Everything was perfect. The tickets were sold out everywhere else. My teenager really wanted to go. I saw that your organization was part of the better business bureau so I took a chance and order the tickets from you. It was a fantastic concert. My teenager was about 4 feet from Charlie Puth. It made her day to attend a concert with such a multi-talented artist. I would order tickets from you again.
I just purchased tickets for what I thought was for the event but was for parking. The venue doesn't even have parking. This is an absolute shame. Why offer a service for something that doesn't even exist? Hopefully they're honest about refunding customers or this is a total fraud. Called and no one answered the phone.

I did do research & found that they were a valid reseller, so went ahead.
I can't say that I still wasn't nervous, but everything worked out fine & their price was better then anyone elses.
Unfortunately we had a horrible experience using big stub. My wife and I showed up to an event we purchased tickets for but unfortunately we never received them although we were charged for them. After sitting on the phone with their customer service for over 3 hours in the parking lot of the event we still never received tickets and missed the event we drove 2 hours to attend. After the 3 hour conversation they determined they were not going to refund us for the tickets we never received, I even gave them the account information to log into where my tickets were supposed to be transferred to and they themselves were unable to locate them. Moral of the story is I would be cautious using this company for ticket purchases so that way you aren't disappointed that you miss the event and also the money you spent for absolutely nothing.
Picked tickets, then recieved phone call that those tickets were double sold so for same price gave me better tickets! Recieved the etickets very promptly. Did seem like a lot of steps to print tickets.
I didn't like the idea that I ordered tickets 6 months before the concert, but didn't receive the email to download the tickets until the day BEFORE the event.
I am an organized person and waiting til the last minute does not fly with me.
Don't get me wrong the seats were great, but didn't like when the tickets became available to download.
I called and placed an order for the Disney on Ice San Antonio. Everything went smoothly and I was told the tickets would be sent sometime in March but in plenty of time for our April showing. I received the tickets February 26!
It gave us the tickets but the problem I had was the name was still in the person who sold them to me on my printable ticket and the arena wasn't too happy about that. I had to show them my email to prove they were mine...
Having not heard of this company before, I thought it might be too good to be to true. However, tickets arrived fast on my inbox and worked like a charm at the game. We will use again for sure!

I always check the usual sites, Ticketmaster, Ticketnetwork, etc. I find that StubHub usually has better seats for less money... but you have to get there quickly.
Didn't think this site was real but they turned out to be very good. The process was quick, easy, and the tickets were cheaper than other sites by a lot! I'll buy from here again without a doubt.
Called customer service to ask about some ticket details, they were friendly and responsive. Bought tickets later that day. Printed them within 15 minutes and they worked great.
I was able to find great seats at less than face value to see the best U2 concert ever! I'll be using BigStub.com again soon for the next show I plan on attending.

AWFUL! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I bought tickets for a concert and never received the tickets! I called 24 hours before the event and was guaranteed I would get my tickets in time, also emailed and talked to someone online and was promised my tickets by 7pm. I waited until 6:50 and NEVER received the tickets, I was then emailed at 6:55 (5 minutes before the event) with a refund confirmation. WOSRT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY! SAVE YOURSELF YHE STRESS!

I normally use ticketmaster or stubhub to purchase tickets. When I saw BigStub, i was weary. Thinking it migt be a scam... BUT THEY ARE NOT! Customer service waas super nice and well unstandable! Never again... ordered and PAID for tickets in Loge section. Got tickets in. 'Mezz section several rows back, tickets did not arrive until 2 days prior to performance. After 2 calls to see where thry were... never again
Don't buy any tickets from these people. I purchased two tickets to the Rolling Stones concert from them through BigStub.com and they charged my credit card. Twenty four hours later a man called and said the person didn't have the tickets and that they had credited back my credit card. He said he could look for tickets for me right then if I wanted him to. I was afraid to say no because I was afraid of not being able to find any tickets anywhere so I paid $300 more to get seats. They charged my card $800 plus. Last night, I discovered that the same seats I'd originally purchased for $210 a ticket were for sale for $487 apiece on BigStub.com. I wrote to them, they haven't written back. I just checked my credit card and TicketNetwork of Ct. Has not refunded my money. They processed $517.50 the day I purchased the tickets and the refund should be showing on my card. It isn't. Don't buy tickets from these guys or from BigStub.com. Now I have to try to get my money back and I'm in California
