I love how it has the Option to add a more intense workout if I'm feeling it and ticking off each activity is a great Incentive everyday!
I have found that I truly enjoy the programs. There are a few exercises I will need to work towards but that is incentive for me. I am 51yrs this year and with age also come through effects of aging so this program is great for seniors. I strongly recommend chair yoga and wall yoga.
Workouts have been fine and getting me moving, stretching, etc. Too soon to tell results as I'm only 4 days in. I haven't invested in the meal plan. This is a low impact workout which works best for me as I'm just trying to get back into moving and strengthening after a work injury I'm still recovery from 16 mos out.

A great start. Started off with about the right amount of work out. Haven't missed a day yet. To soon to say there's been great results but I expect that to come.

I'm a combat veteran, always staying in shape. But as I'm aging, it's hard to keep the weight off the midsection.
Enjoying so far. I don't understand why I have to pay more to join challenges. I might do one if it wasn't extra. There isn't much time to transition from one exercise to the next. It would be nice if there was instruction for the exercise before the timer starts

I purchased the program a few days ago and have not had the chance to utilize it yet. However, I am excited about having 28 days of personalized exercises. For the daily exercise, there is a video exemplifying the routine, for the entire duration of that routine (between 15-20 minutes). Also there is an option to watch separate videos that break down each warm-up, exercise, and cool down.
I appreciate the in-depth questionnaire and the easy starting point that was chosen for me. I was struggling to get started and this was an accessible first step. The upselling is a bit aggressive, but otherwise, I'm happy so far.
