Not a great start with this app but after several questions and concerns to the help desk the app is improving. My preference would for it to have horizontal capability. The program began with slow response when getting a class session started. The helpers did get this aspect to improve so now I'm waiting to see how things go moving forward. I am enjoying the sessions.😀 It's getting me back into a good routine.

I wouldn't say this is necessarily beginner friendly, but it's great if youre someone falling back into exercise. They move quickly from move to move, with little direction. It may he better for beginners with a coach, but idk because I didn't pay for that.
The durations are great, and I love that you can go back and do other days together.

Haven't worked out in quite awhile & this workout is perfect for starting back up.
I like how it keeps you constantly moving,and the instructions are there for you!
It's been only 3 days. And I've been consistent. I feel the burn, or burns, exactly where I wanted to feel them so I can only assume that my personalized workouts are doing their job
I have only started the program a few days ago but have very much enjoyed my experience so far. Today I had a mobility routine which I really liked and has been something that I want to work on especially my hips and shoulders. Looking forward to continuing the program!
I've been in the program for 4 days and I'm loving it so far. Exercises seem very easy and i thought it will not work but I do get a good fire afterward.
Haven't been using it long but I don't hate it. I like the music and length of workouts and find the drink water alerts helpful.

It's a very precise, efficient use of my time. I felt the work from the start. Eager to get through this 1st 28 days and start exploring the other options available.
I have been doing it for 4 days, in my case I can already see the difference and have loss a few pounds. All the exercises are amazing loving it!
The exercises and format are nice. I like the option to use my Spotify for the music.

The whole app should be able to work horizontally, not just workout mode
The lack of syncing between devices is a dealbreaker to me. I hate that I can't use my phone to pick up on the day I left off in my plan on my iPad. I will probably finish out my 28 day plan and then cancel because of this.
