Just delete this game after 13 years. This game Use to be fun. You play a long time enjoy yourself with all the people you meet in the rooms. It is going way down. You can't play very long without buying chips for just sitting in the Room. I spent a lot of money. Emotionally I was going through a divorce raising 5 kids on my own I am up in home health care so I don't get to get out. I met a lot of people on here we talk a lot about our lives and play the game. You can no longer do this. I am so disappointed and disgusted at this game. All they care about is the all mighty buck. Big depend on people like me. No Walker I am taken my power back. One more thing it took me almost 3 years To get from level 14 to 15th. I am absolutely disgusted at this game. Before they sold this game to a new company they were so good. The new Owners for a piece of you know what.

I guess C19 hit Big Fish pretty bad because their site is a mess! I am trying to find a game to play that I haven't played yet and works for windows 10! I can't even load the games board and if I see a game I want more information on, it won't load! Just the old twirly bird. And no answers when you ask!
Do I need to find a new game site? I've been here since time began and I was always so happy. Today I walk away and don't play a game

They used to be a good, reliable company with good customer service. I don't know what happened. There are now frequent technical issues (including games not activating). I can see from their social media that I'm far from the only person experiencing these issues. If you contact customer service, explain that you've already tried every step in their help articles, they just respond to you with the same help article that didn't help at all! I have been a customer for years. No longer.

Big fish has blokked me from commenting on the site becouse I questioned them about they're very expensive games.
So I try to make people aware this way and this is my message!

Also big fish is almost never availeble for support (unless you are a new custumor, then they react emediatly). Wich is a problem if you just payed them enough for a game and than that game does not work like it should wich happend all the time.
With the sites ubove there are realy hardly ever issues.

Please stop paying for those games, stop being cheated.

After 8 days and 7 reinstalls of a game i was loyal to for 78 days straight, they must've lost servers or simply walked away from the ingame glitches. After 3 days of a weekend and a Monday nothing was fixed and i started to send tickets. After a werk of questions, reports of losses of gems and levels, coins and more than 2 months of play, NOTHING.
Last reinstall was working until level 7. The only real way to earn coin called a Request Board just disappeared, like all the building graphics had in the previous 6 tries at restart, reinstalls.

Their games are no longer compatible with MAC. They know this and continue to sell MAC games. Their main page doesn't have a disclaimer about the known problem, it can only be found after looking through their website. They offer a"workaround" that my MAC will not install due to security problems. It took me a week and 6 e-mails to get a refund. They try to give you the runaround until you give up and cut your losses. I finally filed a complain the with BBB and eventually got a refund.

I have been on this app for over ten years ever since it was card ace casino. At my last level up I reached level 1281. For those who are not familiar you have a progress bar around your avatar showing your progress toward the next level and it's associated bonuses, I now found that my progress bar was no longer working. I contacted customer service and this was their response

I understand there is a concern about the Level Up progress bar disappearing from the Profile Avatar in the Big Fish Casino account.

Checking the account logs, we can see that the account has reached Level 1,281, which is the highest Level an account can have in Big Fish Casino. The account cannot have any further Level Ups and progress will be shown on the progress bar.

We can set the account's Level back to 900 and you will be able to continue getting Level Up bonuses and rewards in the account.

Please reply directly to this email confirming the Level reduction and we will be able to proceed further with it.

Does anybody else think this is wrong, it appears you are only rewarded to a certain level then that slippery mat is pulled from under your feet. I have removed the reps full name from the email he sent but can provide it if needed

I have been playing for awhile and have spent quite abit, and never win, my problem with this company is the sexual discrimination and do not say its not true, where is Barney Smith oh yeah he left company in good standing ( dont they all) men seem to win and women seem to struggle and they never answer my emails always a automated response like they dont care, but of course i am only a female, they do not like women, end of story...
