There are a lot of different workouts, but what I like the most are Dancing Workouts and Family Workouts. My mom is fond of these workouts too! We are practicing them since Lockdown time and have a great mood all the time. My mom even purchased dumbbells and skipping rope, I can't believe it!

It was always difficult for me to reach my goal in fitness. I always wanted to gain some weight, at least 5-8 kg of strong muscles. I went to the gym a lot of times, but after a few months I've always stopped. There were different reasons, COVID-19 is one of them, but more weighty was the reason of not understanding how many exercises I need to do everyday, should I drink a lot of water or drink the usual for me amount of water, etc. In general, I did not know which steps I need to take from day-to-day to reach my ideal weight, I just trained 3 times a week in gym and followed training programs I found on YouTube. I didn't see a desired result and I started to look for other methods. I understood that I need a structured training program which takes into account my conditions. I was said that professional fitness trainer can help me with that, but the price was too high for me. I've started to check if there are any training programs in App Store which can offer a customized plan for me.
That's how I found a BetterMe program. After a little quiz and purchasing a subscription I've got to my personal plan offered by BetterMe. They've taken into account my current physical condition and my goal to gain 5-8 kg of weight.
Now I know how many water should I drink a day, how many calories I need to eat a day ( btw, it's great that they also offer a meal plan with recipes, I have chosen 5 I like the most and prepare them for a week), also I see daily exercises I need to do and steps goal.
To sum up, this application is a great solution for me as now I have a sctructured approach in reaching my goal!
P.S. They have a wonderful customer support, they can help you with any questions and offer some special deal for you if price of subscription is too high for u. I was offered 6-month prolongation for $19.99 (price of my current monthly subscription) and of course I could not refuse this offer.

Terrible customer service. I've cancelled my subscription 3 times now, they continue to charge each month, even though I have email correspondence saying they have cancelled the subscription... 3 times!

I was charged 1 cent after I cancelled my subscription, being told it was a computer gliche and that I would receive a refund. After 6 weeks I contacted Better Me again, asking where it was. I received a refund into my bank account the next day.

Troy, we are sorry if your experience could have been better. Please, be informed that there is no way for BetterMe to charge one's account without the direct permission of the user. Each user chooses a subscription package and is being billed due to the conditions of this subscription.
If a user doesn't want to continue, they can cancel the subscription 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. This information is clearly available on the checkout page for customers to review before placing an order. They can also find it in the confirmation email along with the option to unsubscribe by contacting our support team.
