I placed an order for some musical CD, it was just released for a month, however they said the CD is no longer available, but the website still indicate item available to place order... so confusing. They should have update their website more often.

Product received on time with no hiccups.
They really wrap the box up really well so there will never be any damage.
Great service and I hope to do business with them again. I can see them being my #1 go to kpop source. They count their sales on all the album charts too, so don't worry about it.

I have ordered multiple times by yesasia and they never disappoint. Sometimes you have to wait for a little bit longer than on other sites, but that's not a problem if you look at the prices they offer. Yesasia is by far the cheapest option for me. The packages have never been damaged as well.

I've always had good experiences with YesAsia orders, especially their care in packaging my orders for shipping. Once in a while I've run into cases where an item couldn't be obtained from the supplier, but I haven't found anywhere with a better selection. I really appreciate this service!

First site says it can ship to USA. But I go thru all checkout and it says not from this site what to continue to other. :( Waste of time. And I actually thought I'd ordered months ago. Turns out I didn't. Have to click Continue, Which is in an odd place. :(

I have been looking everywhere for the theatrical version of sukiyaki Western Django and the ordinary distributor only had the cut version. If you want Asian movies how they're supposed to be seen, this is the best place.

I love YesAsia! It's my favourite place to shop for Japanese and Korean stuff. The item information is detailed, making it easy for me to make my choice. The site is user-friendly, shipping is pretty fast and packaging is secure (bubble wrap + box). Once, my Arashi CD case was damaged (cracked), and YesAsia had no problem replacing it with a new one, so props to the customer service as well!

Website clearly said free shipping international... but I was being charged for shipping twice. I needed the books so I went ahead buying from this website. Would appreciate it if they were honest about what they posted on their website.

For me this is a great site to shop, since there won't be taxes inside EU. However there were more random merchandise than the actual albums from the band. Also I think the site is pretty dated and difficult to use or more like focus what to read. However it was easy bying experience, no difficulties.

YesAsia is one of the best sites i shop on they usually have cheaper prices than everyone else and I love that give free shipping. Also compared to other sites they have so much more on there site. I would definitely recommend anyone to this site.

It was easy to use, you guys had everything I was looking for. I wish after some amount of money shipping will be free cause I spent a lot of money and shipping was more expensive that my most expensive item, but the rest is ok.!

I love ordering from yesasia! Response is quick and ordering is easy. I would give a full 5 stars but my albums always have dents when they arrive in the Philippines. Ive requested that my next order be packed carefully so I'm hoping to give yesasia a 5 star review when the next shipment arrive at my house.

Sites such as kpopmart, and ktown4u give you the poster for free when you buy an album but yesasia charges $5 for a piece of paper.
BUT aside from the expensive and overpriced merchandise, yesasia is very organized, has an easy-to-navigate website, great customer service, well bubble-wrapped packages. If you don't mind spending $10-20 more than the average Kpop merchandise site, YesAsia would be a great go-to kpop store.

I just bought a couple of signed CD's of my Kpop Idols and so far it has been great, simple to buy and pay with PayPal. I look forward to writing a new review once my items get here. An extra bonus, Free Shipping... Awesome!
