I'm very disappointed in the three photo cushions I ordered. The colours are so washed out and pale, not at all as vibrant as the originals sent to your company. The photos included are of the washed out cushions. I tried to upload a picture of your confirmation email. It is not accepting it because it is low resolution.
This is the 3rd time I have used Bestcanvas. The ordering process is straightforward, the turnaround time is incredibly fast, the quality of print and care in packaging and the reasonable cost makes this an excellent product and experience you should definitely capitalize on!
I ordered two items for a gallery and a gift. The shipping said it would take 3-5 days. I didn't receive any notifications or updates so I followed up THREE WEEKS LATER. They said that they haven't processed my order (but it was still charged to my credit card) and asked if I still wanted it, offering no further discounts to the delays or showing much concern, even when I complained. I paid for a spot in a gallery with nothing to show, because these guys were late and didn't tell me. If they had notified me, I would have made preparations to create another item, but I was hopeful that it would arrive in time.
If I hadn't followed up, they would have never sent it and would have still been charged for it.
This is horrible customer service. Although the product and the prices are good, the horrible customer service will make never come back. I would pay more to ensure better service. I will NEVER refer these guys.
Unfortunately I was really excited to finally order a star map which I had been wanting to do for a while.
I made an error on the order and after trying to call several times (apparently the phone lines are not being operated due to covid), and sending some emails to rectify the error before production, I was not contacted.
After I was notified the production was complete, I sent another email requesting a cancellation before the product was sent, again unanswered (both times I received a confirmation my email was recieved).
I will be calling my credit card company to discuss cancelling the payment as i followed the procedure listed on the FAQ portion of the website which was ignored.
What disappoints me the most is that I would be happy with the quality (although i find the constellations are too faint for my liking), and would be have been pleased to hang on my wall.
I ordered blanket and when I received the receipt it says canvas, so right away I emailed the customer service to ask them about the mistake so I can have the blanket(its a gift). They responded to me yesterday when i recieved the package! The reason on why i reached out right away is for you guys to make sure it is a blanket instead tight away you shipped a canvas for the blanket price btw. Scammers! If I wanted a canvas I could just go to Walmart! The quality is poor and not worth it. Don't even waste your time or money.
I ordered my canvas print on March 5th and received it on 11th. The photo looks outstanding and the colors are vivid. I'm happy for what I have ordered. The quality is worth paid money. Generally the experience was great. Recommend!"
I also ordered weeks before Christmas with a guaranteed delivery date before Christmas and have not recieved it. I have reached out to these people amd have not heard back from them I have also tried calling and their number is out of service. I will NEVER recommend this company nor will I ever use them again. Waste of money! Stay away
I just gave 1 star but it doesn't deserve even 1 star... I ordered one product on June 6 and I haven't received the product yet. When I interrogated about this to them, they mailed me that you will get your product within 5or6 days. But the happy news is I haven't received it yet... I never recommend this site for sure.
The photo was terrible quality. It looked like I had printed it on my printer at home. The photo was so dark and had very little detail. The back of the frame was just plain brown cardboard at the back. It looked cheap. Very very disappointed in the quality.
I ordered nine canvas from best canvas and they were all wonderful! I was a little worried about the quality but they were all great and it was an awesome deal.
Ordering was easy, delivery was slow.
Ordered 4 for Christmas presents; ALL 4 canvasses were TOO SMALL for the frames.

I have ordered Canvas prints, mix pix, mix blox and have been satisfied enough for initial price. Although I ordered a photo blanket and am disappointed with it. The clarity of the picture once on the blanket is fuzzy looking. Quality of the blanket is ok but not soft or comfy. Wouldn't order from here again, Not Canadian paid a lot of unexpected extra money for Duty Fees. Deceiving!
This is a US company. They ship from the States, charge in US funds - though this is all conveniently missing from their website. And they unscrupulously use a. Ca domain to fool consumers into believing that they are a Canadian company. Shame! I will be sharing this everywhere as much as I can.
I first made an order of 21 photos and they look amazing, rich colour, great detail and because of it I made another order or 47 canvas pictures and I was really disappointed. They look faded and digital, the detail was lack lustre and colour wasn't rich at all. If the photos themselves weren't good enough quality I wish they would have told me before I wasted my money.
The canvas itself is beautiful and has great resolution. But I also ordered a hanger set, which wasn't in the package at all. It's a shame because I would've loved to have hung this print as soon as it arrived - which is why I opted in for the hanger set.
Just received my second order of canvases and I'm delighted at the quality. They look amazing!

Customizable print options, because you can upload your own image. Wide range of different canvas sizes and also prices made me happy, very reasonable.
First impression is how the price is asked lower than other websites like canvaspop, etc., but the quality is great. Recommended bestcanvas

Ordered 6 mix pix tiles ended up being almost 100.00 after having to pay dutie plus shipping etc I was under the impression the company was based in Canada, to come to find out they are f*#cking foam no where does it state that it's foam waste of money could have went to Walmart for less! Very unsatisfied and not to mention half of the picture are a blur do not recommend
At first I was very sceptical to order a "special" family picture for our mom for her milestone birthday.
I read alot of the reviews and they were very positive - some negative but BestCanvas corrected the problem/negatively.
The 24 x 16 canvas came in within the 7 - 10 days as promised and ABSOLUTELY beautiful.
The colours a very vibrant and picture very spot on clear.
I am so HAPPY with the canvas picture and have told a lot of my friends and family about this site.
Can't wait to order another.
