I am pleased to recommend this app for those who would like to give their body necessary daily exercise, love, attention, relaxation or push their athletic goals to a higher level, challenge yourself and discover a new potential in your body performance. This app is definitely keeps track of my meals calories intake, daily water intake as well as reminds me of my goals and encourages to keep going with my daily routine. I FINALLY feel like I've found something that works for me. I've been struggling to lose baby weight for the last 3 years now. I just couldn't seem to find a rhythm in my new and busier-than-ever life. I tried and failed so many times, trying everything from paper journals and tracking to various apps to seeing a nutritionist. This last time around, I did an online search and came across Noom and BetterMe. Both asked me some initial questions about my fitness/health and goals. I decided to start off trying both at the same time to see which one might be a better fit.
After a 2-3 days, it became clear that BetterMe was better for me. As a super busy mom who works full time and is mom to a 3 year-old, I figured out that I needed something to help me take the guesswork out of my diet. With BetterMe, the following things stand out for me:
1. Easy/simple to use
2. Actual Meal Plans are provided
3. Daily workouts are provided
I love the platform and how easy it is to navigate. What's been beyond helpful for me, however, are the meal suggestions. I literally don't have to think about what I need to eat to stay on track, and I've realized that has been a huge part of what's been missing for me.
As a former professional athlete and someone who is, generally, pretty disciplined, I needed a boost to help me jumpstart my health and fitness regimen again. This app has helped me stay accountable and consistent while boosting my confidence in myself to be able to reach my eventual weight loss and fitness goals.
My fitness is purely for me and no one else. I owe it to myself to be the healthiest version of me that I can be, and I thank BetterMe for playing such an integral role in this journey.

I took up the 28 challenge and was amazed how easy it was to perform the workouts for 20 minutes a day at my own time. I feel more relaxed after each session and I can sleep better at night. I really enjoyed it. Thank you!

I have tried quite a few other apps and websites, and none have been easier to understand or follow-through like BetterMe. There are SO many options for the varieties of diets, exercises, and other things to explore! The exercises are step-by-step videos and extremely easy to follow. Once you do the survey, you get a diet and exercise plan tailored to your needs. I have back and knee issues, and that was one of the questions. My other concern I had was that I don't have a lot of time to set aside and meal prep. The meals that were on my plan are quick to make. There are some, if I do have the time, that could take longer to make, but the majority are quick! On top of that, I decided get a coach with my plan. I'm terrible at staying committed and doing the new healthstyle the correct way. My coach has been extremely encouraging, working at my pace, and has given me tips along the way. It's been an incredible journey so far, and I cannot wait to see my results both internally and externally with BetterMe!

I only started using the app a few days ago but so far, so good. I got it with the intention to start slow on my fitness journey, it's done just that. The instructions are easy to follow and the sessions aren't long. I can feel the burn during the sessions but I'm not soar afterwards so that's great. I hope to see results in a few weeks.

I'm only on Day 5, but so far I've been very happy with the workouts. It's clear and defined. It also is the length of time that I said I can fit into my day. Pretty happy so far.
