I called them to ask a question about an item for Mother's Day. Their customer service is overseas so I couldn't get a rep who spoke English clear enough to understand. She never could understand what I was trying to ask AND the price she quoted me over the phone was more than what it showed online! It was so frustrating trying to ask a simple question so I decided against ordering what I now see is an overpriced item for what little the recipient actually receives. Plus, shipping seems to be a major problem too.

Ordered online strawberries and gift for wife for mothers day, when ordering it clearly stated the order would be delivered by may 11th, i proceeded to order, my card got charged, 2 days later no email with any tracking info, went to site, couldnt login, couldnt get forgot password to work, nothing worked, finally obtained a UPS tracking number, which UPS basically said didnt exist, emailed customer care, explained if it cant be delivered by the promised date of may 11th, cancel order, got email back saying your order has been canceled as requested, tried calling customer service and low and behold another company outsourcing customer NO SERVICE to foreign companies who do not speak clear english, after 5 different calls I gave up, I wouldnt order from this company again even if it was for free.

I ordered from this company for the first and last time! Wanted a special gift for my wife for Mother's Day to be delivered to her at work. The website shows an FTD logo for delivery so I am expecting a quality product AND delivery, and this would justify the cost to me. So today I get an email that states the package was delivered at approximately 9:10 am, so I'm chomping at the bit waiting for a phone call or text message about her surprise. Lunchtime comes around and I decide to find a ridiculous reason to ask her if she's at her office, which she says she is. I leave work to drive to her office to find a soaking wet box sitting outside of her office! So now that the excitement of a delivery person showing up with surprise delivery, it's me standing there with a wet box. So she dives into box... only to find drenched strawberries and broken pretzels. Not to mention the advertised "huge strawberries" was a total false statement...

After today I will not be dealing with Shari Berries anymore. I paid $62 and some change for some busted up strawberries? I used this company last year and the year before but after today I'm done. First, the shipping is outrageous and they got me for an extra shipping charge that I knew nothing about. Second, they take the money out of my account twice 6 days apart. I called customer service this morning and she was no help at all. In fact she wanted to argue with me about it all the while I'm sitting here looking at my statement showing me that $62 was taken out on May 2nd and again yesterday the 8th...$120 for some $#*!ty strawberries?! Third, the berries get dropped off on my mother's front porch this morning warm and busted all to hell. It's embarrassing that this is what my Mother got for Mother's Day so I will be getting her something else because that's what she deserves. Thanks for the $#*!ing headache!

They give you a decent price on the berries, then they rip you off with shipping, etc... I mean really, $30 shipping and $3 for a card. Isn't a card always included with a delivery?

I ordered fancy berries for my mother two years ago. Since she lives in a different state, I asked her what they looked like to make sure she received what I had ordered. As it turns out, she received just the plain chocolate berries and not the fancy ones I had ordered. After contacting Shari's Berries about the problem, they did deliver the correct berries and took back the wrong order, but I would have never known that the wrong (less expensive) berries were delivered in the first place if I had not asked my mom about them. So after giving them the benefit of the doubt, I ordered from them again last year. This time the order was correct, but the berries were very small and not at all like what they are advertised as. I will never order from them again. By the way, if you order by phone, they do not understand English very well and you have to spell almost every single word for them. You will be on the phone a good half hour to just place a simple order and the shipping fee is very high.

I have always been happy with the quality of Shari's Berries so the rating is not for that. The rating is for the outrageous shipping cost that was charged! I have purchased quite often and have never received an additional charge for shipping nor a "Rural" fee for shipping. In NO way is my address a rural address and the fee charged was price gouging!

I would say I would go elsewhere from now on unless this is fixed and I will make sure to spread the word that Sharri's Berries scams the consumer once they check out for their purchase. Refund me the outrageous shipping and I would consider the above

I attached the email they sent me. I wish I would of checked amazon first. I would of saved $15 dollars and had prime shipping.

Although mistakes happen their remedy is to offer me a coupon for next time. Guess what? There will not be a next time. $15 is their standard shipping fee and then extra to have it delivered by noon.

They make money off their product and they make money off the shipping. When they screw up the least they could do is have it there by noon the next day. Nope they give you an 8am to 8pm window. Finally, the cable companies provide better service then somebody.

I ordered these to be delivered to a dear friend the day before her breast cancer surgery. On the day they were supposed to be delivered they informed me that there was a problem with the address there wasn't a problem with the address I emailed it went back-and-forth the next day the same thing now for the third time they're telling me the same thing so this is the same box that I ordered that's been in and out of a truck for three days and it's still not getting there. I wish I read the reviews before I order them.

I ordered two weeks ago and selected delivery on the 8th for my 43rd wedding anniversary. Today is the 8th and they aren't here. Got a notice today that they shipped and would arrive tomorrow. Thanks for ruining the surprise. I'll pick up flowers next year.

It is the next day and the order arrived. Presented it to my wife and we opened with great anticipation. Found medium cold berries with almost all chocolate coverings broken. See photo. Note we each one which why two are missing. Needless to say, I won't order from them again.

Shari's Berries customer service team is clearly outsourced to a foreign country. I've called twice this week for help in figuring out their confusing gift options, and twice I've gotten reps with strong foreign accents who couldn't help me at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Pictures are misleading! If I could send pics of what my wife received I would. NOTHING like the pictures they list on their website. The package was $50, delivery and other charges were $40. Absurd! DONT waste your money.

I ordered Shari's Berries for my wife to receive on her birthday I didn't mind the high price nearly $100 because I heard such wonderful things about Shari's Berries on radio shows that I like to listen to
I sent the order of Shari's Berries to my wife's place of work. After she got off work I asked her how her day went expecting her to tell me about the wonderful thing she ever seen from Shari's Berries I was surprised when she said she had received nothing! I ended up ruining the surprise because her birthday and come and gone and I told her what I ordered for her and they had not arrived.
The order actually arrived the following Monday 3 days after they were supposed to arrive on her birthday and mind you I had ordered far enough in advance in entire week in fact in advance of her birthday so that they would arrive on time.
My wife received a soggy box of half rotten strawberries with toppings on them that would have given her food poisoning have she been dumb enough to try to eat them.
Obviously upset I called Shari's Berries and told them that they had failed to deliver my order on time and that the berries they sent and rotted in the process and that I wanted a refund of my money
Shari's Berries only give me an email address they did not even have customer service representatives and when I asked for a refund they refused because they said they had delivered the product never mind the fact that what they delivered was rotten upon arrival!
Shari's Berries ripped me off for nearly $100 and then refused to give me a refund and every time Mother's Day rolls around I have to listen to these stupid commercials and have to listen to radio host brag about them when in reality they screwed me and ripped me off for nearly $100 I would advise anybody to not order from Shari's Berries because of how I was treated

I was going to buy flowers and chocolates for my mom this mothers day. I had a 25% off code that they sent me. The cost was originally $64.99 but with the code it went down to $48.99. I was like, that's not too bad of a price. I thought the price of deliver might be $10.00 but nope. They tried to charge me $30.00 in delivery fee's. I tell you what I love my Mom but wouldn't pay nearly $80.00 for flowers and chocolates. Hell if I didn't have the discount it would have been almost $100.00. If my Mom every found out that I paid that much she would beat my@$$. I will go to the local grocery store on Saturday and pick up a nice bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolates for $25.00. Thank you.

Ordered these last mother's day and she didn't get them. When I called to give them the opportunity to right their wrong, the rep said he'd send out "another batch free of charge". I said to just refund my money because it was already a week past Mother's day. He would not refund my money. I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said he IS the supervisor. Will not do business with again and will not recommend them any time an opportunity presents itself. It's a shame because when she finally got her "free" berries, she loved them. By the way, stop saying it's free when you finally give me your product that I already paid for without a refund.
