Ruined my Valentine's

They delivered the day before instead of Valentine's day completely ruining the surprise, The flowers did not look anything like the website, they were small and never opened died immediately, you have to assemble the bouquet, and the dammed strawberries what they are supposed to be famous for, were all melted and crushed on the box, whished I had look for reviews before ordering, I hope people search and read these reviews before ordering so they go out of business and stop scamming people.

***editing to add that I'm not even sure at this time that my order arrived to the correct destinations. I'm not feeling too confident about it. I don't trust a company that doesn't email a "Thank you for ordering from Sheri's Berries followed by order number... confirmation... total..." I'll find out this weekend if my friends received their sympathy gifts.
Last year made order for the anniversary of the death of my sister-in-law's father. Order never arrived. When I called company they said it was delivered in another state and I basically got an "Oh Well". Shari's Berries did nothing to make this customer happy. Tuesday I made an order for 2 friends who lost their mother. It took 40 minutes on the phone to place this order! It took me 4 (very aggravating) calls for the next 3 days to try to get an email confirmation from the company! When they FINALLY sent it it's only a UPS Status Notification. It is not a copy of my order/total from Shari's Berries! Too expensive to not be protected with a receipt of purchase! I can't stand Shari's Berries way of doing business. Shari's Berries leaves you frustrated... they have bad customer service. It's a shame because I'd rather send chocolate covered strawberries than flowers but believe me, I'll be finding/using another company! I have not yet submitted this review. I'm hoping I don't have to give a star in order to submit my review. If this review has one star it's not by me it's by being forced because I give Sheri's Berries a ZERO rating!

I would give 0 stars if I could, this place ruined my Mothers Day present. I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered two days before Mothers day, and Im thankful I did. The box came two hours later than the broad time slot they told me it would be delivered, and when it came I was excited to look and make sure everything looked good. When I opened the box, there was the small dipped pretzels that came with the order which each one was broken in half or worse. I started to get nervous at that point, and as I opened the strawberry box I knew I had good reason to be afraid. Every single strawberry, all twelve, either was completely broken, jumbled to where it was out of place, or, for a couple of mine, out of place with all of the chocolate fallen off. They were very ugly, wet even though I unpacked them right away, and even the pretzels were broken. I am thankful I got to them to check before just giving them to my mom. I would not recommend this place to anyone for quality products. As a bonus, the pretzels were not crunchy at all, they had a gross chewy aspect that was noticed immediately by family and friends that tried them.

I ordered a small chocolate cake and 1/2 dozen hand-dipped strawberries from Shari's Berries. I had the impression from the links I followed to their website that they were a company local to Phoenix, Arizona. The order included $52 for shipping, because it was a Saturday delivery. Even though both items were going to the same address, there were separate special charges for each. I didn't mind so much, it was for my mom's birthday and most importantly I wanted her to have a cake delivered. I checked the Shari's Berries website on Saturday and was pleased to see both items were listed as "delivered" - unfortunately, I did not check the tracking. The strawberries did get delivered, but the cake did not. It still wasn't there by late Sunday, and no one from Shari's Berries let me know. I contacted their online chat. They happily refunded my money. That was fine, but it could not make up for the opportunity I lost to bring a little joy into my mom's life. I would highly advice not ordering from this company. It seems to me they are out for the quick buck they can glean from all the people that don't pursue a refund. Shari deserves a kick in the berries!

Very important day and paying a fortune for before noon delivery - a very important day was totally missed. When I called them, I was punished further by having to not only give the order number, my name, the recipient's name but then got nothing but excuses as to why the delivery didn't happen.
The agent, Celine, had an accent so thick I couldn't understand her and then had the nerve to just repeat everything I said.
NEVER USE THEM!

No show on delivery

I ordered and fruit bouquet for family out of state coasting me $120. It was flat out a no show. Now I have to wait up to a week for my refund. Will never use them again

Ordered a gift for my mom... On expected delivery date it was just bring processed even tho I was charged for Express delivery. Will never use again. Keep looking around if you need to mail a gift

Not what I expected.

I received a dozen that was broken chocolate and out of spots they should have been laying in box. A few of them were very small Very disappointed after the radio gave them such a build up.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered berries for my Mother for Mother's Day. They guaranteed shipping on the Saturday before. A week later and I still haven't received them, so not only was my Mother's Day surprise ruined, but I feel scammed. I've tried messaging the company on several social media platforms, I've tried getting in contact with customer service, and they WILL not give you a full refund on THEIR mistake. What a disappointment. From what I understand, this has happened to so many people this Mother's Day. What a joke of customer service. I work in the service industry and I don't complain often, but this is 100% ridiculous. Absolutely no excuses for this mess. Do yourself a favor and buy your own berries and dip them in chocolate.

Cake arrived melted

Ordered a cake from Shari's Berries and it arrived way past the time it was guaranteed (7PM instead of 3PM). The cake was melted and when support was contacted, they reported that a replacement cake will be shipped out or a different item of my chocie. Another item was chosen but no response was ever given.

DO NOT ORDER.

I ordered a red velvet birthday cake to be delivered Jan 5 2018 in Keller TX $55.00, which is a Friday considered a normal delivery day; the cake never made it! According to the tracking it was in Memphis TN Jan. 5 at 1 pm on Saturday Jan. 6 it was in Fort Worth at 1:33 pm and it sat there; so on Sunday Jan 7 I called customer service to find out what happened she said it was still in Fort Worth and has no idea why so I asked for a refund. She said she could refund shipping charges and send a new cake or total refund. I asked to speak to a manager she put me on hold for a few minutes and came back with no manager is available but in 2 to 3 days one would call me back. I worked in retail so i know making the customer happy is number one bad reviews especially on the internet are big black eyes. I wanted a new cake and a full refund because the cake never got there (no known reason why) and even if it got there at that point it would have been stale being that it was made Jan. 2. The girl was rude, not very helpful and never did try to find a manager. So the birthday was a bust, i am pissed wasted time and money and telling anyone who reads this do not order from this company they are unreliable, lack common sense to fix problems and really do not care if the customer gets satisfaction.

The quality of this product was just a 1. Anything can be covered in chocolate and probably taste good. But these strawberries were mushy and overripe. Very overpriced for the lack of quality.

Over priced!

Was charged $70.00 dollars for delivery
I cannot believe this I was clearly not understanding of the charges $60.00 for 2 dozen berries and a delivery charge of 70.00 are you kidding me NEVER AGAIN!
I MAY ONLY BE ONE CUSTOMER BUT I HAVE A BIG MOUTH AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD

Warning! DO NOT TRY ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on 8/24 to be delivered by 8/25. When I checked my order number it told me it was delivered. I told my 82 year old aunt that there was a package coming for her so to be on the lookout. Nothing ever showed up after I had her searching her whole property. I called Shari's back on 8/26 and was told that they do not show a confirmation of a delivery and I said no $#*!. I was put on hold and was told when they came back on the line that they cannot get a hold of the place that was supposed to fill the order, that they were closed until Monday. Was promised it would be delivered on that day which would've been 8/28. Once again, no delivery was made. Just got off the phone with them and all they say is that no confirmation was made on the order I placed….so if I never called and followed up they would just steal peoples $. They wanted to give me a $20 certificate to use at another time which I told them they could shove up their you know what's. I will never order from them again. My poor Aunt who has cancer has been looking for something that never would've showed up. I requested a refund and was told it will take 10 days to get. Now I have to wait to see if I even receive that. This company is a big disgrace! Customer service is terrible too. They could care less. Just do yourself a favor and use another company. This one should do everyone a favor and just close down! A worthless, disgraceful company.

Unacceptable quality drop

I purchased Shari's Berries last Christmas for my mother and we shared them together after they were delivered. The berries were large, carefully packed, and pristine when they arrived last year.
Placed an identical order this year, with the exception of four dipped cookies added, and what arrived had only a passing resemblance to what we had last year. The berries were tiny comparatively but were shipped in the same size packaging as before resulting in them rolling around and losing parts and pieces of the chocolate coating. The presentation was unattractive and, vice embarrassing myself by taking these to my mother's for Christmas, we just placed them in the refrigerator to try when I get over my disgust at spending $49.96 for twelve strawberries and four cookies.
My wife did try one and the berry itself was not ripe and completely flavorless.
I read a review that said the company was purchased by FTD and was no longer a small family owned business. If so, it appears that it has not helped the company to be taken over.
I will not avail myself of Shari's Berries again and am sorry to see that option for a gift be lost.

This was the worst ever. I am disabled and do a TON of online ordering. My orders were lost and then they gave a lame excuse that they "tried to call" over a week ago that there was a payment problem because they stupidly defaulted to a now expired card. When I called to complain they OFFERED
NO HELP OR WAY TO MAKE THIS RIGHT EVEN THOUGH THAT's a slogan on website. NEVER AGAIN. $#*!TIEST SERVICE OUT THERE.

Hard to believe! Placed order one week in advance of "Mother's Day" for delivery on, guess what, "Mother's Day" Paid extra for Saturday delivery. NO DELIVERY! Called them at 7; 30AM on Mother's Day and found that they had their "Mother's Day" package still NOT DELIVERED. No help at all. Told me I could get my $$$ back in 7 to ten days. NEVER will do business again

Ordered the gourmet fancy strawberries for an early mothers day surprise. Strawberries did arrive but looked nothing like the pictures on website. They were very messy looking and you couldn't even tell they were strawberries. I have ordered many arrangements from EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS that were perfect. I thought I would try something new. BIG MISTAKE. Never again will I purchase anything from shari's berries. If you ever want to order anything nice to send to someone special then stick to EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!

Horrible product 3x!

Gave Sherris Berries a pass when the $75 Valentine gift contained soggy, mushy berries with the chocolate and nuts cracked and broken off 9 of the 12 berries. The pretzel sticks were stale as well. I was sent a replacement. It was equally as bad. A friend sent me a gift pack yesterday. It was like the nightmare repeated itself. What a horrible product. The ice pack was completely thawed. I wouldnt send a Sherris Berris product to my worst enemy.
