Do NOT get prints from Best Canvas.
I got my print done by them and only ONE side got wrapped around. The other side is black and has a weird red drip on it (pictures attached)

I've been in contact with them and they tried to place the blame on me and refuse to refund me.
I have video proof on how there was no way I could of known about the black side. If I've known this print would be deformed then I wouldn't have wasted my money on this.

DON'T risk getting my prints done here as there are other companys to choose from. Especially when they won't compensate for their own error.

To start off, customer service is amazing. My package got lost and they sent another with no questions asked. Thank you! The canvas' are very nicely done, well quality. The Mix Blox are printed very nicely however they ate cheap, it can snap very easily thats how cheaply made they are.
The pillows are poor quality also, the picture is faded and the photo print doesn't cover the entire pillow. The mugs are a hit and a miss. The pictures on them are either done right or they are super faded.
Over all, this site would be great just for canvas'. Again, customer service was great!

This is the only site I use to create my photo memories. Quick service that produces a beautiful quality product.
My photo creations come wrapped in plastic and then packaged in strong sturdy cardboard that protect them through the great distance they have to travel so they are in perfect condition when they reach me.
The company is wonderful about communicating from the time they received my order, when they are working on my order and when my order is on its way to me.
I have order a lot from this site and the amount of cost has always been very reasonable for the wonderful and beautiful quality product in the end.
Highly recommended this site.

I don't like to sell my original paintings. I tried this and the quality is amazingThe cost is extremely low to the quality you get. A woman who makes canvas prints in her printing store said there's no way she could make them that good and for that cost. She was very impressed! If you look at the one with 2 people in it warped in plastic' that's the copy from best canvas,
Others one is the original, theres no difference, if it looks any different it's just my lighting,

I can't state enough how much I like best canvas. They're affordable and are quite high quality. I bought a canvas print from them a year ago and it turned out awesome. When doing a wall gallery for a bedroom I decided to use them again and all my canvases turned out awesome! I got all the proper sizes and images. Shipping was super super fast and took less than a week. I paid $150 for 14 canvases when if I would of went to a photo store in my city it would of been $300+. I definitely recommend best canvas I've never had any issues with them.

As always one is always hesitant of dealing with a new company for a first order. Their on line website was very friendly to use and great that you can see finish product. The photo I use was shot at low resolution (and special photo which could not be duplicated again) so cropping and enlarging had me questioning what the final product would look like. Yesterday my canvas print arrive and I was EXTREMELY satisfied as the print looked better that the photo on my phone. I now have my new GO TO PLACE for all my printing needs. Keep up the amazing work as it will make you successful company. I'd give them a 10 out if the possible 5 star rating.

Bestcanvas (and Picanova GmbH) use e-PAQ Standard on deliveryes. That's the lowest cost international packet and parcel delivery service - and it doesn't offer any traceability on delivery for the customer. Just DON'T order anything from them!

Ordered from Bestcanvas.ca over three weeks ago. The site says dispatch within 48 hours. I began to get concerned a week later when I had not received anything. I emailed them and got an automatic email stating they would get back to me within 2 days, they did not get back to me. I have now called and emailed countless times with no answer to my calls (the mailbox is full) and no replies to my emails. At this time I wish I had checked out this company before ordering. The only thing that makes me feel better is that i only ordered one canvas and was going to order 5. Best left alone for sure. The price is good but they are cowboys for sure. Now off to call my credit card company...
