I've been forced to take time our of my day to write a review for a company that has not produced my order placed December 12,2020. It's now been 9 weeks and I've requested a refund twice and have been ignored. Order CAA*******590. This company has stated my order was "in transit" and provided a tracking number that produced a dead link (twice). They then acknowledged my order was "lost" and a new order was being produced/shipped. That was weeks ago. All I want is a full refund!

I would not recommmend AT ALL!

Bought this for my husband for valentines day. Shipping was fast - 5 business days -

However, the packaging was poorly done. It arrived broken, scratched and the date was not properly written. Should've been November 22nd 2018 (Right?) Instead it was 22. November 2018. (The date is the least of my disappointment)

The overall product didn't meet my expectations. The frame sucks, and the canvas itself is made out of cheap plastic, cardboardy material.

For the price I paid, 80$, I was expecting a better quality product.

Very disappointed.

This is the only site I use to create my photo memories. Quick service that produces a beautiful quality product.
My photo creations come wrapped in plastic and then packaged in strong sturdy cardboard that protect them through the great distance they have to travel so they are in perfect condition when they reach me.
The company is wonderful about communicating from the time they received my order, when they are working on my order and when my order is on its way to me.
I have order a lot from this site and the amount of cost has always been very reasonable for the wonderful and beautiful quality product in the end.
Highly recommended this site.

Cheapest canvas enlargements I've found anywhere. The interface was intuitive and easy - simply upload your photo, zoom/adjust to fit, pick your options and complete your purchase. Checkout was a snap, and the order only took a few days to get here. My order was a photo of my Mom as a gift for my Dad from the car show they went to on their honeymoon in 1969. She's currently in hospital with multiple severe health problems, and my Dad is suffering so much watching her fight. He had mentioned that photo of her, so I ordered it for him. He was so pleased with it! Almost 52 years later, and I'm sure he still sees that beautiful young woman every time he looks at her. Thank you for your service. It means more than you know!

Do not purchase the Framed Photo product. I ordered three prints (16" x 12") and not only is the picture poor (provided very high quality photos) but the frames look cheap, do not come with any way to mount and the "acrylic glass" is bendable plastic with a terrible glare.

This is my second order of multiple canvases and they are beautiful. Exact quality and brightness of the picture I uploaded. Will be placing my 3rd shortly. Thank you again!

We love the picture, it was very well done and delivery was as promised. This is the second experience we have had and we are extremely happy.

I had been wanting to get a canvas made for our family photo for a little over a year now. When it comes to getting photo items done online, especially when it's a large scale project, I'm a little nervous as to how it turns out. I was very impressed with the price, and based on the website recommendation, I went with a 40" x 30". It took only a week to get to me, and I was 100% satisfied and impressed with the quality. Would buy again in a heartbeat from bestcanvas.ca!

I checked many websites for a product like the 8x8 canvas and all of them were extremely overpriced and had awful reviews. I ended up coming back to this website to get 8 different ones. The price is amazing for the quality of the canvas and it is fully worth my money. I ordered them expecting to wait a long time due to the low pricing, but to my suprise, they came in two days later. Very good quality and shipping, there were no scratches or dents. 100% will be buying off this website again.

Love your canvas's. I was skeptics on how the images would look; grainy or blurry but they were actually perfect. So I'm selling my old landscape photography with my prints on your canvas's to clients because that how much I love Best Canvas.

I ordered 9 panorama coffee cups early in December, in virtually every shipment to me there was problems ranging from fingerprints under the glaze of the cups to faded images, extremely off coloured images and broken cups. There are still 3 cups unaccounted for. Do not use this company.

Ordered a framed print from some bedroom decor, arrived pretty fast considering COVID and looks very professional! Came well packaged to prevent any damage. Looks great, I'll defs order from them again!

Our wedding pictures turned out GREAT! I am so very pleased with the quality of the canvas. I would definitely recommend Best Canvas to my friends!
