Received an offer, thought for that price I'll give it a try, despite not being able to use the coupon, because it says not valid, and several emails to correct the issue which is still not done and no follow up from the company to rectify it further, I placed the order. It arrived yesterday and looks beautiful, I am happy with the purchase. If you want to use the coupon they offer, beware, it never works.
Ordered canvas for my grandparents’ anniversary with their picture of their wedding day. Couldn’t believe how awesome the picture looks on canvas even though it’s an old, poor quality photo and I chose quite big size – 20” x 30”. They’ll be so surprised to see my present. I’m so excited.
Ordered a framed print from some bedroom decor, arrived pretty fast considering COVID and looks very professional! Came well packaged to prevent any damage. Looks great, I'll defs order from them again!
Thought it must be a scam as Best Canvas prices were considerably lower then any other site I found on the internet. Other then not being able to place my order with my Mac, everything was great. Fast, amazing quality, and was able to track my package for the short two day delivery from the time I place my quantity of 8 order. I would recommended this site as the only site to use for your canvas needs.
I am an artist and a regular client of Best Canvas, ordering many prints from my art. For few years they are doing great job for me in regards to quality, prices, delivery and customer service, even now in current Covid-19 situation. These are really cheap and made poorly.
I did these as a gift for some friends but they look so cheap I'm embarrassed to give them as gifts.
They are badly stretched on to the wooden frame. They are loose in parts and tight in other sections of the frame and not aligned well if you look a little closer.
They are bad enough to already make me want to look for something much better quality. You also still have to pay taxes into Canada. They don't tell you that.
In the end... You get what you pay for.
I ordered 6 canvas prints from them and all of them turned out great! Some of the photos I used even came from facebook (which are not always the best quality photos to use for things like this) and they still turned out great (the size canvases I ordered were 11 by 14 In. The price was amazing and I received them like a week later. SO happy with the product, would definitely order from them again!

I ordered two pictures together thinking that the order would take weeks considering the global situation right now, turn around from ordering to delivery was 5 days!
The pictures were presents, and they were greatly received, and loved by everyone!
I would certainly use bestcanvas.ca again, you guys ROCK!

These lying scumbags disguise themselves as a Canadian website, only to find out upon delivery of import fees. F*** you. Drop the. Ca you don't deserve. You're like a douchey American sewing a Canadian flag on his pack when traveling abroad. FRAUD
Order a blanket in November and have never received. Tracking numbers provided do not work. Emails get a generic - we will get in touch reply. Voicemail says they are closed due to hurricane.

My experience was not as bad as some I've just read. I did receive my order, and although not perfect, the pictures were of reasonable quality, and they did ship them straight away.
But then two weeks later, I received an invoice from FedEx, $22.96, for HST on $100 worth of goods (my order only cost me $39), and an advancement fee of $10 + tax.
I was definitley not aware that I would be having to pay these additional import charges seeing as it was a Canadian website.
I am out of words for canvas quality and picture print, can't describe how awesome it looks for the price it costs.
The other thing which I didn't like, is the 2 weeks long shipping. I presume it's standard shipping period from US but in the beginning I thought that company ships canvases from Canada.
Overall - canvas is awesome, and shipping duration could be better...
I ordered a portrait of my wife and myself to be put on canvas on a Friday I received a very high quality print on canvas the following Thursday. Despite a fairly low resolution image I sent in they were able to make a beautiful 10x14 with true color. I would use these guys again and I highly recommend them for a unique quality product.
The canvas arrived quickly and looks amazing! I appreciate when I was ordering that I was advised on a maximum size of enlargement to maintain a clear image. Shipping was a bit costly (the canvas was cheaper than the shipping but otherwise it was still worth it given the canvas was under $14 :) Going through my photos to find another pic because I might order another one.
As a repeat customer from several orders, very sad to see that the customer service has been rapidly deteriorating. Called in to speak with a representative, was getting the runaround and never did escalate my call. Call back to speak with a manager and was told no managers or supervisors on shift. The issue was a matter of which promo was applied to my purchase, which was never able to be resolved. Product is very good, customer service is a zero out of ten. I did post this on my social media channels as well.
Stay away from this website! It says it takes 4 business days to deliver and we ordered it about 2 weeks ago and we still haven't received our canvas photo. And now the canvas photos won't arrive in time for our wedding! Also, they forgot to mail us one of our canvas photos! There goes our wedding day! Also, this company is not a Canadian business, they are located in Florida!
Super impressed with the delivery time! Not quite a week from order to doorstep. Packaging was not sealed when it arrived. The canvas quality is fantastic and is mounted on a solid frame. Excited to hang these canvases on my wall.
I highly recommend BestCanvas. I have had many photos put on canvas. I am a cancer survivor and sell my photos on canvas to raise money for our local cancer centre. The canvas prints are always of excellent quality.
