I was very unhappy with the fleece Blanket I ordered as a gift for my newborn grandson. First off I didn't see the drop down menu to order the premium plus blanket that was recommended to me until immediately putting in my credit card. Immediately after I tried to contact Bestcanvas.ca to change the order. I couldn't reach them after 4 tries so I sent an email in which I got an automated reply that they would get in touch with me. They never did after sending 3 emails, 6 calls. The order was filled and sent after a month. I was totally displease with service and blanket that had blotches on the picture and picture was not in proportion to blanket - huge - so it was not complimentary. I am going to try again to let them know how unhappy I am with a $53 cdn blanket - total waste of my money.
I used this site to order a print on canvas for a friend after their mother passed and I was very pleased with the quality and service I received.
The prices are amazing and the order gets shipped pretty quickly.

I ordered a product from this website in May. They sent me a UPs tracking number which didn't correspond to any package on the UPS site. They then sent another tracking ID in June and this once again doesn't register on the UPS site. They have taken money and not delivered a product and not provided a rational reason. Telephone support doesn't Pick up my call. This is a bad experience.
I ordered a personalized facemask 4 weeks ago for a gift and still haven't received anything. Customer service just sends a generic message and know one answers the phone (i called multiple times)
Not a good company.
Received the masks yesterday and I have to say they are the worst kind. No one should be buying anything related to masks from these folks as they are out to rip you off!

Had a photo transferred to canvas and I'm happy with the look and quality. Website was easy to use, received an order confirmation immediately, and a shipping confirmation about 48 hrs later. My disappointment with the overall process is that the order took just over two weeks to receive and the hanging hardware I ordered wasn't included. Plus, I actually thought I was ordering from a website in Canada (www.bestcanvas.ca) but my order shipped from Miami. Also, the website says all orders are shipped via Fedex, but mine was shipped via UPS and was hung up in customs for days. Would prefer to order from within Canada in the future, but certainly nothing wrong with quality and price of my order from Best Canvas.
Ordered this last minute as a Christmas present for a friend and the ordering process, shipping and final product were and are all outstanding. Very happy with the finished product and the lack of stress that went into ordering it :)
I uploaded and had 14 of my photos processed into the 12" x 16" format and each and every one of them were delivered in under 2 weeks and perfectly mounted and prepared. I couldn't be happier with the final results... I received exactly what I was expecting and don't have a bad word to say about the company, the product, or anything else. I'm even thinking about having even more of my photos done one way, or another so I would recommend this company without hesitation. I'm totally satisfied.
Reasonable quality for price. I would have preferred a better quality of framing and the precision in printing even for a slightly higher price. Our family photos will be hanging on the wall for a few years and I would have preferred a better quality even if I needed to pay a bit more. Delivery and printing was prompt. Packaging was superb. Will I order again? Possibly yes.
I used the company for the first time to order 3 prints. There was a sale on at the time so the entire cost including shipping was under $75 cdn. The prints were delivered in 5 days and with the tracking number I was emailed, I knew the exact day they'd be delivered. I was very pleased that they were packaged properly, delivered promptly and the quality of the prints was very good.

The site promises that items are ready to ship within 48 hours and guarantees it. I placed my order on July 4 and it was not processed until July 19, after I followed up. I was not impressed as I almost did not receive it in time for my wedding.
I received our 8x8 canvases less than a week from the order date. Everything was exactly as I had hoped it would be! The canvases are all adorable and will make excellent gifts. The order process was seamless and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
I am very surprised and pleased with my first order of prints on canvas with backing frame. The delivery to Canada was only a few days. The price was excellent and the quality of the finished prints was superb. I will definitely be ordering more.
I've had a few canvases made here, and were shipped in good time, and in great condition. The colours came out vibrant and clear, and the quality of the print is awesome. I'm extremely pleased with the pricing and the quality, and will definitely be ordering more.
I was very happy with the quality of these canvases and how quick they came. The pictures turned out great and very inexpensive. The only problem I have is that one of my canvases has a noticeable dent in it. The packaging is not the best. Overall very happy with them
The product was amazing, and fast shipping. However I wasn't pleased to receive a $12.50 charge in the mail a few weeks later on a $30 order... Although the site is ". Ca" implying its a Canadian company, the product shipped from the states and I got dinged on duty. Just a heads up. Overall not a huge deal or cost, but would have liked a warning ahead of time.
Ordered a canvas and it arrived in perfect time, was easy to track delivery, showed up when promised and the product was great, wasn't sure how good the quality would be on such a big canvas but it was awesome! Will definitely use best canvas again
I ordered a black and white picture that was framed for a Christmas gift. The picture was brownish coloured and when I asked them about it they said they would get back to me and never did. I paid 50$ for one framed picture and they can't even get back to me with their mistake.
