This was my 3rd order with Best Canvas in the last year and this order was for 42 canvases. I was able to get all the grandparents and family members pictures for Christmas. The order was placed, shipped and delivered in less then 2 weeks and we are in Canada. The quality is amazing and the price is even better. It is so easy to crop and adjust pictures. You always have the option of editing before they are added to the cart. Some pictures fit in a different shape better and it is so easy to change the size of print so you don't get a print that you are not happy with. I have recommended Best Canvas to all my family and co workers. We will continue to use this website and recommend it to others.

If I could review a minus 5, I would! I ordered 12 canvases from this company and out of the 12,2 of them had to be remade 3 times before I finally just gave up and accepted that I wouldn't be getting them. The larger one was damaged and had a big dent in it because they didn't package the smaller ones with it properly. The image on the other one was only stretched on 1 side and the other 3 sides were black! When I received the replacement order the skin tones on the larger one were tinted green and the small one had the same issue. Each time the replacements had the same issues and nothing was corrected. A total waste of time and money. I've only had these canvases for a month or so and the ink on the edges of the ones that were ok is already wearing off and they're above a dresser so it's not a high traffic area!

Horrendous experience! I ordered a canvas in November 2011 for a christmas present. When it didn't arrive when they said it would I emailed. After receiving a suspicious email back (obviously a standard one automatically sent to people who email) I tried phoning... several dozen times over the next few weeks. No response -ever.
Finally after nearly two months I called my credit card company to try to be reimbursed from this fraudulent company. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

I had a great experience with best canvas. Shipment took the regular amount of time to arrive and yes i had to put it together by myself but for the HUGE amount of money I saved compared to other canvas art prices it was worth it. If you can swing a hammer it was no problem at all. One of my three pannels had a tiny smudge but when I called best canvas about the issue at 10pm, they picked up on the first ring and re-sent the piece the very next morning. The one downfall is that the canvas's are not water resistant, meaning if you spill water on it the ink will bleed, but you can get a clear spray paint at micheals or other craft stores for about 6$ to fix this problem. I would and have ordered from this online merchant since. My experience with them has been great.

I am truly amazed by the beautiful work you have done with a very special picture. It was for my mom as our dad just passed away. Our dad was an avid hunter & the picture was where he went hunting. My mom just cried when she openned it was a beautiful moment she absolutely loves it! Thkx thkx thkx... it was so amazing that I ordered several more for Christmas presents. Also was very impressed that I was able to track my parcel & it arrived a day early. Thkx again

I had to do many pictures of my family but I proceeded just for one of them to not being disappointed.
But when I received my canvas, I was such surprised of the quality that I purchased for the other pictures right away…

While the product was good, the customer service was horrific. I thought I was ordering a product from Canada, only to find out it comes from the US. The tracking provided was useless and I couldn't get answers to where my order was, which was a gift. Eventually they issued a new print and shipped it. Tried tracking it and the tracking showed that it was waiting to be picked up by a courier at their facility. For a week. Again, customer service never directly answered my questions and just gave canned answers. The "second" order showed up weeks after the birthday it was ordered for. Overall, it took more than A MONTH to receive my order. Never received an apology. I won't be giving them my business again

I've been forced to take time our of my day to write a review for a company that has not produced my order placed December 12,2020. It's now been 9 weeks and I've requested a refund twice and have been ignored. Order CAA*******590. This company has stated my order was "in transit" and provided a tracking number that produced a dead link (twice). They then acknowledged my order was "lost" and a new order was being produced/shipped. That was weeks ago. All I want is a full refund!

Painless to upload and choose how you want your canvas print to be made! The speed of production and delivery was excellent - follow up emails with tracking number. The print came in a sturdy cardboard box and the print itself was shrink wrapped inside. Upon viewing it, I was very impressed - and not just because I took the photo - with the quality of the print and the sturdy frame. The only damper on the whole thing was using UPS - they don't knock, they just leave your package on the front door and drive away, even in the pouring rain (which luckily it wasn't this time).

The pictures arrived as promised, although missing the hardware I had ordered. The company was good about refunding me for the missing parts. The canvas prints were okay. The colours were dull and less sharp than the prints I have. I sent in professional digital files so it was definitely not the quality of the image but rather the canvas printing. The faces also had a pink tint which was not in the originals. I still put them up, but I wouldn't recommend them.

It is the not my first time dealing with bestcanvas I always order all my picture frames from them i even ordered a couple as a gift for my friends in Canada and in the States. I love how professional they are with their products. The quality is great the packaging is great and the deliverey and the speedy service is great
