Very easy to stick with this program. Several levels offered. Includes meal plans. The exercises are easy to fit into my daily routine.
I purchased the monthly fee thinking some equipment would be provided && then after purchasing soon realised that this equipment would then be a further expense that is completely out of myself && what I have heard a lot of individuals financial freedom. Including the kit && possibly increasing the monthly subscription would benefit customers who have not got the financial all at once. This reason && this alone has stopped me progressing with my fitness journey with better me && with that will need to cancel the subscription which I am highly upset about as I was extremely excited to have something finally work for me
I'm just on day 3 but I feel the amazing burn the next day so I know it's working! I started as a beginner but I can add an extra 15 min workout if I'm still able. I also got to share personal information so the workouts are designed for my back. I noticed that I didn't have to take Motrin for my back pain today and that's enough for me to keep this up!
The workouts are easy to fit into my daily routine and are difficult enough to make my muscles sore! The meal suggestions are great too! Love this product!
