I ordered a beautiful photo blanket through the site 2 years ago so was excited to receive another. Unfortunately they changed production companies ( from US to Germany) and the product I received was terrible quality. Don't waste your money.
I had to do many pictures of my family but I proceeded just for one of them to not being disappointed.
But when I received my canvas, I was such surprised of the quality that I purchased for the other pictures right away…

Delivered very quickly, very nice mugs, reasonable price even though they were shipped from Florida to Canada. I will say this company is really good very prompt with your order and any questions are answered immediately. If I need any more pictures or mugs I will go to this company without hesitation!
As always one is always hesitant of dealing with a new company for a first order. Their on line website was very friendly to use and great that you can see finish product. The photo I use was shot at low resolution (and special photo which could not be duplicated again) so cropping and enlarging had me questioning what the final product would look like. Yesterday my canvas print arrive and I was EXTREMELY satisfied as the print looked better that the photo on my phone. I now have my new GO TO PLACE for all my printing needs. Keep up the amazing work as it will make you successful company. I'd give them a 10 out if the possible 5 star rating.
Paid $15 for snail mail shipping! Also tried to redeem a promo code for a FREE canvas only to be told it was only valid for 12x8, when i explained that the offer listed no restrictions, or indicated it was a free 12x8, it simply said FREE CAVAS no terms to the offer. I even sent screen shots from their own webpage and my text message and asked them to show me where it indicated there was a size restriction and they couldnt, all they kept saying was 'Yah, were sorry'... it wasnt about the free canvas, jt was the principle that they were offering a promo item under very misleading terms, after several emails back and forth of zero accountability or care I cancelled what would have been a $300 order and told them I would be providing negative reviews and posting to social media... only then did they want to do something and offer 20% off my next order. No thanks! Such BS
They don't really take accountability for damaged product.
My canvas arrived broken and crooked. I sent photos to show proof. They said they will only give a refund if I slash the canvas or draw marker all over it. I think that's rather silly, especially having sent pictures of my canvas broken.
Immediately they should have given a refund or ship a new product for the damaged item I received. I paid for a product that should have arrived tip top shape.
I get what they're trying to accomplish, but still, to me that's poor business. I would never do that to my customers.
If you want to wait forever for your order only to discover that it's been lost, then this is the company for you. Thought I'd give them another chance after losing first order, don't do it.

Only issue was the time it took for the picture to get into Canada, nothin gyou can do about that.

Highly recommend buying their products! They have a great variety of things like mugs and blankets as well!
"Guaranteed to arrive before Christmas" with no shipping information, turned into "it won't arrive until January" and suddenly they did have shipping information to offer weeks later. Then, the package never arrived! What a horrible experience for Christmas. Bestcanvas.ca is not a Canadian site, it is based in the United States. If I was not given so much false advertisements and lies, I would never have ordered from this company.
If you are Canadian, it is likely in your best interest to avoid this company as they have been of no help to me this entire experience. They have done nothing but lied

I don't like to sell my original paintings. I tried this and the quality is amazingThe cost is extremely low to the quality you get. A woman who makes canvas prints in her printing store said there's no way she could make them that good and for that cost. She was very impressed! If you look at the one with 2 people in it warped in plastic' that's the copy from best canvas,
Others one is the original, theres no difference, if it looks any different it's just my lighting,
I payed a large shipping fee to have the item I preferred arrive in time for Xmas. I didn't come. This isn't even a Canadian company! Don't buy!

I ordered a canvas from this company about two years ago - beautifully done! However, my most recent lour has had fallen to the opposite end of the spectrum. The canvas came on a standard frame, rather than the thick one and the canvas was so poorly put on that there were ripples in the canvas - I didn't even have to remove the shrink wrap to see that. Customer service graciously offered to reprint. A couple weeks later when I received the reprint I was still disappointed. While on the correct frame and properly stretched over the frame, they didn't bother to pack the box it came in to prevent sliding so the color is worn off on all the corners. I requested my money back and the company responded with: " We would like to offer you a refund however, to avoid further shipping costs for you and for us, and also to stay environmental friendly, there is no need to send the package back to us.
Instead, we kindly ask you to take a sharp object and to make a cut through the canvas, blanket or other photo gift product. If you cannot make a cut through your item(such as with a mug or phone case), please destroy it in any other form like using a permanent marker to scribble on the item (enough to deem it unusable) or scratch the surface with a sharp object.
So that we can validate the refund, please take a picture of the destroyed item and send it to us, as an email attachment."
Seriously? The most environmentally friendly option they have is to destroy a canvas that, while clearly below expectations, is still useable? How about creating a quality product so you don't have to ship a million extra reprints to try satisfy the customer? How about just giving me a refund because I didn't get the product I purchased? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

First order was great - second third and fourth have decreased in quality to being absolute $#*!. I will not use this company any longer. Their return policy is that one should destroy the $#*! they received the first time and send it back only to get $#*! again.

I ordered a personalized facemask 4 weeks ago for a gift and still haven't received anything. Customer service just sends a generic message and know one answers the phone (i called multiple times)

Answer: I live in Edmonton, Ab and get tracking info as soon as the item is shipped. Always arrives in 5 to 7 business days. They cover shipping over a certain amount and I have never had to pay duty.
