Your customer service people are not afraid to actually speak to a customer. My card had a fraud alert placed on it and c. S. was quick to see if there was anything I needed from them,----in a non-pushy way.
Great service, easy ordering, complete website, complete answers. We will order from them again and again.
The UI and shopping cart worked as expected. There were some problems with an order on a late weekdend night but was resolved the next day.
I have purchased from B&H before, but I never noticed that they offer a student and educator discount. I was happily surprised to see that the discount even applied to the Sony A7RIII. Thank you B&H for the discount and I will be sure to tell my high school students and other teachers about your discount program.
What's not to love about B&H Photo. Great service and selection at lowest prices going on the internet. They price match or exceed savings when notified. Refund additional sums if something goes on sale within a reasonable timeframe and don't make you feel like you're doing them a disservice by requesting. Every company should strive for this type of experience. Unfortunately, most do not.

Decades ago I started buying film and film cameras in person from B&H when I was in NYC, or out of the catalogue while traveling. Now all my digital cameras and digital related purchases are on the internet (or in person when in NYC). From 35mm film in plastic containers to XQD cards I have never been disappointed with B&H's prices or service. I do not plan to change a thing..."it's not broken".
I have used B & H for all my photo needs, everything arrives on time. They are super to work with they answer all questions. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable on there products.
I was able to find a tripod part that I need and could not find it anywhere else. I know I can find what I need on B&H's web page with ease.
Can't beat Amazon's return policy which doesn't deduct shipping fee, and it's extremely slow to post returned items that Amazon post immediately after shipping out.
I have purchased quite a few items from B & H, ranging from camera gear to computers and they always have the best prices and excellent customer service. Keep up the good work!
Finding and buying the PA Amp was easy - shipping and payment went quickly. I just hope when the product arrives it meets the specs listed and will fill the job requirements. I'll leave feedback, good or bad with the results. Make me happy and I say very nice things and recommend your site. Burn me, and I burn back with a vengeance.

Device arrived in a timely fashion. Easy to connect, does what it is supposed to, and has been running for a few months without issue.
Always have items needed in stock. Huge advantage is not having to pay sales tax since I am out of state. Already very competitive deals to start with.
