Ordered 2 canvas's from them... one was ok, a bit blurry but ok but the second one had been stapled to the frame crookedly. Emailed Best Canvas and they re-sent me both canvas's again (only asked for the one). This time BOTH canvas's were horribly blurry! Worse then the originals. Finally just asked for my money back... waiting to get confirmation on that. Save your money and go somewhere local or spend a bit more online and get something better,

Ordered a blanket of my sons first hockey pictures. Sized it so it had his entire body/head. Got the product way a month later which was supposed to be a Christmas present and I assumed I was ordering from within Canada as a. Ca website. They are from the states. Anyways. Top of my sons head was chopped off on the blanket and this writing which is specifically cropped out so have his entire body/head was on the blanket. Blanket is very cheap and thin not worth the money. Complained to them a week ago with no answer yet. DONT ORDER!

Cheapest canvas enlargements I've found anywhere. The interface was intuitive and easy - simply upload your photo, zoom/adjust to fit, pick your options and complete your purchase. Checkout was a snap, and the order only took a few days to get here. My order was a photo of my Mom as a gift for my Dad from the car show they went to on their honeymoon in 1969. She's currently in hospital with multiple severe health problems, and my Dad is suffering so much watching her fight. He had mentioned that photo of her, so I ordered it for him. He was so pleased with it! Almost 52 years later, and I'm sure he still sees that beautiful young woman every time he looks at her. Thank you for your service. It means more than you know!

So here's my story: I search and log onto a Canadian website to purchase a custom canvas print. It turns out to be a company based in Miami, USA that ships their prints from Germany through UPS based in the United Kingdom. I have paid more in shipping (which I agreed to) and now UPS brokerage fees than what the actual print cost!. Oh, and the print has never actually been delivered despite being told it was "in transit and on time" 7 days go from a distribution centre less than 1 hour from my home. Go figure? I still would like my order fulfilled but if that can't be done a full refund would be appreciated. I have tried every which way possible (for a mere customer) to contact UPS but to no avail. Thank you.

I would like to state that I sent 5 orders within 1 week and half. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of my first order. Secon and third one were a bit of an issue but Best Canvas solved my issue rapidly. So when it was time to put in 2 more orders I did not hesitate. So their delivery time is 3-5 busines days. My UPS status has been in the waiting to received the merchandise for now 1 week, I keep emailing best canvas and obviously they do not read their email as they keep giving a pre generated response to my question even if I provide them with more information on the same email. SO my original 5 stars has now come down to a 2 as a result. I feel ignored. I put my orders in and accepted orders from my clients based on their superb first performance and now I have no produce to give to my clients...

I ordered 7 prints of various sizes but I wasn't 100% convinced what the quality would be like. I've ordered from other places in the past and was disappointed. But OMG are these amazing! The quality of the canvas, the printing quality, and the prices of the canvases has blown me away. They were delivered yesterday and we will be ordering more tonight! I had pictures of the dogs printed, one of a sunset and 2 that were taken on a motorbike trip and they're so much better than I would have imagined! If you're hesitant in ordering, don't be. Really quick turnaround time and shipping!

I ordered a custom mask with a printed image on it. The image is so "faded" that I am afraid to ever wash it. Further it arrived after the event I ordered for despite ordering within the appropriate time frame. This was my first experience with Bestcanvas and it will be my last. Photos show the image I sent versus the product I received.

When I ordered prints of my paintings, I thought I was ordering from a Canadian company, but I was not. I was worried that I would be stuck with some huge shipping/duty/tax, but I Was Not!. I spent over the free shipping limit and there were no added charges to my total :)) .
The prep rate is quite fast 2 days (11 prints) and shipping from Florida to Ontario under 1 week, even with the hurricane.
The only thing I changed for my second order was I lightened the pictures of my paintings just a tad as I found the prints came out about 8% darker than the picture I sent, so once I changed that on my end my next order of prints came out just fine.
Very pleased over all, with the quick shipping rate and no faults in the packaging /no damage. I will order from Best Canvas again. And if your have a 1-2 weeks wait for orders at you site, you can ship them out to your customers in under 2 weeks. And not have to stock pile tons of different size prints.

It was absolutely gorgeous! I didn't expect a canvas to look that beautiful! I can't wait to order more of my photos on a canvas. Since the first purchase I have already purchased 4 more in 2 days! Amazing price! And fabulous work on the canvas!

I recently ordered four 8" x 8" canvas prints and I am so impressed with the quality! I had my doubts ordering online but the process was so easy and it shipped and was delivered within a week! The photos turned out great and I will definitely be using best canvas again :)

I had been wanting to get a canvas made for our family photo for a little over a year now. When it comes to getting photo items done online, especially when it's a large scale project, I'm a little nervous as to how it turns out. I was very impressed with the price, and based on the website recommendation, I went with a 40" x 30". It took only a week to get to me, and I was 100% satisfied and impressed with the quality. Would buy again in a heartbeat from bestcanvas.ca!

I placed an order of Christmas gifts in mid-November that never arrived. After multiple enquires I was told that the shipping company must have lost the order so Best Canvas decided to reprint and ship it again. I was told that the order would arrive in 1-business week. That time line came and went several days ago so I emailed again, this time asking for a refund. When no one replied I sent another email and then another. Today I was told that the company is not responsible for shipping issues and that I could email again in two days (which would now be Christmas Day)! I have repeatedly asked for a refund foe this unbelievably horrible service and no one with acknowledged or take responsibility for this mess - they will not even respond. So now, I am out of pocket $140 and have no gifts for family members. So so so disappointed.

I ordered a 8x12 canvas of a picture my grandma for my mom and she absolutely loved it, nice quality print, very beautiful result, especially for the price. Delivery was fast and arrived just in time for Christmas.
