The strawberries were mushy, old, soft, and tasted awful. The cheesebites smelled like old cheese. I am disappointed in the quality.

I contacted the company through Twitter and Facebook. They responded within minutes. I sent them pictures and an email as instructed. They quickly helped me and now I have a new order on the way. Hopefully the quality is better. I will update this once it arrives.

Buyer beware
May 14, 2021

Beware of conducting business with Shari's Berries. My first order arrived a day late and was spoiled to which their CS offered only a second order. That second order is now on track to be a day late as well. In my search to find a CS rep that can comprehend the situation I've been told that a 50% refund is the best they can do. Buyer beware.

Received this 12 berries from my wife. ALL the berries were smashed and melting. Even the message note inside was a mess. I would go with Edible Arrangements over this poor excuse of a business. I live in PA. They shouldn't be melting...

They never showed

To be fair the first time I ordered from Shari's Berries they were beautiful and delicious. So I was confident to order from them a second time for a special event - I ordered cake pops and sea salt caramel chocolate covered Oreos. I'd tell you how they were but they never showed despite an email confirmation saying that they had. I called customer service and got a half hearted apology and a refund. Despite the tasty berries the first time, I'll be taking my dollars elsewhere.

HORRIBLE
February 16, 2019

I placed an order on 2/12/19 for my granddaughter who is away at college to brighten her Valentine's Day as she is homesick. I was charged a $24.98 GUARANTEED delivery fee for Valentine's Day on top of the $29.00 charge. She did not receive it. I called on 2/15/19 to file a complaint. The delivery charge was reversed and I was assured she would receive the delivery on 02/15/19, AFTER the holiday. She did not receive it. I called 2/16/19 to complain. They "assured" me it would be delivered on 2/18/19, President's Day, when the college office is closed. At this point the berries will be rotten. They said they could send a "replacement" delivery for 2/19/19. I asked that ALL charges be reversed; they refused. NEVER AGAIN.

I was going to buy flowers and chocolates for my mom this mothers day. I had a 25% off code that they sent me. The cost was originally $64.99 but with the code it went down to $48.99. I was like, that's not too bad of a price. I thought the price of deliver might be $10.00 but nope. They tried to charge me $30.00 in delivery fee's. I tell you what I love my Mom but wouldn't pay nearly $80.00 for flowers and chocolates. Hell if I didn't have the discount it would have been almost $100.00. If my Mom every found out that I paid that much she would beat my@$$. I will go to the local grocery store on Saturday and pick up a nice bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates for $25.00. Thank you.

IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH

Wanted to send 7 gifts to 7 business associates. The addresses would not be accepted even when choosing one of their recommended addresses! When you call you get someone off shore who can not understand or respond to your question, and cannot be understood.

I am very dissatisfied with my order of chocolate covered strawberries. The strawberries were almost rotten and the chocolate was stale. It looked like the whole box of spoiled berries was placed in the freezer and then thawed out and shipped to me. The inside of the box was damp. I ordered from this website before as gifts to my friends, and now I am wondering if they received the same garbage, but were too kind to not to say anything about it. To make it worse, my order was for Valentine day, so if the merchant even gives me a refund, it won't make up for a spoiled holiday.

Melted Cookies!

I ordered chocolate covered oreo cookies to be delivered to my husband. Given the $15 delivery charge, I assumed they would be packaged and delivered in a way that would keep them fresh. Instead, they were shipped standard UPS ground in JUNE! The tracking info shows they started out 5 days before they were due to be delivered, in Colorado, went to New Mexico, then Illinois, then Indiana, before arriving on the delivery date in Buffalo. Shocker - they were all melted! They did refund my money when I complained but didn't answer my question about why it was delivered that way. For that reason, I'd never order anything perishable from them again.

Had tried the e-mail they provided for service *******@sm.berries.com tried to phone several times. Busy signal ( because they outsource this customer service overseas). Had problems 2 weeks ago when placing the order had to call back 4 times to get someone that understands english and in the end it was an epic fail. Do not use this company

Awful

I had a $64 order that didnt show up, ive tried many times to create an account on their website so i can track the order, they send you an email to confirm your account but the problem is the the email never shows up so you cant make an account and cannot track your order.
Its been a few weeks now and the berries have still not shown up, i reported it to paypal who denied my claim because shari's berries claims that the package was delivered, stay away from this company

Ripped Off
February 24, 2019

Ordered a dozen berries to go to our bank.
Got a notice that the berries were delivered.
They were not.
Went to "Wecare" email and asked for proof of delivery.
I was told no signature is required so there is no proof of delivery.
Where the berries are is anybodies guess.
Should be "We don't care we have your money" email.
As I am sure you have heard, "Buyer beware"

My daughter sent me a box of chocolate covered strawberries from Sheri's Berries and they looked beautiful in the box, but they had absolutely zero flavor. Neither the strawberries or the chocolate had any flavor at all. It was like eating cardboard. I felt bad, but I had to throw them out. Did anyone else have this experience?

Spoiled berries!

I decided to spoil myself and got a dozen berries for $40 when I got them half of the berries were rotten and they weren't any better than ones you can make at home. I was very upset over my purchase. I would never send these to anyone as a gift or ever get them for myself again.

WORST PLACE EVER
September 5, 2020

I order on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery for a friend just diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. They never came. I call, they say they were delivered, well not to the right place i tell them cause shes been home all day. Same old bull$#*! apology from someone that doesn't speak english. They reorder on weds for Saturday delivery, promising a $20 certificate by email. It never came. Then I find out that on Saturday the driver dumps them at the door, never rang the bell so they sat in the hot sun and melted being ruined. I swear this place NEVER EVER AGAIN.

PRICES ARE INSANE

It's sad that these people want to sell you a 1/2 dozen strawberries for $29.99! I can go to a local shop and buy a dozen for $30. They are also easy to make. Then the service is atrocious, and the product is measly at best. Shame, Shame, Shame on this company for ripping people off!

Since I live in another state, I wanted my Mother to experience something different. The berries were left on her doorstep and not noticed to well into the next day. They were no longer frozen and less than desirable. Since they are perishable they should not have been left on the doorstep with no notice of them being delivered. I wouldn't even give it one star. I would not do this again!

Don't buy from this company! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, i will recomend edible arrangements 100 time! I place a order to be delivery on 2/14 before noon, which i paid extra and they never showed up. I called them over and over and i was unable to get a hold of someone. Rip-off! Worst place and service! Not worth it!

I just received the 6 chocolate and white chocolate covered strawberries along with 4 beautifully decorated cookies! The strawberries are delicious and fresh! No complaints here! Thank you to my son and girlfriend for the best gift ever!

I ordered flowers and candy for my mother for Valentine's day. It clearly stated the correct shipping address and the receipt emailed to me stated the correct shipping address. But they shipped them to me. So it is Valentines Day, my mother lives 300 miles away and her gifts are at my home. When my father passed away many years ago, he asked me to always send her flowers from him and she is sick with Leukemia and may not be here next year. I am just so upset that this year she will not get flowers from my dad.
