I have placed the order and tried to get hold of the company since I wanted to get it faster. They do no answer emails and phone calls. My further investigation led to the knowledge that the company is running by german-polish guy, who is a pure scam.
As soon as I got money back via PayPal, after 1 month I received an email with the invoice. And - surprise! A month later I've got a parcel from them. With someone's print job. So, the company is printing, or just delivering garbage from a printshop nearby. I called them once again, they did not pick up the phone. So, I put everything into my recycling bin. My prints finally arrived, the box is damaged, my prints are the poorest quality I have ever seen! The canvas is "sagging" in places, it is put together with 4 staples into the wooden frame! No wonder they were so cheap!
This review is asking for pictures of the damage, but will not allow me to upload them.

Will definately NOT be recommending or purchasing from this company again!

I bought 6 canvases from this company because I couldn't pass up the price. Since I bought over 150$ worth it was free shipping. I ordered these and they came within a week! I am also from Ontario, Canada and I believe they are made in Miami, Florida. That us fast service. After I ordered I decided to read some reviews... to say the least I was very nervous of what was going to show up on my door step. To my surprise they were absolutely beautiful! None were warped and no marks were on the photos. The quality was great! I'd definitely order from them again!

Have ordered multiple times and have got about 50 canvas prints from them. All have turned out amazing and the pricing is great. All have came very fast, it only took 3 days for them to come from Flordia to me in Ontario, I had ordered on a late Monday night, they already had shipped by Tuesday afternoon and I got it Friday. They package them very carefully as well, each time they have come in perfect condition and were carefully wrapped and protected, it actually took me about half an hour just to get it from the packaging as it was packed very safe. They look amazing, the pictures look way better than looking at them on a screen. Overall there has been zero issues with them after multiple orders, I would highly recommend to anyone, you can decorate your living space with amazing pictures of anything you want for cheap. Stores charge over double for some ugly random pictures, so why not get exactly what you want from this great company.

I ordered a metal print and paid way more than other competitors had advertised because I wanted it to be higher Quality. What arrived was absolute garbage. It was sold as a ‘metal print' and it was nothing more than a sticker glued to a paper thin sheet of metal that was then glued to a foam board. The sticker was peeling off in two places.

I've ordered about a dozen times from bestcanvas.ca. Every time has either been a perfect delivery, or the willingness to make it right. On the occasion over had to deal with a delivery issue or a QC issue, they've been extremely quick to make it right. Their prices are untouched by anyone elses, and their quality and service have guaranteed they will have my business for years to come.

I was a little hesitant because of the mixed reviews but decided to give it a shot, I ordered canvases from 8x8 to 16x24. They came 8 days after I ordered them (Ontario) and there was no extra duty to pay. The picture quality is pretty good. I'm giving 4 stars because 3 out of 17 canvases had a slight 2" long line indent from the way they were packaged, I'm hoping putting something heavy on the back of them for a few days will flatten it out. For the price I would say they are great. Will be ordering again.

Poorest service ever! I know it is COVID but come on people. No 800 number to call. You have to call Florida from Canada and sit on hold forever waiting for someone to come to the phone but they never do and the call disconnects. Photos were damaged when I got them. I complained by email. Best I could get was 50% off my next order. Thought what the heck. I tried to make another order, but no place to enter the code they gave me!

Took a chance with not knowing this Canadian company, glad l did.
I received a quick acknowledgement of my order, cost, and shipping status.
The delivery time was very fast 5 days from the placement of my order.
The product, a canvas photo, is very well done, good quality material and easy to order.
Now l need the compatible frame (which they sell) l will not hesitate to place the order and take a closer look at at all of their remaining products.
BestCanvast will remain my go to company for all future photographic purchases. Glad l found them.

Avoid these guys like the plague. Exceptionally slow service (I was willing to forgive this initially due to Covid but it was almost a week between the canvas being ready and it actually shipping) and when my canvas was eventually delivered 4 weeks after my order it was of someone else's family including their young kids. After I eventually got them to send a replacement (no apology was given, put down to "computer error") they refused to send express so now will end up 8 weeks between order and receipt assuming they send the right canvas this time. Useless.
