I ordered a canvas picture of my three great grandchildren and was very pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the finished product. Delivery was sooner than indicated and I give this Company a rating of 5 stars only because that is the highest rating allowed - certainly a 10 star Company!
I order quite a few canvases of different sizes, photos I sent them came from cellphone and I couldn't believe how beautiful they turned out. I was very impressed to say the least and I will definitely be using them again. The best part was the prices, it's what first attracted me to this site first and with the quality of the prints, all around great deals.
This is Friday, and I have already received the order I placed Sunday. They did a great job - the image is exactly as I sent. Perfect colour and nothing cutoff.
I ordered a premium frame, which was well worth the surcharge.
Would recommend this firm whole-heartedly.
I have ordered 4 pictures and a blanket and the all turned out beautifully. The blanket especially was just awesome I can't wait to give it to my cousin for Christmas. I placed my order expecting it too arrive on time as I calculated the maximum time that it would arrive in and it still did not arrive on time for my event. It was also impossible to get a hold of anyone over the phone and when I sent an email for them to call me they said they do not make outgoing phone calls. Had I known this I never would have placed the order. It was quite unfortunate.
I ordered a star map in a frame. The star map itself is cut crooked (tried repositioning in the frame but the cut is not in line with the image) and the frame itself has several scratches on it (deep, not light surface). Very disappointed.
I had an experience with Bestcanvas that I will never forget. The canvas arrived well packed but the colors were bleeding, and the picture was looking horrible. I contacted the support team, explained them the situation and within a day I received an email saying that canvas can be replaced without any extra payments.
The process of return and replacement took about 2 weeks, but the new canvas was awesome. The company representative apologized for the incident and did a good job of monitoring progress of the new order. Thank you for resolving the problem with my order with understanding, and I would like to personally thank the company representative for being in touch all the time.
A couple of weeks ago I ordered the large canvas as a present for my mother's 60th birthday. It arrived on time, and I was really happy with the quality of canvas. It is stunning! How is that possible for such a price?! I plan to order many more. Great deal!

I was extremely impressed with my experience with BestCanvas. I was able to customize my pictures easily as I ordered, and the pictures arrived quickly, each individually bubble wrapped, and the quality was great! If you are thinking of using this service, I'd suggest doing a bunch of pictures at once if you are so inclined - the shipping is a flat rate that does not increase regardless of the number of canvases ordered, so you get a much better deal on shipping if you are ordering all prints at once.
Customer service was terrible at dealing with my enquiries. Shipping took over a month and the product is cheap. I ordered a throw pillow. The stitching is ugly and the image on the pillow is yellowish like it's been sitting in the sun for months.
You should post eta on the website. Package arrived quickly but it would have been of help if timelines were estimated as payment was made.
I love the prints! Actually after ordering 1st batch I inmediately ordered a second batch.

Their customer service is non existent! Orderd my canvases on Nov. 14th, thinking I would have plenty of time to get them out as gifts and I have still received nothing! Emailed several times with no response! Spent $300 and no response on phone or email! Do not order from here! Complete joke!
Every order I've made (now over $3000 in the last few months and I would imagine a worthy customer) has had errors in it. Packaging is terrible. I keep emailing them about putting smaller canvases on bigger canvases because it stretches the larger canvas. The last order I actually had them cut the packing in the large canvas and put a small canvas inside. I had dirty fingerprints all over a packaged canvas! The photo wasn't aligned properly on 3 of my 30x40's. They often send one canvas in an order to meet their shipping promise' but then a few days later they'll send the rest of the shipment.
I'm losing faith and I can't trust to give this product to my clients. It's not a reliable source when you are always waiting for replacements.
Time to shop for another supplier. I assume I will get the automated message to contact them. I've contacted them lots...
Canvas print is ok. Also, I really liked the attitude from the support team. I was surprised that the customer support here's so easy to reach and so helpful. Maybe I was lucky, but it certainly made my experience so much better..
I was stressed for the shipping, because it took about 2 weeks to receive ordered canvas. I understand, it's the shipping service fault and it keeps customer nervous while waiting.
As for the canvas, it's amazing. The quality is outstanding and the picture colors are awesome. I enjoy it a lot. I recommend Bestcanvas service for it's high quality canvases!

Shipped November 25th and I have received nothing. Their site stated 3-7 business days. It's now been 12 business days! I'm not holding out hope I will get this order anytime soon. They were gifts for Christmas. Also, not impressed no tracking system. Very convenient thT is not offered. Moreover I have reached out to their customer service and no response. States on website also that all orders before dec 13 will be delivered by Christmas. Highly doubt that promise considering when I ordered mine and still nothing
Don't like the graffiti on the bottom. Would like to have another picture that is suitable to me. When the pictures came I had to pay money so you was not true to your price.if it wasting a Christmas gift I would have scented it back. Not very inpress
