I signed ip for the trial. After reviewing what was offered, i decided that as a disabled elderly person, it was not going to benefit me.
I emailed the support email provided that same day to cancel the subscription and refund my monies.

Reviews regarding weight loss, they all seem to be mostly about working out. Additionally, the negative reviews regarding customer service In regards to canceling the subscription and or payments are highly concerning.
Has anyone use the site for weight loss? I would like to see some reviews regarding how well the site helped with tracking, food knowledge and adding fasting, etc. as well as do active customers find it difficult to get issues taken care of, payments, ect.
I see where the company has responded to each negative review, which usually almost cancels that out for me but there's so many regarding that one thing I would just like to know if it's still an issue. All the responses from the company state thank you, your service has been canceled but they don't have a reason why The sane issue keeps happening, I could understand maybe if it's due to a large amount of customers at once or being short staffed due to our current political party (relax…. Just kidding!) I mean employee shortages like everyone but as a new potential customer, I would feel better with an explanation that makes sense and a way they have corrected it.

I chose my food for a planned Keto diet... I have allergies to some foods... I paid my money for a discounted one month... and the diet came through. Foods which I had deliberately not chosen for good reason were included in the plan. I have asked many times for a refund and they keep telling me I must try the diet for one week and prove it doesn't work for me! I only need to read it to know I would be in big trouble healthwise if I ate what they had suggested. I am nearly 80 years old and on a small pension but they still refuse to give me a refund. I have sent these guys mails 4 or 5 times still didnt get any response. I dont know why every time they say they will reach us but they dont. I have cancel my memberships but still amount of $42 gets cut from my account every month. There is no contact number except the mail through which they dont response. I dont know what to do now. I must admit that was very lazy for the recent few years but this app changed my life completely! I started to work out with the beginner level of exercises and then, step up for a harder one once my progress increased. The meal plan is great as well, by the way. I can easily set it up to my preferences and the Support team helped me a few times to find the alternative to the ingredients that I actually didn't prefer to consume. I signed up for 3 months of this app assuming that if it did not meet my expectations that I would be reimbursed. The first day I had it I was instantly dissatisfied and requested my money back. They refused to return my money because I didn't meet their qualifications of a refund. Instead of a refund they expect me to give them feedback so that they can improve their service. Basically for $40 I get the chance to give them feedback to make their services better? So for one hour of use it cost me $40! It's a ripoff and a scam, I wouldn't recommend anybody trust them.

This app stands out from others. I have been looking for a weight loss app for a long time and was very happy when I found it. The interface is very nice. Meal plan, calorie and weight counting, pedometer, workout plans and all this in one application! It seems to me that this application can replace your gym and trainer. If you are a social phobia or you just like to exercise at home. Everything adjusts to you, it only takes a little effort and willingness to act. I lost 3 kilograms in 2 months, but I did not always adhere to the specified diet. If everything is done correctly and do all the workouts then the results will be better!

I have used better me application for a long time (about 1 year). It attracts me greatly because of a big choice of different exercises, including yoga and fitness menu on each taste. I pay around 20 minutes for home fitness every day and already have achieved good result for me - minus 8 kg! I can advise it for everyone, who wants to be fit.
