B&H Photo is my main supplier of photo, video and other electronic equipment for a few years. They have never let me down, so as long as that holds true; I will not spend time to search for other suppliers.
It's my go to place when looking for new photography gear. They always have what I'm looking for o at least an alternate option. I've been shopping with them for 8 years now and have never had a bad experience.

Reviewed and compared products, had a quick online chat, ordered and paid for product all within 10 mins. A first for me! If the free Expedited Shipping comes though as stated, I could not be happier with an online transaction.
I got a surprise holiday gift. I forgot about my reward from a past purchase but then
B & H emailed me a reminder and I wound up buying something for $7.99 w/zero cost to me, including free shipping. Don't believe that you can get something for $7.99 out the door from these guys? Guess again. But if you spend longer than 90 seconds on the web site be prepared to invest a bit more.
Really love the ease of this website and the catalogue they send. Really love the great deals I get, fast shipping, and when I had problems with my orders it was always due to them shipping the item to me in a bag which resulted in the items getting crushed and banged up before I even got to use them. They are good about refund though.
Have ordered several times from them and will continue to do so. Just hope they up their game in shipping because there's nothing worse than seeing your router or your gaming device or memory drive come in so banged up you're afraid to use it!
I have ordered several items from B&H Photo Video and have always had a good experience. The products shipped quickly and were received in less time than anticipated. Their sales are great and often priced that are better than anywhere else. Add the free expedited shipping and (in my case) no sales tax, and your purchase has even more value for less cost. I am a very satisfied and happy customer who will continue to shop B&H.
I'll buy here even if it takes longer to ship than amazon an even if it costs a little more (but it never does). Customer service and knowledgeable people is very important and this is the best I can get since there are no more real camera stores at least where I live. You rock B&H!
I've been buying from B&H for decades. I've lost track of how many cameras (and other optics) I've bought from them for myself and other family members, but definitely more than 10. Reasonable prices, outstanding support, prompt delivery, excellent information and tremendous selection on website, etc. etc. If I have a question about a product I know I can call and talk with someone who has real knowledge. B&H is a truly professional outfit.
B&H combines a stellar website, excellent prices, fantastic return policy, and (if you happen to be in NYC) a great store to explore -- all seamlessly put together. Terrible, very cheap attitude, I have placed an order I have spent many hours then they confirm the order, after one day the cancel my order, do you know why cuz they understood this product price is going high. But you sent me confirmation of my order, you should be ashamed of yourself, claiming as a big business but acting very poor.
You need to ask yourself, do I want to buy from someone who can cancel my confirmed order without any reason just because the price in the market goes up? Definitely no
The seller respond that they verification dept whose primary purpose is to deter credit card fraud, identity theft in my review is also is wrong cause I have our conversation log in email, they have clearly mentioned cause the price goes very high and we can not replace our item with same price so we had to cancel your confirmed order

I wanted a new printer, that was portable. They offered free shipping and a great price. Better than Amazon or Walmart! It was super easy to order, enter my info in less than 3 minutes I was finished. No bumps on the website. Thanks!
B & H is a great camera store. I've bought most of my cameras, lens and photo accessories there. Their customer service is real customer service. They are knowledgeable and have always been helpful. They also ship orders right away.
I highly recommend them.

Reliable, helpful, quick, trustworthy; vast selection. I usually order online, but the store in NYC is an experience and the staff uniformly helpful and friendly. And... they know what they are talking about. Not your typical 21st century experience.
My only problem is I have given them reviews over the years and they still keep asking. Notwithstanding this very minor hiccup, it is a great place to shop..

Good pricing, wide variety of product choices and fast delivery. The products are very high quality at reasonable prices
B&H always has what I need when I need it. Prompt delivery. Miss having a real camera store in Baton Rouge with knowledgeable professionals to help. B&H is the next best thing. Gave up on the local Best Buy where the salespeople do not have a clue about the cameras and the memory cards are usually out of stock.
B&H is so great. Sometimes one has to wait on the phone to talk to product help - but it's totally worth it. Representatives are so patient and willing to share their knowledge, and want to help. If they don't know the answer, they'll find someone who does.
Finding and buying the PA Amp was easy - shipping and payment went quickly. I just hope when the product arrives it meets the specs listed and will fill the job requirements. I'll leave feedback, good or bad with the results. Make me happy and I say very nice things and recommend your site. Burn me, and I burn back with a vengeance.

Device arrived in a timely fashion. Easy to connect, does what it is supposed to, and has been running for a few months without issue.
Good price, good process. I hope my wife likes her camera! Certainly made it easy for me to find, and shop around for related items. Definitely will be considering B&H for future electronics purchases.
