I always get my K-pop albums and posters on Yesasia.com. They have great prizes, it is cheaper to get them here than going to a little store that is an hour away from my house. The store is way too expensive for just getting one album. But Yesasia has good prizes and you get additional items. I always get my products in one week after release, also in great conditions. I already have bought 5 albums on this website, and I'll keep buying them on here. Keep up the great work!

They have a lot of problems with their turtle speed shipping, beware that you won't get your order until like a month later at the earliest. And their customer service is not there to help you but to protect themselves from refunding, exchanging or letting you to get your way. And they will fight with you for even $1 all the way to your credit card company even if they shipped wrong items. This is the worst online shopping experience you can ever had. And zero protection to customers but all to their shop.

The website offers a variety of goods that arrive at you in perfect condition with little to no mistakes. They offer free shipping over a certain amount of goods and have the latest. The only issues with the store involve a lack of tracking code after receiving the confirmation email and can take a long time to arrive at your destination. If you want free shipping and good quality, and willing to put up with long waiting period (i'm talking a month) this is your site.

Selection of media ok and everything ok until you want to pay, that's the two stars it's worth. But then, when you want to check out, whether with paypal or not, some required buttons are not displayed in all browser versions, so you have to re-try and re-place your order with different browsers and versions again and again, and reload again and again, until at some point, one or the other the buttons appear and you can proceed. Unusable for everyday use. This is my experience not just once, but several times in several months. Why not just use standard, basic html which will work with any client, just like other sites manage to do?

Price Too Expensive
Blu-ray prices in YesAsia are too expensive, much more expensive than Amazon.com. I buy in Yes Asia only when there is an Indonesian subtitle.

In addition to the price is too expensive, which I do not like from YesAsia is quite often Blu-ray that I bought, can not be sent with the reason "are waiting for stock", when it should if you have sold it You must guarantee goods ready stock. If there is no stock, there must be a description.

I just ordered an A. R. M. Y bomb and am excited for it to come, it had a decent price and I got free shipping. The only difficultly I had was it would take my visa gift card directly for some reason so I had to create a PayPal account and make my purchases through that, which was finally successful. This is my first time ordering so I'm not sure how the rest will go through but I hope it's good! I am currently waiting to find out.

All of my orders have successfully arrived! There were never any problems so far. I've already placed three orders that safely arrived. The only complaint that i would have is the fact that sometimes these items would come in a slightly damaged condition around the edges. Also, prices on yesasia is higher than the average price and it is quite expensive. But overall, i am quite satisfied!

I have been shopping from this site in what seems like ages. From when I started buying music and dramas online from china/japan/Korea this was the first secure site I ended up with. They most likely have what you need, their prices are great, shipping is trustworthy and if something should happen? Then they have excellent customer service with the will to fix things. I always have a great experience and that's why I have done a LOT of shopping here over the years.

YesAsia is the only site I buy my albums from. They're very up front about their prices and also provide tracking regardless of how much you spend. I personally think their shipping and handling (packaging, wrap protection, etc) is decent and protects items well enough, but I have heard from friends that they prefer other vendors in regards to that. Every time I decide to make a purchase I do cross check with other vendors, but in the end I always come back to YesAsia because I enjoy their reliability.
