I signed ip for the trial. After reviewing what was offered, i decided that as a disabled elderly person, it was not going to benefit me.
I emailed the support email provided that same day to cancel the subscription and refund my monies.
They emailed that they would offer me an extension with no mention of a refund.
I responded that i did NOT want an extension, that i wanted a refund.
The company continues to withhold my monies and has not responded to my requests for a refund.
Don't do business with this company, they are unethical and don't care about their customers.

The app is really worthwhile. With the help of the proposed program, by the way, exercises are selected, nutrition is individual, I was able to lose extra pounds. I haven't thrown it off so easily and simply yet. Thank you for creating such a program. I will recommend it!

What's the deal? I'm all excited, was about to subscribe and thought to myself let me just check the reviews. I'm looking to use this site for a tool to help with weight loss and incorporating fasting into it, but I don't see any
Reviews regarding weight loss, they all seem to be mostly about working out. Additionally, the negative reviews regarding customer service In regards to canceling the subscription and or payments are highly concerning.

Has anyone use the site for weight loss? I would like to see some reviews regarding how well the site helped with tracking, food knowledge and adding fasting, etc. as well as do active customers find it difficult to get issues taken care of, payments, ect.

I see where the company has responded to each negative review, which usually almost cancels that out for me but there's so many regarding that one thing I would just like to know if it's still an issue. All the responses from the company state thank you, your service has been canceled but they don't have a reason why The sane issue keeps happening, I could understand maybe if it's due to a large amount of customers at once or being short staffed due to our current political party (relax…. Just kidding!) I mean employee shortages like everyone but as a new potential customer, I would feel better with an explanation that makes sense and a way they have corrected it.

The site caught my attention with an ad about fasting, which I don't know anything about but I've been told by several people I should look into, so I'm hoping this is the difference in this site vs. the other hundreds out there.

Wish I had seen these reviews sooner! They are a total SCAM! MISLEADING and DISHONEST. I just wanted to try out the KETO diet meal plan. Not only, the meal plans were repetitive and boring, I was charged double the price for the auto renewal that I knew nothing about. SAFE YOURSELF, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

They charge me lot of money after i cancel my plan. Nobody give my my money back. Im dissapointed, and without money now.

I chose my food for a planned Keto diet... I have allergies to some foods... I paid my money for a discounted one month... and the diet came through. Foods which I had deliberately not chosen for good reason were included in the plan. I have asked many times for a refund and they keep telling me I must try the diet for one week and prove it doesn't work for me! I only need to read it to know I would be in big trouble healthwise if I ate what they had suggested. I am nearly 80 years old and on a small pension but they still refuse to give me a refund. Don't go near it

I must admit that was very lazy for the recent few years but this app changed my life completely! I started to work out with the beginner level of exercises and then, step up for a harder one once my progress increased. The meal plan is great as well, by the way. I can easily set it up to my preferences and the Support team helped me a few times to find the alternative to the ingredients that I actually didn't prefer to consume. If you are searching for a great solution for your workouts routine and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, this app will be certainly recommended!

I am a person with disabilities, it is difficult for me to go to the gym to exercise. I was looking for exercises for classes on the Internet and came across this application. I really liked it. I was given a set of exercises, proper nutrition. Now I do sports at home every day. Thank you very much!

Посоветовали воспользоваться приложением знакомые. Я попробовал, вначале не думал, что поможет, но был удивлён, что вес стал падать благодаря чётко у самоконтролю. Тем кто борется с лишним весом - в помощь это приложение. Вы удивитесь от эффекта. И приложение само по себе качественно разработано. Топ из того, что только есть сейчас из похожего.

I signed up for 3 months of this app assuming that if it did not meet my expectations that I would be reimbursed. The first day I had it I was instantly dissatisfied and requested my money back. They refused to return my money because I didn't meet their qualifications of a refund. Instead of a refund they expect me to give them feedback so that they can improve their service. Basically for $40 I get the chance to give them feedback to make their services better? So for one hour of use it cost me $40! It's a ripoff and a scam, I wouldn't recommend anybody trust them.

Установила приложение BetterMe, и прям душа радуется, тут есть все- и упражнения, занятия, и диета, и полезные советы.- в общем все что нудно искать по разным сайтам и приложениям, все здесь есть. Это очень экономит время! Время на занятия уходит мало - всего 15 минут, но уже через месяц я ощущаю положительные результаты в весе!

Iwish this website would spread like a wildfire. People need to be able to get a second opinion on websites that just don't seem legit. From hat websites that won't let you leave reviews unless it's positive, to scam real estate websites, Sitejabber has helped me keep other people from making the same mistakes I have, and at the same time, allowed me to avoid websites that already have poor reviews on here.
It can be used for good feedback as well, of course! So leave a site you really trust a good rating :)

This app stands out from others. I have been looking for a weight loss app for a long time and was very happy when I found it. The interface is very nice. Meal plan, calorie and weight counting, pedometer, workout plans and all this in one application! It seems to me that this application can replace your gym and trainer. If you are a social phobia or you just like to exercise at home. Everything adjusts to you, it only takes a little effort and willingness to act. I lost 3 kilograms in 2 months, but I did not always adhere to the specified diet. If everything is done correctly and do all the workouts then the results will be better!

I have used better me application for a long time (about 1 year). It attracts me greatly because of a big choice of different exercises, including yoga and fitness menu on each taste. I pay around 20 minutes for home fitness every day and already have achieved good result for me - minus 8 kg! I can advise it for everyone, who wants to be fit.

I purchase it morning and after check their services I didn't like. So, I asked them to cancel and refund me. I didn't use the service. They said that it is not possible. How can we believe in this type of company if in less than 24h I asked to cancel the service and they said nope. I don't believe in this company
