B&H Photo Video

I've been buying hardware from B&H Photo for decades. Their selection, quality, pricing and availability are incredible... but their knowledgeable and experienced staff place them in a class all their own!

I had always heard from my professional photographer friends that B&H Photo Video was the best place to find great equipment at amazing prices. I finally realized this in 2018 when I bought my drone and it was such a good deal! I recommend this place for anyone looking to buy some quality products, you won't be disappointed with their websites ease of use and their inventory. I'll be heading back to B&H Photo Video from now on.

This is my second online order with B&H. I was really impressed with the shipping time on my first order (a telephoto zoom lens) and the quality and depth of information on the website. I only recently got into photography and am slowly building up my "gear" collection. This site has been very helpful, and I feel like I could spend hours on it whether actually purchasing or not. B&H was recommended to me by a friend who is a somewhat more experienced photographer. I do not feel intimidated, confused, or pressured by this site, even though I am new to most of this. If anything, this site has encouraged me to keep gradually learning and growing.

I will be traveling to NYC soon and hope to visit the actual store!

The site is well organized and easy to search. While I had a few questions about the product I am interested in, the site. Has a plethora of additional information and bundling suggestions for products. I bought a Gorilla Tripod and a regular tripod to use with the smartphone video camera. From past experiences as well, I know that during business hours, their staff is incredibly helpful and offers excellent service.

I've purchased a number of things through B&H over the last 30 years from cameras, computers, upgraded memory, and today a gaming computer for my son. Selection and pricing are always great. I called them a couple of different times to discuss options and they were helpful on the phone and answered all my questions. This review will be updated if we have any issues with the new order, but I expect everything will go smoothly as before.

Last year, I finally bought a digital SLR. Next came multiple lenses, memory cards, chargers, bags, backpacks, filters, flash, and other gadgets with many orders placed to B&H. Only once did I receive a defective product (an expensive lens) but B&H made it so easy to return. I emailed them with a description of the problem, they sent a shipping label, I sent it off and had a replacement within a week. Their customer service is exceptional. I don't understand people that complain about receiving a defective product. They are a store, not a manufacturing facility. They are one of the best companies I have bought from on line. I was so grateful to find an online company that I could actually trust as there are no large camera stores located in my remote mountain area. Oh, and watch their daily deals - if it is a product you want or need, you better grab it while you can or you'll be kicking yourself when you have to pay full price for it.
