I would not recommmend AT ALL!
Bought this for my husband for valentines day. Shipping was fast - 5 business days -
However, the packaging was poorly done. It arrived broken, scratched and the date was not properly written. Should've been November 22nd 2018 (Right?) Instead it was 22. November 2018. (The date is the least of my disappointment)
The overall product didn't meet my expectations. The frame sucks, and the canvas itself is made out of cheap plastic, cardboardy material.
For the price I paid, 80$, I was expecting a better quality product.
Very disappointed.
The quality of the canvases were amazing. Doesn't look pixelated, just like the picture I took from my phone. I bought mine on sale, and the price was definitely right for what I received.

The website was so easy to use and placed my order and received it within days with no issues! The quality was great and the price was amazing. I placed the order from Ontario Canada and it took less than a week from order to arriving at my door. I will be using them again for sure.
The portrait was put on the canvas poorly. I also thought I was ordering from a Canadian company. Imagine my surprise when I had to pay duty charges because it came from the US. Disappointed to say the least.
I ordered mix and match tiles! Received tiles and all the edges cut sooo poorly, with many scratches and one of them even has a cut in the middle of the picture! It was a surprise gift so I had to unpack and put it on the wall to be as a surprise! Now to receive a replacement, they are asking to destroy the pictures I received so they can send me new ones! So I basically need to go to the person's house as destroy the pictures?! I feel sooo terrible as I'm already looking really bad with the quality! I'm a photographer and it does look bad for me!
Ordered two 36 X 24" canvass prints on a Thursday earlier this month from Toronto Canada and they were delivered to my daughter in Mount Albert Canada 5 days later for under $100 including delivery. Images were sharp with good contrast.
I’m not happy with Fedex delivery because they work too slowly. But I’m happy with the canvas I received from bestcanvas. Canvas is perfect. I wish bestcanvas could have another reliable shipping service
This offer is fake. I have tried 10 times to order 2 canvas prints. When it comes to submitting the order it says I have to tick the agreement. Which I have done numerous times. So don't waste your time with this site. I'll go to London Drugs.
I was a little sceptical about ordering the first time as the price was really reasonable, but the prints came and I was impressed. I recommended them to a friend who placed an order and I placed four more orders. They were fabulous! My only complaint would be that I wasn't aware you could only order 18-8x8's at a time so I placed the order as one, took an hour and a half, then had to start over. A suggestion would be to put this on the ordering page so you're aware upfront. Other than little glitch, I'm super impressed the quality, prices were fabulous and delivery was fast and to my door!
I didn't expect much really, but the canvas is see through. It was stapled loose and sloppy and the inks they use show signs of bronzing when the canvas is viewed at an angle. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

My son put in an order in November 2018 and I did as well. I got mine after several weeks but he got someone elses prints in error then the sent a new set and asked me to dispose of the error set and now they set mine again he finally emailed them once again its January and still no prints of his. So breach of privacy and the company goodnluck getting a hold of someone by phone. This company will not be in business for long. I just got another email today saying MY prints are on their way! WTH? I have received double of my prints already! A third will just be ridiculous and no excuses for another error! Such a waste of product time and waste!

They put what I wanted on a canvas, I'm so happy with my order. I now get to cherish a picture of my 3 fur babies. I made a collage on a different website then uploaded the final picture. It's exactly what I wanted. I think it'S a reasonable price.
La la la... the service astound me with the image quality, tight stretching and professional execution. Had really pleasant communication with service about the order and shipping details. So, I can say, bestcanvas left great impression on me, even with negative reviews. I'm satisfied and I recommend this service.

I hid my order from my hubby. I also showed him the photo of our kids with his parents and he asked where's ours. So i showed him everything and he liked it. Bow he ask me to order again and he will pick the photos.
I received canvas in 6 days. I didn’t expect it in two or three days because quality is more important. The service responds fast, easy to communicate. Canvas is in high quality, definitely recommend bestcanvas
They cut half the face off the photo I sent in which was a complete photo.
Can't believe anyone would send out a canvas like that with half a person's face especially when the original photo had the complete face. They will not redo the photo, something about pixels?
I have now ordered several different canvases from this company and have been completely happy and satisfied with the service and the quality and the price totally recommend and have become recommending it to all my clients
Love the canvas print, price and customer service. Very prompt delivery. Tried the hanging hardware this time but was not impressed (it was string and not wire). Best Canvas refunded the price of the hardware without issue. Will continue to use Best Canvas.
First order was beautiful. Done on strong canvas and well stretched. The second order was damaged and it took two months for the replacement to arrive. The new
One is on super thin canvas and the stretching was not tight enough.
I chose the non-wrap option with a white edge. But they were all partially wrapped on some edges, in turn ruining a couple of them as it was crucial that the image was all on the front.
Also I had my cart full and ready to go, then I had to refresh and all of the prices raised. That pissed me off a lot. I then checked their front page and the prices are constantly fluctuating. Stupid stupid stupid.

Answer: I live in Edmonton, Ab and get tracking info as soon as the item is shipped. Always arrives in 5 to 7 business days. They cover shipping over a certain amount and I have never had to pay duty.

Answer: You need to contact UPS I had the same issue. Due to an error in my address because bestcanvas site didn't add my unit number for my house
