I order from them online and I have shopped in-store once. Literally my only complaint (and the reason I'm rating 4 and not 5 stars) is that in store, when I asked for Kodak Gold film I was given Kodak Ultramax. When you check out it is pre-bagged and ready for you and the long lines need to keep moving, so I wasn't able to check what was in my bag until I had left the store and I could find no way to switch it out or exchange it in the time that I was in New York City.
First time ordering from B&H. B&H had the items I needed at a great price! I also felt that because of B&H's reputation that I could trust the quality of the products I purchased.
I love B & H because they have what I need and always have great prices to match! I customer service is great, the products are great, and the online and instore experience is great too.
I find the website more acurate than the iOS app. Using website, I see more in the used dept. I would advise to use the website while they fix the app.

Website would not accept three credit cards. Force3d to use PayPal instead. I can't understand when two were already saved as a payment method, but got tired of fighting with it.

I understand you were not in a hurry and may have even forgot that you had made the order. We only have a small window to notify the freight carrier and make any possible claim.
