Not happy

My daughter ordered for delivery today and because the address was off by one number they didn't deliver (276 instead of 275). She had to find out by looking up the order online as they did not notify her. They had the recipients number but didn't bother to call. Horrible customer service and my daughter has no idea when they will be redelivered.

My mom's Mother's Day berries were destroyed, rotten, and moldy! Had to fight with customer service to get a full refund, they only wanted to give a 50% refund. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable, never buying these berries again!

Poor quality!

I had flowers and berries delivered for valentine's and of course they included the 9.99 surcharge. Which i didn't mind however the flowers were wilted! Leaves were brown and white roses had brown stains on the petals! I made a complaint to their customer service and no response. Horrible! And embarrassing to give as a gift! NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered product as a Valentines day surprise. I ordered 3 days in advance. Paid an exorbitant shipping rate for on time delivery (almost double the product cost). They rely on the weather as an excuse. They ship from San Diego and the shipping address is in Huntington Beach, CA and the weather is perfect in both locations. They say they are working 24/7, yet there is no one answering the phones.

I will never order, nor recommend this outfit. OBTW, my spouse has yet to receive anything.

Terrible!

I bought my friend some chocolate covered strawberries for Mother's Day and paid extra to have it delivered on Saturday a day before Mother's Day. It was covered in mold. I told them to remove my name from their website and never contact me again about buying their products!

Yum! I received berries as a graduation present from my parents to my apartment in the SF Bay Area. They arrived perfectly packed and were SOOO tasty (thankfully I haven't eaten all of them yet, so I guess they still ARE tasty :P) . The chocolate (milk chocolate) is incredible, and the strawberries are delicious and fresh-tasting. I also appreciated how they arrived on the day of my graduation. It made the day super sweet.

Well first off this was my first time going through this website. I had ordered some berries to be delivered to someone special in my life I had paid extra for Saturday delivery and it never got delivered! So I called and they were going to send a replacement,. They sent it to his apartment complex at the front step in triple digit weather. By the time he got home it was completely melted. They could have easily dropped it off at the main office, I had requested if that was possible if he wasn't home and they had said it was possible with out a problem,. But that did not happen. So I called again to get a complete refund. Horrible service I will never go through this company ever again. If your want someone special to you to receive a package do not go here! They will just mess it up. The only reason I gave it one star is because through all the mess I got my money back. I would have much rather had my gift delivered.

Horrible customer service

Called 3 times about an order and could not understand one word. I asked for a supervisor and she said they did not have one then hung up. Called again and she said that sold out of what was supposed to be delivered. 3rd call said that I dont exist in their system. Then I keep saying are you there. Then without any tracking information she said it was delivered. I will never use them again

Called company and was told new berries would be sent and never received. Called again and told new berries would be delivered and again nothing. Sent picture and email to company with order information and was told not enough information. Customer service is horrible. Don't waste your money

Not Worth The Money

This was my third order placed with this company. Never had a problem before. This order was a dozen strawberries to my dad and two dozen to my house. They were the tiniest strawberries I have ever seen. They didn't even fill half the spot in the container. To top it off they were broken and no cold pack was used. So they were melting and wet. After looking at the website it says cold pack used when they see fit. Really? 35 dollars shipping and you don't use a cold pack on perishable foods? I am assuming being a few days away from Valentine's Day they are rushing orders out. Still that's no excuse. You lost a customer. I will never waste my money again on this company.

Horrible

I ordered 6 chocolate covered strawberries for my girlfriend on Valentine's day. They didn't look anything like what's advertised on their website. They were rolling around in the package and they were soggy. They didn't taste very well. They also charged me $25 in shipping. This is a ripoff and i will never order again.

This is the first review I have ever been motivated enough to write- I was so disappointed in the terrible service of what I thought was a top notch company. I wish I read the reviews before hand! - after the first order not going through I finally made a second choice and paid the ridiculous added shipping fee for deliver to be on Mothers Day and it never arrived! Then I called customer service: 45 minutes of being told 3 different stories and them basically not caring that I had a bad experience- they were willing to just let me go unhappy since all they would do was refund the shipping cost and deliver the berries 4 days late I FINALLY got though to a supervisor who was the first one to care and did reimburse me a bit more. Such a huge disappointment since the company had endorsements from some businesses I respected. Boy was I wrong!

I received a gift package from Shari's Gourmet. It arrived in extremely poor condition. The chocolate was totally melted, the cheese was liquid mush. When I called to tell the company no one was interested. They couldn't even find the order. The customer service does not exist for this company. DO NOT purchase from them.

I've seen the commercials and read the reviews so I took a chance. I sent a dozen of the assorted chocolate covered strawberries and pretzels to my daughter at work for Valentines Day. She absolutely loved them! She told me it was a BIG surprise and that she needed that! That was the exact reaction I was aiming for!. Thank you Sherri's Berries; you made my day!

I orders 1 six box sent separately, and 2 six boxes, and a 12 box; all with packing problems.
The 1 six box arrived with the cold pack exploded in the box. The other large box with 2 six boxes and a 12 box was pretty beat up with chocolate falling off some of the berries in the 12 box. Also, two of the berries were only half the size of the other 10. Overall not presentable as a gift to 4 mothers.

I ordered a basket of cookies for my nephews birthday, paid extra for Saturday delivery and got an email the day after they were to be delivered saying they would be there the following Tuesday! Called customer service which was located in the phillipines and was told I could get a refund on the delivery. I wanted to cancel the order but it was too late, they are going to credit my account. The product was delivered, broken cookies and all! What a waste of time, disgusting product (cookie shelf life of 12 months)!

Placed an order for a dozen strawberries to be sent on my anniversary. Only to find out they were shipped 3 day after. The berries never arrived. The point is too pay an extra 16.00 for on time delivery. However i place my order in due time for the gift to arrive on time. All im saying is this company is a total rip off and the founder needs to be ashamed for the terrible service, broken advertisements and outsourcing customer service jobs. Im completly overwhelmed by this whole transaction and hope someone close this scam called Sharis Berries!

Buyer beware!

We ordered for Mother's Day the Tuesday before and paid extra to have it delivered on Saturday. We were there all day, and the order did not arrive. So I called Monday (the day after Mother's Day, mind you) and was told they were so sorry, and the order would arrive the next day. It did not. So I called today (Friday) and the customer service rep said they would just refund my money. We'll see. This company is operating a fraudulent business, I believe. Hopefully, it will be out of business soon. Help it along and don't order from them!

NEVER AGAIN!

You would think I would of remembered the last time they disappointed me. Again, they didn't deliver on time and when I called their customer service late on the day of delivery, the agent was impossible to understand, horribly unprofessional, could not find my order for 10 minutes then suddenly finds it! Then the agent assures me that the florist will deliver up and until 8pm and I am on their list. Never came! Never Again! I don't understand how they remain in business.

Quality of product

The delivery of Halloween Berries look nothing like the pictures of the product on your website. Very disappointing. It was not worth the money I paid. The decorating of product, color of candy coating, and the size of eyes on berries not the same as what was shown on website.
