I ordered 7 prints from 40 by 40 down to 8 by 12. They were perfect. I have used shops in Vancouver because I was "worried" about using online printing services. The shops in Vancouver cost me around $200 for a 40 by 40. To be honest, I cant really tell a difference in quality. There is a slightly... very slightly... better quality in using the mom and pa shops in town, but not enough to justify the cost difference.

Also, yes, these guys are in the states. Yes, I was a little surprised. But wow, some of these reviews are from overally emotional people. I mean, at the end of the day, the prints arrived on time, no duty and are great quality. And what doesnt come from other countries... wow.

Paid $15 for snail mail shipping! Also tried to redeem a promo code for a FREE canvas only to be told it was only valid for 12x8, when i explained that the offer listed no restrictions, or indicated it was a free 12x8, it simply said FREE CAVAS no terms to the offer. I even sent screen shots from their own webpage and my text message and asked them to show me where it indicated there was a size restriction and they couldnt, all they kept saying was 'Yah, were sorry'... it wasnt about the free canvas, jt was the principle that they were offering a promo item under very misleading terms, after several emails back and forth of zero accountability or care I cancelled what would have been a $300 order and told them I would be providing negative reviews and posting to social media... only then did they want to do something and offer 20% off my next order. No thanks! Such BS

This website is fooling Canadians. They purchased a domain name ending in. CA. This makes Canadians believe your order will arrive in a reasonable amount of time since you assume it's in Canada. But it's not!

I ordered my custom blanket as a surprise for my girlfriend arriving from China to visit me in Canada. It's now been just over 3 weeks and no blanket because it's coming from Florida USA. VERY UPSET. She is leaving home today and the tracking on the package still says it's stuck at the international postal office at the border.

This website buying a Canadian domain name is straight up deceitful. They are USA OWNED AND USA BASED IN FLORIDA.

Not happy at all and my girl is going home without my special gift I was so excited to give her.

I wanted to try this after a friend showed me his pictures that he had ordered through bestcanvas.ca.
I always wanted to mount my some of my pictures so I took a chnace and order a bunch. They came on time as reported and they were well done. All centered properly, no scratches on the frames, they all met my expectations.
I didn't know that they came from the U.S. but I didn't have to pay duties or taxes or exchnage rates. The price quoted is in CDN funds and what they quote is the final price.

So my 1 year anniversary just passed and I thought I'd get my wife a canvas of us together. Great idea right?... wrong... I ordered from bestcanvas.ca... why are you shipping it from the states? Why is my package being held at customs? Why am I paying an additional 20$ for that? And why the hell is my canvas getting here on May 25 when I ordered it on May 2nd... I ended up getting the canvas 11 days after my anniversary not a very good idea after all. I even told customer service that my package hasn't come yet and I'd really like it here for the 15th. They didn't seem to care really... anyways all in delivery was garbage and 50$ for a canvas in the end was not worth it I'd never use bestcanvas again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.

Amazing company, I got the canvas print in record time, it came out fabulous I am so happy. They did wonderful work. Would definately recommend and I will get more prints done.

My wife and I ordered canvases and a hanger set from Best Canvas in December. The hanger set was not included in our order. My wife notified Best Canvas that the hanger set was missing on December 12th. It is now January 10th and we still have not received the missing hanger set. I've emailed Best Canvas multiple times and they have not replied to any of my emails. My wife has emailed as well and the only response she received basically said "we'll get it out to you as soon as possible". No tracking number, no details, nothing. It's been a month, if they actually shipped it we would have it by now.

I ordered a canvas and a "fleece" blanket from this company. First of all the canvas came at a reasonable time but the blanket took over a month to get to me. Both pictures turned out blurry even though I uploaded good quality photos. Canvas was very cheap. And the blanket which I assumed would be a small throw was actually the size of a baby blanket. My own fault for assuming the dimensions but WHO MAKES A BLANKET THAT SMALL? ALSO, there "fleece" is actually dirt cheap felt. If you want a blanket that feels like a kindergarten arts and craft then shop here. What a JOKE. And I spent $60 on those! Worst company.

Placed order on a Canadian website assuming made in Canada. Turns ou the scmuck actually is German and has a German wbsite and one in the US. I understnad teh print might ship reom Miami. After reading this and not getting a confirmation email from the scam artists, then I am not holding out. Good thing I have a platinum visa and will just charge it back. Even if I get it now, I'll refuse the shipment (2 weeks late) and cancel the charge.
