I ordered 2 canvas print and got them extremeley quickly! They were also well packaged to avoid any damage. No complaints what so ever!
I wish there were more templates and options to chose from their website as I would definitely order more in the future!
I have used other services for my photo canvas printing. I settled on BestCanvas for quality of print, timeliness, and cost. They beat the competition by a mile. I have put over 30 prints through BestCanvas, each picture was perfect and a few, a bit better than I expected.
I am so thrilled, I ordered so many and everyone of them looks amazing. I was scared to be honest ordering cause I've never heard of yous but WOW, I'm very impressed and will order again. Thank you so much
The actual canvas was beautiful but my picture came out really blurry. I know it depends on the resolution of the photo but would have been nice to have been advised before they printed it so I could send them a better one.
I ordered a blanket as a Christmas gift, with guaranteed Christmas delivery. It arrived over a week late. I couldn't get any updates on its delivery, as neither of the phone numbers available on their website were working and the tracking number they gave did not work. Also, no one answered my emails about it until over two weeks later.
Additionally, I ordered the blanket to Canada. On their website, it is indicated that they will pay customs fees. They did not do so, and I had to pay it at the door.
When I emailed to complain, they offered me a voucher for my next purchase (hilarious -- NO WAY will I order from them again). I have followed up asking to be reimbursed. I will update this review if I hear anything. If not, I will be considering alternative legal options.
Overall, total scam. Don't order from these con artists. Many more legit companies offer the exact same product.
The canvas I printed had a white lines and all the sides were pulled so they were no longer straight lines - looks absolutely terrible.
I have tried to contact them via email but they have not replied and their phone #'s listed are not in service!

Love your canvas's. I was skeptics on how the images would look; grainy or blurry but they were actually perfect. So I'm selling my old landscape photography with my prints on your canvas's to clients because that how much I love Best Canvas.
Overall very satisfied with this companies performance. I received my blanket finished with tons of time to spare when I originally thought it would be a time crunch. I purchased the cheaper material blanket. It is notably a poorer quality of material, almost towel like. The product and picture itself is great. If I was to buy again I would probably step up and get the better quality material as this isn't as much for keeping you warm and more for display on a wall etc. Would purchase again 100%
BestCanvas provide me with the most affordable means to enlarge and print my photos - OK so it is not a lab - but it does a fantastic job for the consumer market - if you want advertising quality go pay oodles for gloss. I am in Canada and yes I know they do the work in the United States, that does not mean the quality is lower than anything in Canada. They messed up on me once, I expressed my concerns in writing to the customer services and was pleasantly surprised to find that they put the issue right and reissued my prints in good time. I am from UK living in Canada and could not find anywhere in Canada that printed 60Mb images and shipped for the prices this company does... so negative reviews... go shop elsewhere. I will stick with this American firm that has a Canadian shop front.
I have now read some of the other reviews and realize that I am not alone in my frustration. I ordered a product on Dec. 10th with "guaranteed Christmas delivery" and it has still not arrived. I emailed a week ago inquiring about where it was, no response. I then emailed again, no response. Finally, I emailed yesterday and still no response. I've called their number at least 6 times where the message says "there's a hurricane and we've sheltered our employees inside" which is complete bs. Thank god my order was not ridiculously expensive so I'm not out a lot of money but it is so disappointing that I am down a gift for a friend. Once I (hopefully) receive this order, which will certainly be sometime next year, I will not be using them again.

-In Lieu if sending it back, they actually demand video proof of cutting/destroying a metal print somehow without injuring myself.
I wasn't going to risk cutting. Myself.
I don't need the refund that badly but want people to know this is how they operate.
The overall quality of the image was fine but the corners somehow started unglue and lift.
Had our family photos done and was SO happy with the quality, speed, and price. It was the least expensive by far (there was a sale on, would be nice to see that a re-curring thing) but the quality did not suffer at all. Will order from bestcanvas.ca again in the future!
Ordered a canvas and a hang-up set, received the canvas about 5 days after placing the order, but i still have yet to receive the hang-up set and it's been nearly two weeks since i got the canvas... i contacted customer service through email about it 3 times and still have yet to hear anything back. However, one thing i DID receive was a UPS customs bill (i live in Canada) that was $14.00 on a $20 purchase :) i figured the product would be coming from the United States since it says they're based in Miami, but it shipped from Germany? Wouldn't really recommend this website to anyone now, kinda seems like a scam.
I ordered a 24" x 36" canvas on Monday and received it on Friday - in late December! I was amazed at how quick it was made and sent to me. My dog had just passed and the canvas was of her so it meant that much more to have it so quickly. And the quality is great, it turned out exactly how I pictured and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
We ordered 11 canvas prints and the quality was unbelievably excellent! Super fast and important to note: 1 of our canvases had a tear from production. We notified Bestcanvas, sent some photos to show the issue and voila! They were on it. They sent a replacement and made sure we were happy! Highly, highly recommend! And we will do so to anyone looking for canvas prints!
I ordered 2 prints with black edges. I have ordered these exact prints from other companies before with black edges but clearly Best Canvas should not be offering this option. On the smaller print the black edge is visible on the front on one side by about 1/8" making it look very odd (could have been missed). The larger print is ridiculous, the black border is on the front of the picture on one side by 1/2". This is not something that is possible to miss. The fact that someone attached this canvas to a stretcher then packaged it up and sent it out shows that there is ZERO quality control in this company. I have sent emails and pictures and they have only offered to reprint the small print. Not good enough! I will be returning these prints to the company COD and asking PayPal for a full refund.

This site offers great prices and timely shipping of their products. I have twice made purchases and was very pleased with the products. One item was not as straight as it should have been and when I emailed them about it they replied promptly and also immediately sent me a replacement. Very pleased!
Ordered 16 Canvas on Nov 15, got a fake shipping notice on Nov 18. It's been 3 weeks and nothing arrived so far. Tried to call them hundreds of times and no one pickup. Sent 5 emails and no replay. Had to call my cretid card company to stop the payment.

It doesn’t seem like fast delivery, it took about a week for the canvas to arrive. But that’s more shipping issue than the bestcanvas fault. In spite of that, I received quality canvas for a good price. Love it!
Highly recommend this company. Very clear canvas print and very quick delivery! This company will not disappoint. We were very skeptic about printing on canvas again because we've had poor quality pictures with other companies in the past but not with bestcanvas. We will only be ordering from them from now on! Also very affordable!

Answer: I live in Edmonton, Ab and get tracking info as soon as the item is shipped. Always arrives in 5 to 7 business days. They cover shipping over a certain amount and I have never had to pay duty.
