I sent a dozen chocolate dipped birthday strawberries to a friend for $50. Most of them were the tiniest, saddest looking strawberries ever. I'll never use them again. Horrible. I wish I had seen their review before.
Basically 2/3's of my order didn't show up on the date I requested. Customer service wasn't helpful, very apologetic, but useless. Never again.
I ordered a dozen berries for a birthday gift and they were never delivered. Each day the customer service promised delivery and then after 5 days of this nonsense I was told they would make it up by making the delivery now and offered a $20 coupon for one of "their family of companies". If they couldn't make the delivery up to now, what makes you believe they can now? Is the question I posed, to only get a silent tone on the phone. Terrible experience and terrible customer service and one "family' of companies that I and everyone I can get too, will not be using.
Ordered a week in advance to make sure delivery on birthday. Order arrived 3 days late and was foul smelling and melted. They also left the package at the garage instead of trying to deliver to the person who was at home. They tried to talk me into a $20 discount instead of giving me my money back. Too many other vendors to deal with this!

You've won the Shari's Berries lottery! Wish I read the reviews, including employee's warning of dirty strawberries and fake chocolate known and practiced by corporate! Sleazy! Only way this company stays in business is by ripping people off, i. E. delivery of spoiled product, no delivery, up charge for delivery and charging for a year of delivering product for free "Passport" $20/year, knowing 95% of customers will not reorder again! On your way to "never again"their CS Reps lie and say anything to get you off the phone! I ordered smile berries for a coworker on August 5 at 9:50 in the morning, and received a confirmation email immediately stating that the berries would be delivered by 8 pm. When I called the number to check at 6 pm it still said delivery by 8 pm.
At 9 pm I called and spoke with an unhelpful woman who apologized and offered me a 20$ coupon and the berries to be delivered first thing on the 6th. Then she proceeded with a hard sell on many of their other items lol. I declined and felt confident my friend would get the surprise I promised her the next morning.
At 5 pm on the 6th I called again wondering where my deliver was. I've now lost 1 hour of my life for this.
I was told that I could have a refund, and when I pressed her as to what happened, I was told that when you order after 1 pm they can't guarantee same day, I told her I was looking at my receipt from 950 in the morning, she then said there were no local places near me that could deliver it, and I should have gotten a notice. I did not get any notice. Why didn't the woman the night before tell me that? I was told that she never even put an order in to do it the next day. I told her that she should probably bring this up with her supervisor, and that I would never feel confident ordering their products again.

My daughter sent me these for my 60th birthday, they were horrible! Some of the strawberries rotten, tasted nasty! Never again! Would not recommended! I threw them away!
I placed a $70 order 4 days before my girl bday and they never brought it I didn't receive an email or phone call no nothing and when I called to figure out what was going on the lady who was very helpful told me that they emailed me stating they tried delivering it and to call and they would bring it back I never got that email and I had been tracking my order the whole $#*!ing day and after hours of seeing it say their starting on my order I called because I'm like damn when is it going to be in transit and that's when I found out I had wasted my whole day sitting at the house waiting on order that was never in route $#*! these ppl next time I'll go to Walmart and put some $#*! together myself
I used to LOVE sharis berries. I'm not entirely sure what's happened to the company, but this is not okay. They arrives SIX DAYS LATE and like this. The berries were completely inedible and the chocolates were a disaster. I was able to get refunded but I wish I had not wasted the time or effort in picking them out. Definitely not worth $80 to begin with.
0 stars. Rotten fruit or reused! Don't buy me none I will definitely not buy for anyone I care about. I received this 3 times as gift. The packaging is great but that's as far as it goes. Tried taking the chocolate off but it had fungus underneath.
A lady dropped the berries off and said she has been looking for our house all day. Continued to mention that she made them herself. What the heck, random folks making Sherri's Berries not an actual store where product can be monitored and regulated. Never would I ever order from this fake company again.
Horrible experience ordered well. Over $260 in merch and never arrive on the day it was supposed to for my wife's and I Anniversary customer service offered a $20 voucher to use in further purchases witch i know there will not be. The disappointment in my wife and I are more than $20 for the amount spent definitely will never order from here again
I will post two pictures with this review- one of what I ordered and one that was that actually received. The fact that this is a nationally known company that charges ridiculous rates, you'd think the product would be better. I will not order from your company ever again.
A week ahead of time I ordered strawberries and pretzels to be delivered to Washington state as a surprise while my daughter was on vacation out there at a friend's house. Strawberries were delivered a day late. Ok. When $30 pretzels didn't show up for 2 more days although it says they were shipped the week before, I called and found out that they weren't available in that area. Why didn't they let me know when I ordered them or call me in the days that followed. Refunded my money but that's not the point. It was to late in her trip to do anything else. Very poor management. Looks like they want to keep your money even when they don't plan on delivering.
Never again will I order from here. Places an order on a Thursday for Friday and order is still not here. Customer service sucks, not helpful. Waste of $. I would NOT recommend
Looked up the reviews to see if anyone else found these to he tasteless and blah. My husband bought me these for my birthday. They came packaged nicely and still cold ish however I could see where if left on my porch all day in late June weather they'd look like the other reviewers pics. I think he paid around $60... this is literally $5 chocolate and $10 worth of strawberries. What a scam! Some of the strawberries have mold on them! See photos
If I could give 0 stars I would, my girlfriend who lives in Boston sent me flowers and what was supposed to be chocolate covered strawberries, but they never arrived. She ordered them on Wednesday and they got here Monday at 2pm. I was also home all day but since the delivery driver didn't knock they stayed in the blazing sun for about 2 more hours. Absolutely unacceptable, the strawberries were completely melted, had mold on them, and the box was crawling with ants everywhere. I barely wanted to bring it in but I need you to know how your service is looking out there. Check the picture out.
From a business aspect, you should really make it a mission to stick to your word. "... committed to the highest standards of quality and service" You did quite the opposite and it seems from previous reviews that it's the same story. I was sent a gift to uplift my spirits and then I got your product and service, not the best obviously. Work on it!
I trusted Shari's Berries to deliver a gift to my wife who had to be out of town on her birthday. After placing the order I called 2-days in advance to confirm that everything was on track, and they verified that it was. On the delivery date I looked at the tracking information and found that it was going to the street address where she was but with our city, state, and zip code. They promised the delivery truck was going to drive the 475 miles and have it there by the end of the day. I knew that was not going to happen, but they said they could do nothing else because everything looked to be on track. They also reached out to my wife and told her it would be delivered, ruining the surprise delivery. Their resolution was to resend 3 days later and upgrade the size of a box of chocolates (I have since learned that the size I'd originally ordered was actually out of stock), and to give me $20 off my next order... which will never happen!
Hi, this order was supposed to be a Birthday gift. I was excited because these emojis are the most we use while communicating. When the item arrived, the birthday girl messaged me thank you but I was so embarrassed and disappointed. As you can see why. Customer service wanted to send another one but how can anyone trust a company again with such sloppy work shipped? I will suggest for this to be discontinued until someone masters great artwork with edible fruits. Hopefully, everyone will now know the true review with a picture attached. Angry strawberries!
Ordered berries to be delivered to mother for her 100th birthday. The only delivery window they could provide was between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Turned out, she was at birthday lunch at 1:30, when they came by. So she didn't get her birthday gift. When the berries got delivered the next day, they were not delivered by a service, but by an individual who appeared to be an Uber driver or something like that. Completely unprofessional appearance and berries were warm. Gave me the creeps to some degree.
Answer: Because they f@ckimg suck, that's why. Once they get your money, piss off. They charged me 4 times for my order and never responded to any of my emails.
