I was honestly terrified to order from here seeing all these bad reviews but I got my plush in 2- 2 1/2 weeks and I live in canada! I got regular updates on it and everything. I really just think some of these reviewers are kinda impatient alot of them were complaining how there stuff took a little to long to arrive. Anyways no need to worry your stuff will come you might just have to wait a little.

Attention international buyers! If something doesn't arrive, DHL doesn't notify you or similar, you'll be held out until you can't repeat the money! If you then get your money back via Paypal, the account is blocked and everything is gone, money, items in the pile of loot, everything. Be careful here!

I placed an order 9 months ago as a Christmas present for my son. Now it's July and still no items. It shows available within a week or two, but then they change it. I emailed and got a response about how they know how exciting it can be to wait for an order, but this is ridiculous.

Bought for 58 us, charged me 42 us for shipping * canada but... there is more

DHL charged me 2 times duty, so now it cost me more than original shipment

For quebec, canada its not worth it

I love how they have a super wide variety of items from all eras! My son REALLY wanted THAT Stone Cold to add to his collection. This one seems very very hard to find.and here it was…and at a decent price to boot! The expected shipping was on the 30th… I got it on the 23rd! Definitely recommend this website for any Toy Collector or Enthusiast. Blessed

I tried to order my son an item for Christmas 2021 (when he was still a child). I called to see if I would get it in time for Christmas. They could not guarantee so I told them to cancel the order. I order it on Amazon instead. Now, 3 years later, my son is an adult and I now received his toy in the mail. They said it was a preorder. Never have I heard of preordering a toy 3 years early. It was also out before Christmas of 2021. Not a preorder. They want me to pay shipping back and not reimburse me for the shipping to me. What a bunch of crap. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This is my first time ordering with bigbadtoystore. I was scared because of the reviews but, this was the only seller that had 25 words or less in stock, so I took a chance. The agents were so helpful with placing my order and verifying my shipment will come in 2 days (I paid for fedex 2 day shipping) once my product arrives on Thursday I'll let you know if the contents are up to par. As far as customer service goes, I'll definitely use this company again because they were thorough.

A lot of people leaving reviews have no idea how figure or statue collecting works. Unless the item explicitly says "In Stock" then you will have to wait at least a month. I have preordered statues ($1.6K) in July but due to manufacturer delays and shipping time to the seller (BBTS) I would not see my product until March. This is very common. You also have to keep in mind that when you preoder you are making a non-refundable down payment to secure your item. THEN you pay the rest once its comes in. They also send you an email warning you before it processes.

TLDR; Most people bashing BBTS think this is Amazon. Its not.

The estimated delivery window for when I made an order passed months ago, originally, I was only supposed to wait 3 months, now a year later after I have forgotten about the whole ordeal, I get a notification about shipping and payment which took me all afternoon to find out what it was about, there is no button to cancel the order on their site. I recommend to anyone reading this to steer clear of these people.

I strongly urge anyone from buying from them unless you live in the continental U.S. Also make sure you read all the information in there help section.

My order took a month to get to my house, then i had to pay border tax on the item; after already paying for air shipping. The shipping box was damage. Also the product is has paint errors; that they charged full price for.

I tried to contact them about all of these problems, to which they responded "that is not there problem".

I going to buy a rimuru 10th ani figure(i didn't find a lot of stores have them.) but I was very nervous buying from them especially pre-orders reviews. I wanted to play it safe so i didn't end up buying one but instead bought a in stock figure! They came in with 6 -7 days! The figure looks legit and very protective! Ngl I would buy from this website again! (Not preorders im too much of a wussy and ive heard they take SO LONG TO ARRIVE)

At first I saw the reviews were mixed, however, I had a great experience. Earlier this week, I purchased some items, which arrived at my doorstep this afternoon. All of the items are in great condition. I bought 2 Digimon tamagotchis, a Castle Greyskull stein, and a Rei Evangelion doll. Definitely will be ordering again!

I've spent a few hundred dollars on orders from BBTS and I won't ever order from them again. Shop Entertainment Earth instead. I had an order that I have already paid for get canceled because when they finally received the item my card expired and they couldn't charge the small shipping price to it. So BBTS found it acceptable to attempt to not refund my cash they took for the item and restrict my account. I emailed these armatures and they were unwilling to improve the situation. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else

I have ordered or should I say attempted to order multiple items from BigBadToy store. Even recently I gave them yet another shot. I ordered a set of Marvel Legends, months after they were supposed to be released, I found them at Game Stop. So, I called their customer service number to check the status of my order and they still couldn't give me a shipping date. So, I just canceled it. Exact same thing happened with single releases of Marvel Legends and GI Joe classified finding things I "Pre ordered" at Target, Walmart or Game Stop months later on one occasion in the clearance isle it had been out so long.

Most recently I pre ordered the Veteran William Werewolf action figure when it was announced. Never received it and ended up ordering it from Amazon and getting it in 3 days.

Unless you are a influencer don't waste your time or money.

Placed an order, seems it got mixed up. Called and the rep was nice and fixed everything. Also adjusted shipping cost and tax. Very pleased. Cant wait to get my package and future per orders I made. Thanks Derrick.

I have done business with BBTS in the past, from ordering Japanese Transformers reissues to recently, a Pac-Man model kit. And every time, they have proven deliver. Their packaging in my case is good, as they take great care to add stuff like bubble wrapping for more fragile stuff, and even sending me an e-mail to tell me when they are processing orders and shipping. The only thing I can warn about is pre-ordering, as they will not take payment until the item arrive at their warehouse. Also, some products will be restricted to the point of not being allowed to sell to orders outside a certain country, so that is another thing to keep in mind when buying toys that are new releases or pre-orders. So be aware when ordering or pre-ordering from this website.

1) Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They have hung up on me twice. They have yelled at me twice.
2) Until they recently started their $4 flat shipping their shipping rates were astronomical.
3) Now their shipping is a great price but it's cheap shipping and unreliable.
4) They have delivered my order to the wrong address. Only once, but once is 1 time too many.
5) Their search engine sucks. I have an extremely hard time finding products without having to scroll through a ton of other brands, and items that don't even come close to what I'm looking for.

I placed an order for a product on Nov 3. Turns out that just last week after 4 weeks expecting the parcel to arrive, I visit the website to find out my order was cancelled. No reason, no explanation and NO e-mail. If I had known this I would have been able to go to another business who could have sent me the item before Christmas without paying a fortune for shipping.
I have ill-feelings when mistreated this way and now will be apprehensive to ever order from them again. Bad first experience
