My 82 year old aunts house burned down and she lost everything. She is from Carrickfergus, Ireland and adores the local castle there. Best Canvas took an old greeting card and enlarged it for me to give her as a house warming gift when she moves back to her old property after a complete renovation. The canvas is perfect! Very pleased with the pricing on bestcanvas.ca as I shopped around on-line before purchasing. My large canvas was delivered to Vancouver Island, BC, Canada within the promised allotted time safe 'n sound!
I would say everything about this site is ok. It's not great quality but for the price if you want to get some things up on the wall it's a good deal. We had one large canvas that had been packed with a bunch of little ones on top of it so it arrived stretched out. Having it reprinted and replaced was very little hassle so I was impressed by the customer service.
Fast shipping but the order seemed rushed. I'd rather wait a bit longer to have the canvas stretching done really well. Great photo quality and definitely an affordable option for canvas prints but you might be taking the staples out and redoing it.
I ordered multiple canvases as a Christmas gift. I ordered days before their ‘guaranteed by Christmas' deadline. The items arrived in early January. I had no reply from the company until well after Christmas about the shipping delay. Once I opened the package I realized the lack of quality, not a single image was aligned on the canvas straight, images were dirty, scratched and loose. After several emails complaining I finally received a response to destroy the canvases, send proof and I'd receive a refund for my late damaged and poor quality order. It's been 10 days, no reply no refund. Save your money and your time
"Guaranteed to arrive before Christmas" with no shipping information, turned into "it won't arrive until January" and suddenly they did have shipping information to offer weeks later. Then, the package never arrived! What a horrible experience for Christmas. Bestcanvas.ca is not a Canadian site, it is based in the United States. If I was not given so much false advertisements and lies, I would never have ordered from this company.
If you are Canadian, it is likely in your best interest to avoid this company as they have been of no help to me this entire experience. They have done nothing but lied
In my opinion, this is not the kind of company to be in the digital photo business. The wooden frame was excellent but the canvas had creases along the top and bottom about 1.5 inches from the edge. Odd. Their response of how this happened? Dunno, destroy the original and we'll refund with no questions asked. Would I actually get a refund. Is that a good business model? Do I recommend you gamble the cheap price for the hit/miss result? No.

2 out of 7 of my canvases were not stretched properly. They r not tight to the canvas. Looks like an amateur did it. And because it said. Ca I stupidly thought it was Canadian? I was charged a duty fee because it came from another country? I then emailed BestCanvas.ca with my complaint 2 days ago and still no answer. Not satisfied and will not be ordering from this company ever again. Making sure to tell everyone I know or don't know!
I ordered 2 of the same blankets. Picture was off centered, thread is coming lose. Contacting the company and they basically said too bad. They don't care about their customers. They have many complaints against them. Don't order from them!
They don't really take accountability for damaged product.
My canvas arrived broken and crooked. I sent photos to show proof. They said they will only give a refund if I slash the canvas or draw marker all over it. I think that's rather silly, especially having sent pictures of my canvas broken.
Immediately they should have given a refund or ship a new product for the damaged item I received. I paid for a product that should have arrived tip top shape.
I get what they're trying to accomplish, but still, to me that's poor business. I would never do that to my customers.

It was easy to order the products and I received them promptly and was relatively happy with the products. However, I paid $14 initially in shipping only to receive another $14 bill in the mail from ups a week later for the order. This is very misleading and really ruins the credibility of the company. They target Canadian customers but are located in Germany. Will never purchase from them again or recommend to others.
I ordered 9 panorama coffee cups early in December, in virtually every shipment to me there was problems ranging from fingerprints under the glaze of the cups to faded images, extremely off coloured images and broken cups. There are still 3 cups unaccounted for. Do not use this company.
Quick turn around, great quality-only wish that they would send a message if some photos quality isn't the greatest... so I didn't waste the money on a few prints-but other then that-I will order again.
Extremely happy with my star map from Best Canvas. The customer service was brilliant when I had a question, production and shipping were very quick. We are now planning on getting star maps made for other key events in our life!
I've taken photos through years of travel and have never been able to showcase them, other than on my computer. Finally found a great deal on Best Canvas, not only did they arrive quickly, quality was also better than expected! Highly recommended!
Product is mediocre at best. I noticed later on other Canadians have had this issue as well. They make it seem like they are based in Canada and price their products in Canadian dollars. Little to my knowledge it came all the way from Florida and it had heavy customs charges. Definitely a non professional business. Don't waste your money!
I haven't received any communication with regards to my missing package. It was supposed to be delivered within 3-7 days of shipping it has now been 2 weeks and not one reply back from the company on all social platforms or email.
