always worry a little that I could be taken advantage of. At some point i invariably go online and search for reviews of the company. My search always brings up reviews of people who have had numerous problems with the company. I usually write it off as the 10% of the human race that can not cope in today's online world and expect that everything should go their way even though their credit card was declined or they picked the wrong event etc,, That said, it still starts that small voice in my head that says "I hope I didn't get hosed" which is usually there until I'm in the front door of the event. My ticket purchase for July 4th went as planned and although I'm not in the door yet I'm confident it will all be okay.
Received the tickets, only thing I didn't understand is the tickets do not have a zone on them, just the section, row and seat numbers, sure hope they are in the lower level zone as ordered. We'll see on January 17th, 2016. Other than that the order process was seamless and fantastic overnight delivery. So far a five star Seller!
Great price. Great Seats. Non of the fees and hassle. So happy with our experience. They scanned my tickets on my phone at the United Center here in Chicago also, it was so much easier than printing them out.

We ordered tickets in the balcony as that was the most cost effective. We got a call from Goody Tickets stating that they no longer were available and that we would be upgraded to orchestra! My order was placed, a rep. Called a day or two later confirmed my order and told me when I should receive the tickets and even included a VIP parking pass, which he did not have to do. The tickets arrived on the day he said they would.

Waited 2 years for a concert and its rescheduled another year. Asked for refund they refuse. Offered to resell my tickets for lower cost and then wont pay you for ticket sale till after the concert.
