I have been shopping here for at least four decades and have never had a single problem- well, maybe one, but a phone call quickly resolved that. Their customer service folks have always been professional and helpful. I never shop the other stores if B&H has it. There's something to be said about loyalty!
Great selections of computers and prices. Fast shipments, Sales tax refunds. I have made multiple purchases from them, not a problem every time. Latest purchase was discounted an extra $100 after my purchase. I emailed to request that they honor the lower price, and they refunded the difference to me.

This is the first place I look when I need photo equipment, supplies, gear. Then I check the web for better deals. I almost never find a better deal from reputable sources.
A couple of times I have ordered the wrong thing, exchanges have been easy.
Often there are no shipping charges. No tax charged up front so I don't have to ask the IRS for a refund in April. I just pay sales tax based on my state's rules for out of state & online purchases. Great for my business record keeping.
Excellent website and easy to use. I have been at the NYC store several times and know the expertise of the people working there. Very confident purchasing online. They are my "go to" photography retailer.
Never one an issue from B&H, from shopping in store, to ordering online, tacking packages, through returning items. They have stellar customer service and I always know I am getting the best price and quality.
I am a professional photographer and have bought from B&H often. I am always pleased with the quality of the product and the shipping. I get annoyed by angry idiots that leave bad reviews because they expect to hit the order button on a computer two thousand miles away; then walk outside three min later disgusted because a magical unicorn has not delivered their products. By far the best and most helpful website on the planet! Precise, informational and easy to follow... hard to go here and not buy something. I live in Michigan and have been buying all my photo needs from B&H for almost 20 years. I have bought new, used and have sold back to B&H photo equipment and nothing in all these years gives me pause at doing business with you. There is not another vendor of any product that I can comfortably say the same whether in person or online.
I haven't received my TV yet but on top of having the best prices, B&H offered expedited shopping free of charge. I have purchased from them before and been satisfied with their prompt service and customer care. I would recommend them to friends and family. I've never had issues with ordering or returns (which are rare). The selection and cost can almost never be beat, so these days I simply start my search for equipment and supplies at the B&H site. 99% of the time, I order from here too.

I buy all my equipment on B&H for 12 years! I'm a Photographer and love to experiment buying new gear, some times it doesn't work, thats where comes return policy of B&H. No problem to return almost anything. One time I had a problem returning Laptop. This is where they charge restocking fee.
Having dealt with B&H for the last decade at least, I've never had a single issue. Film offerings have expanded to include more films that I'd never find on the shelf of any camera store near me. Consistently been able to supply me with the products I need for my research and workshops.
B&H is just great when it comes to customer service and finding items. Very helpful in providing all information you need to placing your order. I have been ordering from them for sometime now and I tell you they are always my number one place to go to.

B&H is a more complete photo site than the other NY house. Long on Customer Service and pricing is comparable. I would rate their used dept a notch higher than the others. But your mileage may vary. -Charles in Louisiana
