I preordered a poster for a kpop album. They sent me the wrong one and gave me a store credit. I then used this credit to buy a new one. They again sent me the wrong one. Do not bother buying anything from them. They are dirty scammers and will not listen to your complaints. They will go around in circles and waste your time. Avoid at all costs.

Prices are crazy, and the page advertises free international shipping. However, when ordering in the US, I still had to pay a minimum of $3.99 for standard shipping. Don't advertise it if it's not true.

I've been shopping here for many years and have had only good luck. Shipping is perfect, items quality, easy to use website. Some other chinese Web sites are difficult to use. They have done such a good job providing the world with asian products. My only complaint is that most items are not ready in stock. So be patient. Been a customer for over 10 years and have rarely had anything to complain about. I get many comics, books, CDs, toys and calendars from here. Shipping is usually free unless you choose to pay more ( to get it quicker) but I prefer the free option my things have never gone missing.

Yesasia primarily supplies music, films and books from Far Eastern countries but it also stocks many western titles, and classic and vintage titles too. A good range and variety ( including TV series) and good value. I have never had a problem with their shipping in over ten years.
I have been a customer of YesAsia North America for many years. Check out on their web site is horrible. Two orders in a row, I have been unable to use $5 cash coupons issued by them. It's not the money... it the bait and disappear that disturbs me. There web site all together on a scale of 1 to 10 is about a 4.
