I Ve just started to use the app after 2 pregnancies for a total of 4 years with no work out and it felt so good! The First day was like a massage to my body, like stretching. It was only 13 minutes, perfect! But app offered me to continue and i did one more session of 15 minutes. Recipes are great too!
So far the meal plan is easy to follow with simple ingredients which helps stay on track. The workouts are great for me after suffering a stroke ( at age 43) and getting back into physical activity.
I love ending my cardio work out with chair yoga. I start my day with this workout everyday. It is easy to follow,
Gentle on my joints, but I still feel like I got a good workout. I am a senior with knee issues, so this is perfect for me.
I just started on my 4th day. I'm enjoying the exercises, as I get to stretch well again. I feel great afterwards.
These workouts are absolutely the best for beginners, they're not difficult but you can definitely feel the burn. I love that they're 15 minute workouts and I can do them before work, I'm my home 🙌🏼

I started using the yoga app a week ago. I didn't manage to do the exercises one day, the other days I did. It's good that you can indicate if the exercises are too heavy, just right or too light, at the end of each session.
Right now, I don't really feel any change from how I felt before I started; I wonder if that will be the case in 3 weeks.
The day after I couldn't do the exercises, I wanted to catch up on one session in the morning and then do the next session in the evening, but I couldn't. You can only do one session a day. Whether I will then be able to do the last session, when my testing period ends, I don't know (yet).
Day 5 and ive been doing it all. I do these exercises every morning. Feeling so much better physically and mentally. How such little movement can make you feel those muscles!
Still early in the game but I'm sticking with it to see how it goes. So far enjoying it.
It is going very well. I like the fact that the exercises don't last for a long time and there's an opportunity to rest so that you can give it your all the next go round.
On day 3 and I've got that good feeling of knowing my body is getting the love it deserves! The 15 minutes of calisthenics is more than enough to get my blood flowing and give a feeling of accomplishment. Thinking about doing the workouts more than once a day!
I'm sure there's more to it than I use, but I paid for a 14 week programme 15 mins a day, doesn't seem a lot but it fits in with my life Style.
Easy to interact, music in the back ground from my playlists whilst the video visuals of the exercises progress.
Once I've completed this first subscription, I'll move on with this if i feel I want to up.
Definitely the first app I've used that isn't continuously trying to flog me more from the app.
