I've been forced to take time our of my day to write a review for a company that has not produced my order placed December 12,2020. It's now been 9 weeks and I've requested a refund twice and have been ignored. Order CAA*******590. This company has stated my order was "in transit" and provided a tracking number that produced a dead link (twice). They then acknowledged my order was "lost" and a new order was being produced/shipped. That was weeks ago. All I want is a full refund!
