I placed an order, I was charged, and received nothing. No product or information on the order. I've been unable to get in touch with anyone on the phone or get a decent email response back after trying for over a week.
They don't care about the customer. Not responding to e-mails. I guess theyre thinking theres enough people in the World to make money out of their first order, no need for all the customers to be Happy ans order again.
My delivery came in a week, however I was sent someone else's order and still have not been contacted by the company to fix this order. It was ordered in enough time for me to receive it as a Christmas gift for someone and now that's not going to happen so I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
My siblings and I did a secret photo shoot for my parents' anniversary, I ordered the large canvas on this website via a friend's suggestion.
The canvas came in perfect condition and I was blown away at the quality, its beautiful for the price we paid. Will definitely come back

With this company. I ordered two large canvas prints in B&W and when they arrived they didn't look a thing like the originals I sent. They looked very over exposed and had a mauvish tint to them. I called the company and they were happy to redo the order but I had to wait much longer the second time around and had already missed the opportunity to give one as a wedding gift because of the first order. I was extremely disappointed when I received the second order and the change in the print quality was almost not noticeable at all. They were slightly darker but looked just terrible. I was really hoping that this would be my new supplier but the print quality was very poor. Customer Service was good though so that's the only reason I gave 1 star. There was a no hassle refund.

I'm little bid upset for customers who had issues with canvas after ordering from this website. My experience was great and I can't complain for poor quality, stretching or ordering issues. I give positive review to best canvas and I recommend it!

So I ordered from best canvas only because they had a promise to arrive before Christmas. My order did not arrive before Christmas so I asked for a refund because of false promises AND the quality of the photo puzzle I ordered was garbage. The email I received after asking for a PARTIAL REFUND was HILARIOUS. Absolutely ridiculous. I attached a copy of the email I received
I have ordered several canvas prints here. The service is exceptionally fast. The quality it just as good as their more expensive competitors. All my prints arrived fast, packaged tightly and professionally, and look amazing.
Half my order was good. The other half was blurry and I would have like to see a clarity gauge while I was uploading so I could avoid that problem. My package came quick, but there was import duties and we ended up with two extra canvases. One of a landscape and one of a mountain goat.
Overall 5/10 of my pictures were good quality, I have to regift the extra goat and pay $13 to UPS.
Probably won't order again for the hassle of all this.
Out of all the pictures, I can't say one bad thing about them. I love all their pictures. So I think I will take all the pictures up on my wall & get everyone done on canvas. It may take a while but I'm getting them all done. Keep up the great work.
I had purchased one canvas to make sure the quality was good. Since then I have purchased 11 more. I am beyond satisfied with the quality and services. I had one problem with one canvas and they were quick to reply and offer me a replacement. Thank you best canvas, you guys are great.
I have ordered in the past and were very pleased so I ordered 3 canvases for my grand daughter for Christmas. They were beautiful! Quality was exceptional, colour was vibrant and the price was very competitive. I'm sure she will be thrilled! Would highly recommend purchasing from BestCanvas!

I ordered a canvas back in November to be a Christmas gift for my mother. It just got here a few days before Christmas, and upon opening it I discovered that they had proportioned my photo completely different than I had on the site while ordering. They zoomed in on one corner of my photo where I had it so the entire photo was showing with my signature as well. I also dealt with shipping issues, it being returned to sender before it even reached Canada. Also did not know until after I had ordered that the company is NOT in Canada, which I really didn't care about because the pricing was still in CAD thankfully but this meant shipping was going to take longer. The company also doesn't reply to my emails for 3-4 days which is very inconvenient.
Would not order from again, I'm still waiting to here back about the proportion being completely wrong.
I have used this company on several occasions and am very impressed with the quality of their product, the affordability and excellent response time, even with shipping to Canada. I give this company 5 out of 5. Very impressed, and thanks.

This company ships from the US and DO NOT pay customs and UPS fees so be aware it will cost you A LOT MORE than you think for prints. I will never order from this company again and suggest other Canadians do likewise- I will search out a legitimate Canadian source for prints. Don't let the.ca fool you!

Got my first canvas. Was a little disappointed because the picture quality wasn’t so good. Originally my photo was with quite poor resolution, so that’s probably the problem. Next time I’ll know to provide photo with better resolution. But overall really nice work, picture looks exactly like my original photo, everything is professionally put together.
The blanket advertised as ‘extra-thick premium plush' at $35 ended up totaling $63. A cheap towel is thicker and more plush. Extremely disappointed. Then they tell you in order to be ‘environmentally friendly' and save on shipping you have to cut through the blanket and destroy it in order to get a refund…Then it ends up in a landfill. How is that environmentally friendly? A business recommends this? What about donating to the homeless? Not that it would keep anyone warm…I would be ashamed if I was a business promoting a product that doesn't exist and charging that kind of money for something not even close to ‘plush' let alone premium. Disgusting. I am attaching the advertised product and 2 photos of the paper thin ‘non-plush' $63 blanket I received. (I actually ordered 2…so doubly disappointed). I cannot bear cutting through and destroying something that has a something I love on it. Plus my conscience couldn't bear to throw them in a landfill.
