I have sold or sell on a few other platforms like Bonanza. What makes Bonanza stand out to me is their customer service. They have the best customer service I've ever dealt with when I have needed any sort of help using their website.
Their platform is also easy for sellers to work with to list or edit items for sale. I love that I can have all of my listings from Ebay or Etsy or. Csv file transfer to Bonanza, including listing title, variations, listing details, pictures, price, etc. I love that I can list as any items for sale without per item fees (like other places do). I love that I can choose how much I'd like Bonanza to advertise for me and whether I'd like them to take 3%, 9%, etc final value fee based on that. There are options for opening a webstore, but I haven't.
There are some sites out there who will take your money and run and not offer any help in return (plus some of their platforms are super NOT user friendly even for someone with many years experience). But you won't have to worry about that with Bonanza. Bonanza only takes a fee if your item sells. They are an honest company.
They also have "tokens" you can collect as well to redeem for either $ off or some other cool stuff. I have over 3000, but haven't really needed anything.
The only cons would be having to drive your own traffic and shipping labels (but I just do all my shipping labels via Paypal). You really can't ask for more--It's free advertisement for your business.
I hope more people will sign up with Bonanza so we can become a larger selling/buying community. I hope Bonanza never changes how they value their sellers even if they do grow bigger. I found that with other platforms I've sold with, once they became huge and public, they start to treat their sellers worse and impose all sorts of ridiculous rules and jack up the fees.
Thanks Bonanza!

Really love the ease of this website and the catalogue they send. Really love the great deals I get, fast shipping, and when I had problems with my orders it was always due to them shipping the item to me in a bag which resulted in the items getting crushed and banged up before I even got to use them. They are good about refund though.
Have ordered several times from them and will continue to do so. Just hope they up their game in shipping because there's nothing worse than seeing your router or your gaming device or memory drive come in so banged up you're afraid to use it!

You don't get lower than this scum of a company to steal from good people during their time of great disparity and mourning. Ordered over $1300 worth of funeral flowers. We never got to keep about $700 worth of funeral flowers including the casket spray to place on top of his casket to celebrate the life of my grandfather. You can see for yourself what we received instead because the "florist" who works out of her mom's house or her mom is the florist (we got the run around) sent us dead flowers.

When I placed the order, they ensured me everything would be OK, flowers would be fresh, last 3 days (the length of our traditional funerals), and be on time. We only received 3 floral arrangements out of 8. My family had to run around the night before the funeral, to Walmart and other grocery stores to find enough flowers to buy to put in vases, so we'd at least have something.

It was a nightmare dealing with this company. Oh boy, the run around they will give you and I spoke to so many people I documented at least 6. They do NOT honor their customer satisfaction statement they have plastered on the top of their website. I filed with the BBB in NJ and they still did not bother to respond or refund any of my family's money.

I have posted reviews on other sites, but avas goes around and gets these reviews taken off so they will seem like a decent company, but from my experience, they are not. They are a take your money and run type of deal.

I've never wished badly for anyone, but I certainly hope karma catches up to this company real soon and shuts its doors. Just find other reviews. They're all similar to mine here.

Included are pictures of what we received so you can see for your self how their quality premium flowers look like.

Tip for consumers:
if you order, please do not order with your bank debit/credit card as they might not be able to help you get your money back.
you should order with a credit card and it's buyer beware.

My husband lives in France. My 12 year old son and I live in America. You can imagine we have done some of traveling to be together. This is my first experience where there was NO ONE at the ticketing counter and dealing with Icelandair was a nightmare and costed an additional $3500.

Husband bought 2 tickets in August 2016 through orbitz for my son and I to travel during the Christmas holiday to be with him. I checked both my son and me in online. We are about 2 hours from the airport and took a bus. The bus was due to be there 2 hours prior to our flight but got delayed. I figured we should be OK because we checked in already, so they should know we were coming? We got there with 2 suitcases, because this was a 3 week long trip for us.

There was NO ONE at the counter to help and there was NO HELP to be found any where. Using 2 phones, I called both orbits and Icelandair. Neither company wanted to help us. Icelandair said it was on Orbitz, Orbitz said it was on Icelandair and neither couldn't do anything (more like didn't want to). It took over 30 minutes to get on the phone with Icelandair. She kept me on the phone just until the flight took off and then said, well, it's too late now, there's nothing I can do and you'll be marked as a no-show. (NO SHOW? How did we no show? We were right there!?) She said for me to wait until tomorrow and the supervisor would be able to do something for me.

So, my son and I checked into a hotel. Next day comes, still, NO ONE at their counter. I had to call them again and wait 30 mins before speaking to anyone, but Icelandair took their words back. They no longer wanted to help me. They claimed I never even checked in (but I had proof I did). They gave me the run around. They wanted me to pay an additional $3600. I spent the entire day at the airport with my exhausted son, just trying to get him to see his dad for Christmas and his birthday.

Day 2 at the airport now. Icelandair did NOTHING for us. Their customer service agent even made fun of me and said I wasn't an exception, why would they put me/my son on another flight? She pretty much said why would they do that for any of their customers and I wasn't an exception. They had a flight that same day going to France, but they wanted me to pay $3600 for it despite being told the night before they would help me. I have never missed a flight, but I never imagined they would make me buy 2 new plane tickets during Christmas time because there was no one at the counter to take our 2 suitcases? I would have happily paid what other airlines charge (which I know is not $3600).

We spent 2 days at ORD, and 2 nights at a nearby hotel. Orbits did right by us and gave us a refund for our plane tickets (after we made a video posted on Facebook public reaching over 5,000 views in just a few hours) plus I'm sure it helped to have many friends and family members call them and Icelandair (Icelandair is the worst). I will never ever ever ever fly Icelandair again. My slogan for them is "We're as cold as Ice, like our name impiles, and it froze even our hearts".

On a positive note, at least there was no one to beat us and drag us like another airline did recently to someone else. Though, the way the treated me over the phone, they may as well have.

I used to love etsy and even promoted them to everyone and even inspired some friends open shops of their own to sell there too long ago before they were as widely known. It is people like me who made etsy the community it became. I feel they treated their sellers better before they became public. It's not the same any more. They are becoming like another website I know that rhymes with dejay who's getting hammered by another website that rhymes with parmesan.

You'd be surprised how dirty some sellers play the game. Your competitors will be the ones to complain about your listings if you are doing too well (even if they are the ones infringing your original creative ideas). Have a few complaints and etsy will close your shop and it won't matter what you say. And if you have 2 shops, like I did, they will close both of them.

You're better off creating your own website and driving your own traffic through other websites. At $. 20 per listing (for 3 months or until it sells, at which time you will incur another $. 20 to relist), fees add up real quick despite them taking 3% final value fee plus additional 3%+ if you opt for direct deposit.

Don't bother trying to sell there. They don't need your business. That's the attitude you will get once you have paid them to sell there.
They lured me in with their promo of $35.85 for 3 months. No contract, blah blah blah. They immediately take out $35.85 plus $5. I found their platform is crap (very illogical, very confusing, pictures take FOREVER to upload onto their website, even using a. Csv file as they have listed on their site doesn't integrate properly, you will still have to go in and manually fix every single listing before it can even become live). If you ask for help, they are short as if it's a bother.
If you are dissatisfied and cancel. Don't bother trying to get your money back or trying to speak with someone. They are useless. Had to file a dispute with Paypal to get my $5 plus the additional $18 they took back)-no refund for the $35.85 for services they half a**ed provided. Had to have Paypal cancel the contract w/them so they could no longer take money from my account.
They will not prorate a refund for you even if you have only used 2 weeks of their 3 months. The "No Contract" is a scam. Once you pay for 3 months, that is your contract--even though it is not stated on their promo, which they should.
Yeah, learn from my mistake. There is no traffic there either so not only will you waste money, you'll also waste time.

  • Trustpilot

I should have never trusted trustpilot. Last year, I trusted trustpilot's review of an online flower website and with their review being nearly a 9 star company, bought nearly $1400 worth of funeral flowers for my grandfather. About $700 worth of it never came. Said online flower shop took my money and ran. I even filed with the BBB against said flower website with no response or bother to right this for my family. I put my review on trustpilot. Trust pilot wanted the report I filed against said online flower shop to BBB, I provided. Trust pilot wanted copies of invoice, I provided. Despite all of this, and editing my review to fit what they wanted me to say, they still deleted my review. Hmm, did said flower website pay them off? Probably because I noticed they blocked a LOT of other bad reviews too.
