Very impressed with BestCanvas! That was my first order but definitely not the last. Their prices are unmatched for canvas prints considering the great picture quality and fast shipping. Would definitely recommend!
On the website it says 3 to 7 business days for canvas delivery. It's been longer then that and they don't even offer a tracking number. Missed the persons birthday date. Will never order again. Still waiting on order.
I had ordered 2 canvas photos, thinking that it will not be a very good quality, but to my surprise they were done very well n the canvas was nicely put together, im telling my friends and also planning on getting more done. Thank you!
Couldn't find anything to fill a wall, so picked a couple pictures from my own collection and had them printed on canvas. Quality was absolute perfection, and the pictures are beautiful and mean so much more than anything I could have found at a store. Came within days of ordering too! Will use these guys time and again as we decorate our new home!
2 of the canvas prints ordered were very loose and sagging... submitted a claim with pictures and was supposed to hear back within 24 hours... 3 emails later, still no reply back... calling the contact number is a joke - same recorded message and they hang up after 5 minutes. Terrible quality and the worst customer service ever! Buyer Beware!

I have ordered from them four times now and have been happy with every aspect of the process. Each item has arrived quickly and they all look great. If you enjoy seeing your own photography in print, this is the place. So simple and quick.
Not impressed sent 3 tickets for a reply was finally sent a tracking number it's been over a week and still has not left the facility. I will be posting and calling our consumer complaint department. What is wrong with this company! Takes my money can't get ahold of anyone and when you do they lie to you! Purchaser beware.
Not impressed with the service. They missed two canvas prints out of the ten I ordered. Claim they can't ship them until Tuesday (today is Thursday) and that they don't offer express shipping. Excuse me? You screwed up so fix it! Will not order again! Spend the extra money and go else where!
So I've ordered from this company three times now. The stuff always gets here from their location in Florida within about 3 or 4 days max. There was some glitch on our first order that resulted in them sending four copies of the picture we ordered. Other than not knowing what to do with the three extras, can't really complain about that! Never had a problem with them.
Ordered from them in early December. The sent me a tracking number which didn't work. Claimed it was shipped but it was not. Now they won't answer my emails. It's been 6 weeks since I ordered. Total scam. Never order from these liars.

I have had great service in past orders, but a recent order placed Nov. 13/18 has not arrived yet. I haven't received a shipping notification! My credit card has been billed. I have tried emailing THREE times with all the appropriate information and no response. There have also been three different toll-free numbers. Waiting for someone to answer is absurd. It doesn't happen. While I did enjoy my previous orders, which were many however this recent order is becoming very frustrating trying to get in touch with someone at Bestcanvas.ca

Great service and delivery. Quality product. I will order again. I rated as 5 stars, because I was very satisfied with my order but there was some sandy dirty small particles on one of the prints trapped inside between the canvas and wrapping. Fortunately I managed to remove them without leaving any damage to the print. Not a big deal but I thought it worth mentioning so that the quality control could improve for future production.
Order a pillow with a pic of my cat we put down just over 3 weeks ago, was given a tracking number, but it doesn't work. It's a Father's Day gift, and I means a lot, gonna be highly upset and destroyed if I'm getting ripped off.
Wow! I am impressed! The best prices around, excellent quality and quick delivery! I almost thought the prices were too good to be true but was beyond happy when they showed up in only about a week! Will definitely be buying more!
I'm extremely satisfied with the company, also with the canvas I ordered for the first time in my life. Fast e-mail response when I made the payment through their system. Of course reviews play important role before choosing the service, and it was a bit risky because there are both positive and negative experiences. For me the risk paid off. Who doesn't risk, doesn't drink champagne :) Good luck
Received my canvas in a quick turnaround time frame and it was better than I expected it would be. Blowing up pictures into a good quality canvas is t easy and this turned out fantastic. We will order from here again.
I have now ordered multiple canvases from bestcanvas and haven’t been disappointed yet. I find that my photos look much better on canvas than in pc. I usually go for the bigger frames because I think they make photos somehow more impressive. I do make sure to use only high quality photos so my canvas prints always turn out superb. And their customer support people are so nice and helpful. I love this service.
I ordered two small prints. Turns out they came from Germany – not Canada and when I had to pay duty which was not expect I emailed them and they are in Miami FL – not Canada. Also they sent me 7 canvas in various sizes of some other family's pictures. And no one has answered my customer service emails about it at all. Wouldn't buy here again
Site was easy to use although would have preferred an easy way to change a picture from landscape to portrait even though original shot was landscape. Had to go in, then cancel one and out of set up then back in to eventually do it. After that, ordering was easy, product arrived quickly and very impressed with quality.
I too am getting the run around by bestcanvas.ca (based in Miami), false advertising on their metal prints, shoddy workmanship on the product, lacklustre response times to requests, numerous people responding with different solutions, refusal to answer questions, environmentally damaging policies, and 1 very disappointed kid who's Xmas present sucked.
