My husband and I each ordered both items on his want list on the same day, Dec 6, even though he knows you don't order anything for yourself in December. Anyway, both orders arrived the same day. I immediately contacted B&H, explaining the situation and providing both order numbers and asking for an exception to the non-returnable software policy. Denied. I am very disappointed that there was no flexibility.
B&H is a superb photo-video equipment supplier. They offer everything you could imagine, the prices are fair and they offer spectacular deals online.

B&H is always the first place we go to for all electronics. The customer service is great and the prices are always the best around. I have always received items on time and I have been happy with all my purchases.
As usual I always have a 5 star experience with B & H, No hassles, fair pricing, usually free shipping.
They carry so many products that are specific to our industry but I have found they are not willing to bend on taking good care of the customer.

Answer: ANy refurbished item we sell has been refurbished by the manufacturer or official US distributor, Nikon USA or Canon USA etc. Other used items are each rated on a numeric scale and we tend to be conservative so customers are not disappointed.
